Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a technical solution: a honeysuckle classifying and screening machine comprises a base 1, wherein the upper surface of the base 1 is fixedly connected with a plurality of vertical partition plates 2, the tops of the vertical partition plates 2 are fixedly connected with large-diameter bearings 3, and the number of the large-diameter bearings 3 is multiple; the inner rings of the large-diameter bearings 3 are fixedly connected with the same grading screening barrel, the grading screening barrel comprises spacing rings 4 fixedly connected with the inner rings of the large-diameter bearings 3, the inner arc surfaces of the spacing rings 4 are fixedly connected with a rotary drum shaft 6 through connecting rods 5, the number of the spacing rings 4 is four, three screening barrels 7 are connected among the four spacing rings 4, the screening barrels 7 are made of stainless steel filter screens, the mesh number of the stainless steel filter screens is sequentially increased from left to right, the minimum aperture is 0.7cm, the whole grading screening barrel is in an inclined design, the left side surface of the leftmost spacing ring 4 is fixedly connected with a feeding pipe 8, the right side surface of the rightmost spacing ring 4 is fixedly connected with a tail material pipe 9, the right side of the feeding pipe 8 is communicated with the three screening barrels 7, the diameter of the feeding pipe 8 is the same as that of the screening barrels 7, the left end of the tail material pipe 9 is communicated with the interiors of the three, the diameter of the tailing pipe 9 is the same as that of the screening cylinder 7, six tailing outlets 10 are arranged on the surface of the tailing pipe 9, the six tailing outlets 10 are circumferentially arranged on the surface of the tailing pipe 9 at equal intervals, and the diameter of each tailing outlet 10 is 5-8 cm.
The same baffle 19 is fixedly connected between two adjacent connecting rods 5, one side of the baffle 19 is fixedly connected with the surface of the rotary drum shaft 6, the distance between the other end of the baffle 19 and the inner wall of the screening drum body 7 of the filter screen structure is 10-15cm, and meanwhile, three baffles 19 with two ends fixedly connected with the connecting rods 5 are arranged on the surface of the rotary drum shaft 6, so that excessive falling of the buds in the rotary screening process is avoided, and the integrity of the honeysuckle buds is ensured.

Feed opening 32 has been seted up to base 1 upper surface, feed opening 32 is located under screening barrel 7 and tails pipe 9, conveyer belt 30 is located under feed opening 32, storage box 33 has been placed under the conveyer belt 30 leading edge, storage box 33 quantity is four, four storage box 33 are respectively to little bud by the left right side, big bud, flower and miscellaneous leaf tail, the material of conveyer belt 30 is rubber, and the surface is equipped with the installing port, nylon filter screen 34 has been sewed up to the inside of installing port, nylon filter screen 34 mesh number is 20 meshes, block terminal 18 is installed in base 1 supporting leg left side, block terminal 18 passes through wire and air pump 21 respectively, driving motor 12 and 31 electric connection of conveying motor.
The working principle is as follows: when the classifying and screening machine is used for screening the honeysuckle, firstly, the honeysuckle mixed together is conveyed into a classifying and screening barrel consisting of a feeding pipe 8, three screening barrel bodies 7 and a tail material pipe 9 through a feeding chute block 20, a driving motor 12 is started to drive the classifying and screening barrel to rotate, as the mesh number of the screening barrel bodies 7 is sequentially increased from left to right, the honeysuckle placed inside is subjected to rolling screening, small flower buds, large flower buds, flowers and mixed leaf tail materials are respectively screened from left to right and fall onto a corresponding conveyor belt 30, then the conveying belt 30 conveys the honeysuckle to a corresponding storage box 33, high-pressure gas is conveniently conveyed into a flow dividing pipe 24 through arranging an air pump 21, a flow valve 23 and a gas flow pipe 24 in the screening process, meanwhile, the flow dividing pipe 24 is positioned at the upper part of the whole classifying and screening barrel, the honeysuckle blocked by the mesh on the surface of the screening barrel bodies 7 is blown by utilizing the flow dividing branch pipe 25, prevent that the honeysuckle from blockking up 7 meshes of screening barrel to improve screening efficiency.
