Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1 and 2 mainly in that in the present embodiment, the present embodiment further includes a weight block 15 and a material pushing rod 16, the material pushing rod 16 is slidably disposed in the lower barrel 141, and the top end of the material pushing rod 16 is fixedly connected to the weight block 15.
The lower middle part of the L-shaped plate 2 is provided with a guide hole 17, the guide hole 17 is internally provided with a limiting plate 18 in a sliding manner, and the limiting plate 18 is positioned on the pedal 123 and is in contact fit with the pedal 123.
Firstly, the counterweight block 15 is pulled to drive the material pushing rod 16 to move upwards, when the material pushing rod 16 moves upwards and is separated from the discharging barrel 141, a proper amount of filter screens are placed into the discharging barrel 141, then the material pushing rod 16 is placed back into the discharging barrel 141, the material pushing rod 16 is in contact with the filter screens, due to the weight of the counterweight block 15, the counterweight block 15 enables the material pushing rod 16 to push the filter screens all the time, and when one filter screen falls into an empty filter screen, the material pushing rod 16 pushes the filter screens to move downwards. In this way, the filter network card is prevented from being difficult to move downward in the lower barrel 141.
When the pedal 123 needs to be stepped on, the limiting plate 18 is pulled to move leftwards, the limiting plate 18 moves leftwards and is separated from the pedal 123, the limiting plate 18 stops being pulled, and the pedal 123 can be started to be stepped on, so that the filter screen is installed in the empty filter pipe. When all the air filter pipes are provided with filter screens, the pedal 123 is stopped to be stepped, the limiting plate 18 is pulled to move rightwards to reset, and the limiting plate 18 limits the pedal 123. Therefore, the phenomenon that the hollow cylinder 7 rotates forwards due to the fact that people touch the pedal 123 by mistake can be avoided.

a fifth spring (1411), the fifth spring (1411) being connected between a side of the baffle plate (145) remote from the annular block (6) and an outer side of the lower barrel (141);
a pull wire (144), the pull wire (144) connected to the end of the baffle (145) remote from the base (1);
the conical barrel (142) is slidably sleeved outside the lower charging barrel (141), and one side of the conical barrel (142) facing the base (1) is fixedly connected with the tail ends of all the pull wires (144);
