本申请公开了细条状脱细胞真皮基质的一种应用,属于医药技术领域,即在制备防治皮肤萎缩和/或松弛的材料中的应用。其优点表现在:取材于动物皮肤组织并经特殊理化处理的ADM,制备成细条状材料后,完整地保留了原有组织的立体支架结构,作为细胞支架,其具有诱导组织生成的作用,在植入人体后能被人体组织细胞识别为自体组织,很快有新生血管和成纤维细胞长入,引导细胞沿其胶原支架有序生长,达到补充、修复乃至重建组织的目的。从而形成有效的紧致感和饱满度。由于形成的自身组织含量丰厚,故维持时间也远超其它材料。

技术领域
本申请涉及医药技术领域,尤其是涉及细条状脱细胞真皮基质的应用。
背景技术
爱美之心人皆有之,人们总是追求皮肤饱满、光嫩洁白,让自己看起来永远年轻。但是,随着年纪增长,胶原蛋白流失,皮肤萎缩、松弛的现象总是难免出现。皮肤萎缩是指人体皮肤的基质不断减少,皮肤不断变薄,最后呈现萎缩性的改变。
脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)是目前常用的真皮支架材料,通过去除同种异体或异种全厚皮中的表皮层以及真皮组织中的细胞成分,仅保存具有完整纤维网架结构的真皮细胞外基质制备而成。脱细胞真皮基质含有正常胶原框架结构及完整基底膜,且具有低免疫原性、低毒性等人体植入物特性。我国科学家对脱细胞真皮基质进行研发和临床应用,成功研制出异种(猪)皮肤替代物,可用于治疗不同类型的烧伤创面。

本申请提供细条状脱细胞真皮基质的应用。
本申请采用下述技术方案:
细条状脱细胞真皮基质在制备防治皮肤萎缩和/或松弛的材料中的应用。
进一步地,所述脱细胞真皮基质为多孔性的三维网状结构。
进一步地,所述脱细胞真皮基质为异种脱细胞真皮基质。
进一步地,所述脱细胞真皮基质以猪皮为原料制得。
进一步地,所述细条状脱细胞真皮基质由片状脱细胞真皮基质制得。
进一步地,所述皮肤为面部、颈部、手部或腹部皮肤。
进一步地,所述细条状脱细胞真皮基质植入皮下组织。
进一步地,所述细条状脱细胞真皮基质植入额头、面颊、眼周、口周、鼻部、颈部、手背部或腹部的皮下组织。
本申请采用的上述至少一个技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
一般线雕术中用到的材料是PPDO(聚对二氧环已酮)、PLLA(左旋聚乳酸)、PDO(聚对二甲基羟已酮)、PGLA(聚已丙交酯)等,这些材料均有一定程度的诱发机体胶原蛋白产生的效果,但由于线体自身并无立体支架结构,故产生的胶原含量非常有限,且维持时间较短,对于皮肤比较松弛和萎缩的患者,临床满意度不高。而取材于动物皮肤组织,经特殊理化处理的ADM,制备成细条状材料后,完整地保留了原有组织的立体支架结构,作为细胞支架,其具有诱导组织生成的作用,在植入人体后能被人体组织细胞识别为自体组织,很快有新生血管和成纤维细胞长入,引导细胞沿其胶原支架有序生长,达到补充、修复乃至重建组织的目的。从而形成有效的紧致感和饱满度。由于形成的自身组织含量丰厚,故维持时间也远超其它材料。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例
一、病例资料
面部、颈部、手部或腹部皮肤萎缩、松弛患者97例。其中女性85例,年龄38岁~67岁;男性12例,年龄53岁~62岁。
二、手术方法
将10mm×200mm规格的片状ADM材料,根据各个部位的需要制备成不同长度和宽度的细条状材料。常规碘伏消毒手术区域皮肤,行2%利多卡因局部皮肤浸润麻醉。根据治疗部位的不同,选择不同型号的导引针,将已制备的ADM材料置入皮下组织中(如额头,面颊,眼周,口周,鼻部,颈部,手背部,腹部等)埋置量和密度根据皮肤松弛和萎缩程度来定。
三、术后观察
术后患者局部有不同程度的疼痛感和压痛,第三、第四天软组织会有水肿表现,一周后逐渐减轻和消退。术后三周,患者受治部位皮肤开始出现紧致和厚实感。

4.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述脱细胞真皮基质以猪皮为原料制得。
5.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述细条状脱细胞真皮基质由片状脱细胞真皮基质制得。
6.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述皮肤为面部、颈部、手部或腹部皮肤。
7.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述细条状脱细胞真皮基质植入皮下组织。
8.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述细条状脱细胞真皮基质植入额头、面颊、眼周、口周、鼻部、颈部、手背部或腹部的皮下组织。
