The water bath heater is not described in detail for the prior art.
The working principle is as follows:
firstly, before infusion begins, medical staff only need to hang the rear ends of four bags of infusion bags on a hanging rod 6 respectively, install the front ends of the infusion bags between two clamping blocks 202 in an infusion fixing box 201, then insert a bottle stopper puncture outfit into the infusion bags to infuse a patient, then push the support into an infusion chamber, during the infusion process, a water bath heater 208 can heat liquid medicine in the infusion bags, the water bath temperature is controlled between 33 degrees and 38 degrees, so that the temperature of the liquid medicine is close to that of blood in a human body, therefore, a patient cannot feel pain due to low temperature in the infusion process, meanwhile, during the infusion process, the liquid medicine in the infusion bags can descend, the upper section of the infusion bags without the liquid medicine can be flattened by atmosphere, the water bath heater 208 can descend along with the descending of the liquid medicine, the descending of the water bath heater 208 can enable a rotary supporting rod 205 to rotate on a first rotary shaft 206, the semicircular spring 207 is arranged to ensure that the clamping force of the two water bath heaters 208 on the infusion bag is consistent, when the liquid medicine in the infusion bag is reduced, the semicircular spring 207 can enable the two water bath heaters 208 to rotate inwards along the second rotating shaft 209, so that the water bath heaters 208 cannot lose the clamping effect on the infusion bag due to the reduction of the liquid medicine, the liquid medicine in the infusion bag can be subjected to water bath heating in the infusion process, the liquid medicine in the infusion bag can completely flow into the infusion hose, and the medicine infection in the subsequent infusion bag collection process can be avoided;
secondly, the pressure sensor senses that the liquid medicine in the infusion bag is completely input into the infusion hose and is transmitted to the control center, the second driving motor 301 is controlled to rotate, the second driving motor 301 drives the first gear 302 to rotate, the first gear 302 drives the first rack 304 to move downwards, the first rack 304 moves downwards to drive the fixed block 305 to move downwards, the fixed block 305 drives the bottle stopper puncture outfit fixer 306 to move downwards, the bottle stopper puncture outfit is pulled out of the infusion bag, then the first driving motor 402 rotates, the first driving motor 402 drives the rotary disc 1 to rotate, the rotary disc 1 drives the infusion bag fixing device 2 to rotate 90 degrees, so that a new infusion bag in the infusion bag fixing device 2 is positioned right above the liquid changing device 3, then the second driving motor 301 rotates in the reverse direction, the second driving motor 301 drives the first gear 302 to rotate in the reverse direction, the first gear 302 drives the first rack 304 to move upwards, the first rack 304 drives the fixed block 5 to move upwards, the fixed block 5 drives the bottle stopper puncture outfit fixer 306 to move upwards, the bottle stopper puncture outfit fixer 306 inserts the bottle stopper puncture outfit into a new transfusion bag, and the liquid changing work is completed, because the first elastic connecting piece 3061 is arranged in the middle of the bottle stopper puncture outfit fixer 306 and in the middle of the transfusion hose fixer 307, the second elastic connecting piece 309 is connected between the upper end surface of the speed regulating valve 308 and the upper end surface of the stroke groove 3032, and the second elastic connecting piece 309 is connected between the lower end surface of the speed regulating valve 308 and the lower end surface of the stroke groove 3032, the fixing effect of the whole transfusion hose is stronger in the liquid changing process, especially the second elastic connecting piece 309 and the connection relation thereof are arranged, so that the up-down movement of the transfusion hose can be converted into the compression and the extension of the second elastic connecting piece 309, thus the movement of the needle head in the liquid changing process is avoided, the liquid changing is safer, the needle head cannot fall off, a speed regulating screw 3081 is arranged on one side surface of the speed regulating valve 308, and the cross section area of the infusion hose is changed by rotating the speed regulating screw 3081 to regulate the infusion speed;
finally, when the infusion bag is used for infusion, the liquid medicine in the infusion bag descends, the upper section of the infusion bag without the liquid medicine is crushed by the atmosphere, the water bath heater 208 descends along with the descending of the liquid medicine, the descending of the water bath heater 208 enables the rotating support rod 205 to rotate on the first rotating shaft 206, the rotation of the first rotating shaft 206 drives the connecting rod 2041 to rotate, the connecting rod 2041 drives the half gear 2042 to rotate, when the water bath heater 208 moves to the lowest end of the infusion bag, the toothed part of the half gear 2042 is just meshed with the second toothed bar 2021, when the infusion is finished, when a medical worker needs to recover the used infusion bag, the medical worker only needs to hold the rectangular part at the rear end of the clamping block 202 to pull out towards two sides, so that the clamping block 202 does not have clamping force on the lower end of the infusion bag, the second toothed bar 2021 moves to drive the half gear 2042 to rotate reversely in the process of pulling out, and the half gear 204, the connecting rod 2041 drives the first rotating shaft 206 to rotate reversely, the first rotating shaft 206 drives the rotating support rod 205 to rotate upwards, the water bath heater 208 moves upwards, and the water bath heater 208 can clamp an infusion bag without liquid medicine because of the semicircular spring, so that the infusion bag can be lifted upwards by the water bath heater 208.
