It should be noted that, because the shape of the lotus seed is approximately spherical, the shape of the sieve aperture 512 is preferably square, so that the lotus seed is not easy to leak out of the sieve aperture 512, and the loss of the lotus seed is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the vibration device 52 includes a vibration motor 521 and a plurality of elastic members 522, wherein the vibration motor 521 is disposed at the bottom of the sorting box 51 and is used for driving the sorting box 51 to vibrate; a plurality of elastic members 522 are provided between the sorting box 51 and the frame 1 and arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the sorting box 51. The elastic member 522 is provided to play a role of buffering so that the sorting box 51 vibrates smoothly, and the elastic member 522 is provided in plurality and arranged at intervals along the circumference of the sorting box 51, so that the stability of the device is increased.
In order to smoothly discharge the shelled lotus seeds from the discharge port 511, referring to fig. 7, the bottom of the sorting box 51 is inclined downward in a direction from a position far away from the discharge port 511 to the discharge port 511. The inclination angle is preferably 4 °, so that the hulled lotus seeds roll toward the outlet 511, and the hulls cannot be discharged from the outlet 511.
Further, referring to fig. 1, a shell collecting box 10 and a pulp collecting box 11 are respectively disposed below the sieve holes 512 and the discharge holes 511 of the sorting box 51, and collect the lotus shells and the lotus seeds, respectively.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, the lotus seed huller 100 according to the present invention further includes a feeding device 12, the feeding device 12 is disposed above the material collecting section 912 of the material collecting device 9 for adding the lotus seeds to be hulled, the feeding device 12 includes a hopper and a material control plate, the material control plate is movably mounted at an outlet of the hopper for controlling and adjusting the feeding speed of the lotus seeds to be hulled.

Claims (10)

1. A lotus seed sheller, comprising:
the device comprises a rack, a material cutting station and a material conveying station, wherein the rack is provided with the material cutting station;
the mounting seat is used for limiting the lotus seeds to be hulled;
the conveying device is arranged on the rack and used for conveying the mounting seat, so that the mounting seat has a movable stroke from the rear end of the conveying device, through the material cutting station and to the front end of the conveying device;
the cutting device is arranged on the rack, corresponds to the cutting station and is used for cutting and breaking the shell of the lotus seed limited on the cutting station when the mounting seat reaches the cutting station; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the vibrating screen device is arranged on the rack, is positioned below the front end of the conveying device and is used for separating the lotus seeds from the shell.

The lotus seed sheller of claim 1, wherein the cutting device comprises a cutter set correspondingly disposed at the cutting station, the cutter set comprises a first cutter disposed above the conveyor and a second cutter disposed below the conveyor, and the first cutter has a cutting edge opposite to the second cutter.
3. A lotus seed sheller as claimed in claim 2 wherein said mounting seat includes a recess fixedly mounted on said conveyor, said recess defining a space for receiving a lotus seed to be shelled, said recess having a slot formed through a bottom wall thereof for receiving said second tool.
4. A lotus seed sheller as claimed in claim 3 wherein said mounting bases are provided in plurality, said mounting bases being spaced apart in a front-to-back direction; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the lotus seed huller further comprises a material arranging device, the material arranging device is arranged on the rack and is positioned above the conveying device, the material arranging device is matched with the upper end surface of the conveying device to limit a material arranging channel, the material arranging channel is provided with a material arranging section corresponding to the moving track of the mounting seat, and the material arranging section is used for guiding lotus seeds to be hulled to fall into the mounting seat in the material arranging section.
7. A lotus seed sheller as claimed in claim 6 wherein said monolith channel has a back-to-front communicating catchment section and said monolith section;
the monolith device comprises:
the enclosing frame is matched with the upper end surface of the conveying device to limit and form the material collecting section, the material collecting section is provided with a forward outlet and a width along the left-right direction, and the width of the material collecting section is gradually narrowed in the rear-to-front direction;
the baffle group is arranged corresponding to the outlet and comprises two parallel baffles which are arranged at intervals, and the whole material section is limited and formed between the two baffles; and the number of the first and second groups,
