The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a water dispenser, the water dispenser and a computer readable storage medium. The control method of the water dispenser can be applied to the water dispenser, and a shooting device is installed on the water dispenser; the control method of the water dispenser can also be applied to a mobile terminal, the water dispenser can also comprise a smart phone, a tablet computer, a camera or a palm computer and the like, and for example, the mobile terminal can detect the current state of the water dispenser; when the current state is a child lock release state, shooting a current user through the shooting device to obtain user identity information so as to identify the identity; when the current user is identified as a child user according to the user identity information, generating feedback information based on the user identity information corresponding to the child user; sending the feedback information to the adult user terminal, and starting a child protection mode, and the like.
The following description will be given in detail by taking an example in which the control method of the water dispenser is applied to the water dispenser.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present application. The control method of the water dispenser can comprise the steps from S10 to S40, and specifically can be as follows:
and step S10, detecting the current state of the water dispenser.
Specifically, the states of the water dispenser may include two states: a child lock release state and a child lock activation state.
The child lock release state is generally specific to adults, and all functions of the water dispenser can be normally used in the child lock release state, for example, after water outlet parameters are adjusted, water outlet control is carried out.
The child lock starting state is generally specific to young children, all functions of the water dispenser cannot be used normally in the child lock starting state, and the normal water outlet using function of the water dispenser can be recovered only when the child lock is released.
The water dispenser is mainly used at home, and the using members usually can be adults and children.
If the current state of the water dispenser is detected to be the child lock starting state, whether the water dispenser receives a child lock releasing operation instruction is detected, and when the water dispenser receives the child lock releasing operation instruction, the water dispenser adjusts the current child lock starting state to be the child lock releasing state.
In some embodiments, the child lock release may be that the child lock key is automatically released after the water outlet key is pressed for a preset time, for example, the child lock key releases for a preset time of 3 seconds, and then the child lock is automatically released after the water outlet key is pressed for 3 seconds, so as to enable the adult user to perform the water receiving operation.
And step S20, when the current state is the child lock release state, shooting the current user through the shooting device to obtain user identity information so as to identify the user identity.
Specifically, when the current state of the water dispenser is determined to be a child lock release state, if a user exists in a preset range of the water dispenser, a shooting device is used for shooting the current user to obtain user identity information, so that the water dispenser can conveniently identify the identity of the current user.
In the application, under the state that the child lock is released, if a child uses the water dispenser, in order to guarantee the safety of the child, the current user is distinguished, and different coping modes are respectively started for receiving water by the child and receiving water by an adult so as to guarantee the personal safety of the child.
More specifically, before the identity of the current user is identified, an image of the hand of the user is captured by a capturing device; classifying users according to the images of the hands to obtain user categories, wherein the user categories comprise adult users and child users; saving the hand images of the adult users and the hand images of the child users; and shooting the current user through the shooting device to obtain user identity information so as to identify the identity.
In some embodiments, for example, a household water dispenser, after the water dispenser is installed at home, the hands of each family member may be photographed by a photographing device of the water dispenser, such as a camera, to obtain hand images corresponding to each family member, and then the hand images are classified according to the hand images, and the hand images of an adult are significantly larger than those of a child, for example, in real life, the palm of a child aged 2.5 to 3 years is about 105mm long, and the palm except the thumb is about 50mm wide; the palm of 7 years old children is about 132mm long, except the thumb, the palm width is about 61mm, adult's palm is about 180mm long, the palm is about 100mm wide, therefore, under the same angle, the shooting device adopts the hand of each family member of same shooting parameter shooting, can obtain the hand image that each family member corresponds, because the hand size of adult is great with children's hand size gap, therefore, can carry out classification with the hand image very easily, obtain adult user hand image and children user hand image, and, keep each hand image. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 shows a hand of a child, and fig. 3 shows a hand of an adult, and the water dispenser is easy to identify the current user identity by shooting through the shooting device.
It can be understood that, since preschool children are not good at using the water dispenser, the hand images of children under 7 years old can be identified as the child identities by taking the 7-year-old children as a boundary, for example, the hand images of the current user are less than or equal to the stored hand images of the 7-year-old children when compared with the hand images of the 7-year-old children, and the current user identity can be identified as the child identity. Or, parents can adjust the boundary of the self-service water dispenser according to requirements, and the boundary is not limited to the hand images of the 7-year-old children.
Therefore, the method for shooting the current user by the shooting device to obtain the user identity information for identity recognition comprises the following steps: when detecting that a user exists in the preset range of the water dispenser, shooting a current hand image of the user through a shooting device; and sending the current hand image to a server for matching query so as to obtain the user category corresponding to the current hand image.
In some embodiments, when the current state of the water dispenser is a child lock release state, detecting whether a user exists in a preset range of the water dispenser, for example, whether the user stretches his hand within a range of 20cm from the water dispenser, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the user stretches his hand and wants to release the child lock state, a current hand image of the current user is captured by the capturing device; then, after the current hand image is obtained, the current hand image is sent to a server, and after the server receives the current hand image, the server searches the stored hand images of various types, so that the identity of the current user can be determined, and the current user is an adult user or a child user.
And step S30, when the current user is identified as the child user according to the user identity information, generating feedback information based on the user identity information corresponding to the child user.
Specifically, when the current user is determined to be a child user, feedback information is generated according to user identity information corresponding to the child user.
In some embodiments, before the user identity is identified, hand information of each category is stored, and user identity information corresponding to the hand information may be added, for example, the hand a, and the corresponding identity information is child a, so that when the user identity information is obtained, not only the current user is determined to be a child user, but also information that the current user is child a may be obtained, and feedback information is generated based on the user identity information.
And step S40, sending the feedback information to the adult user terminal, and starting a child protection mode.
Specifically, the water dispenser sends the feedback information to an adult user terminal after obtaining the feedback information, specifically, the adult user terminal can be a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is connected with the water dispenser, and the mobile terminal is provided with an APP which can remotely control the water dispenser.
In some embodiments, after the adult user terminal obtains the feedback information, an adult, that is, a parent may send an authorized operation instruction to the water dispenser through the terminal, and the adult may perform water outlet parameter adjustment at an APP on the terminal, where the water outlet parameter includes a water outlet capacity and/or a water outlet temperature, for example, since it is recognized that the current user identity is a child user, the adult adjusts the water outlet parameter, as shown in fig. 4, the water outlet temperature may be adjusted at a temperature below 50 ℃, and the water outlet capacity may be adjusted at the terminal by a container capacity of the child placed on a water receiving area of the water dispenser. After the water dispenser receives a water outlet parameter adjusting instruction sent by an adult user terminal, a child can input a first water outlet operation instruction to the water dispenser, and at the moment, the water dispenser outputs water based on the water outlet parameter adjusting instruction, so that parents remotely control the water dispenser to receive water for the child, the water dispenser is particularly suitable for occasions such as busy kitchens of parents, and convenient water taking for the child is realized.
It can be understood that when an adult uses a terminal to adjust the water outlet parameters, the water outlet temperature and/or the water outlet capacity can be recommended for the identity of the child according to the current user, the child usually uses a cup for drinking water, the water drinking amount and the water temperature are not changed, for example, the water drinking amount is 100ml, and the water temperature is 40 ℃ which is a parameter of the child A for frequent drinking water, so that the water dispenser records the parameters and sends the parameters to the adult user terminal, the parameters can be recommended when the adult authorizes the water dispenser to discharge water, and the adult can realize the water discharge of the water dispenser based on the parameters only by confirming the parameters.
Further, initiating the child protection mode may include: and when the water dispenser receives a second water outlet operation instruction, controlling the water dispenser to discharge water based on preset water outlet parameters.
In some embodiments, after the water dispenser sends the feedback information to the adult user terminal, if the adult does not come to watch the terminal, after a preset time period, such as 5 seconds, the child presses the water outlet key, that is, after the second water outlet operation instruction is input into the water dispenser, the water dispenser can discharge water based on a preset water outlet parameter, where the preset water outlet parameter may be a historical water receiving parameter for the child, such as 100ml of water drinking amount, 40 ℃ of water, and less than 50 ℃ of water, so that the safety of the child is effectively guaranteed, and scalding is avoided.
The application discloses a control method of a water dispenser, the water dispenser and a computer readable storage medium, when the current state of the water dispenser is a child lock release state, the water dispenser shoots a current user through a shooting device to identify the identity of the user, and when the identity of the current user is determined to be a child user, the water dispenser generates feedback information and sends the feedback information to an adult user terminal, so that when an adult obtains that the child wants to drink water, the adult can control the water dispenser to adjust water outlet parameters through the terminal, for example, the water outlet temperature is adjusted to be below 50 ℃, the situation that the child directly outputs hot water to the water dispenser is avoided, and the child is effectively prevented from being scalded.
Further, after step S30, the control method may further include:
when the current user is identified as an adult user according to the user identity information, judging whether the water dispenser receives a third water outlet operation instruction; when a third water outlet operation instruction is received, acquiring a current water outlet parameter; and controlling the water dispenser to discharge water based on the current water discharge parameter.
Specifically, when the current user is identified as an adult user, whether the water dispenser receives a third water outlet operation instruction is judged, at the moment, the water dispenser is in a normal working state, when the water dispenser receives the third water outlet operation instruction, the current water outlet parameter input by the user is obtained, and the water dispenser discharges water based on the current water outlet parameter to realize adult water receiving.
Still further, the step of receiving a third water outlet operation instruction comprises:
receiving a third water outlet operation instruction triggered by a water outlet key on the water dispenser; or receiving voice information and converting the voice information into a corresponding third water outlet operation instruction; or receiving gesture information and converting the gesture information into a corresponding third water outlet operation instruction.
In some embodiments, the third water outlet operation instruction of the water dispenser may be input by a user in multiple ways, for example, the user may send the water outlet operation instruction to the water dispenser in three ways, which are: firstly, a user presses a water outlet button on the water dispenser to enable the water dispenser to receive a triggered water outlet instruction; secondly, a voice recognition device is arranged on the water dispenser and used for receiving voice information, a user inputs the voice information to the water dispenser, namely second voice information, and the water dispenser converts the second voice information into a corresponding water outlet instruction after receiving the second voice information, for example, the user inputs the voice: when water is discharged, the water is discharged from the water dispenser; and thirdly, a gesture recognition device is further arranged on the water dispenser and used for recognizing the gesture of the user, for example, if the gesture command is to wave upwards, the water dispenser discharges water, and if the gesture command is to wave downwards, the water dispenser stops water supply.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of a structure of a water dispenser provided in an embodiment.
