Abstract
The invention relates to a pure natural high-concentration anion health care mask. It has inner and outer surface layers. The inner surface layer and the outer surface layer are rectangular, and three corresponding edges of the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer are connected together. Two short edges of the inner surface layer or the outer surface layer are connected with ear belts. The method is characterized in that: the inner and outer surface layers are provided with a pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generation layer. The pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generation layer is a breathable fabric piece woven by cotton yarns with tourmaline layers attached to the surfaces. An opening is arranged between the other corresponding edges of the inner and outer surface layers. The preparation method of the invention sequentially comprises the steps of dipping a layer of negative ion glue on cotton yarn, drying, weaving, cutting, sewing the inner and outer surface layers together, sewing the ear belt and putting the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer between the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer, and the like. The health care mask has multiple functions and a wide application range.

preparing an inner surface layer, an outer surface layer, an ear belt, cotton yarn, negative ion glue, an open container, an oven, a loom, a cutting machine and a sewing machine;
then, cotton yarns penetrate through the negative ion glue, and a layer of negative ion glue is soaked on the cotton yarns;
then, drying the cotton yarn dipped with the negative ion glue by using drying equipment to obtain cotton yarn with negative ions;
then, weaving cotton yarn with negative ions into breathable fabric by using a loom or a knitting machine;
then cutting the breathable fabric into pieces to obtain the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generation layer;
then, sewing the three corresponding edges of the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer together, and forming an opening between the other corresponding edges of the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer;
then, connecting two ends of the ear belt with two ends of two short edges of the inner surface layer or the outer surface layer;
and finally, the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer is arranged between the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer through the opening, so that the pure natural high-concentration negative ion health-care mask is prepared.
Wherein:
the negative ion glue is prepared from tourmaline powder and adhesive according to the following ratio: adhesive = 1: 1.5 by weight ratio;
the particle size of the tourmaline powder is 3000 meshes;
the adhesive is polyvinyl acetate emulsion.
According to the scheme, the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer is arranged between the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer, and is a breathable fabric piece woven by cotton yarns with tourmaline layers attached to the surfaces. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pure natural high concentration anion health care mask of the present invention comprises an inner surface layer 3 and an outer surface layer 2. The inner surface layer 3 and the outer surface layer 2 are rectangles which are cut by medical gauze and have the same size, and one corresponding long edge and two corresponding short edges of the rectangles are sewn together by a sewing machine 14, so that an opening 4 which longitudinally penetrates through the total length of the long edge is reserved between the other corresponding long edge of the inner surface layer 3 and the other corresponding long edge of the outer surface layer 2. Wherein said opening 4 can also be located on a respective short side between the inner coversheet 3 and the outer coversheet 2.
A pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer 5 is arranged between the inner surface layer 3 and the outer surface layer 2, and the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer 5 is a breathable fabric piece woven by cotton yarns with tourmaline layers attached to the surfaces.

and finally, the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer 5 is arranged between the inner surface layer 3 and the outer surface layer 2 through the opening 4, so that the pure natural high-concentration negative ion health-care mask is prepared.
Wherein: the negative ion glue 9 is prepared from tourmaline powder and adhesive according to the following ratio: adhesive = 1: 1.5 by weight ratio; the particle size of the tourmaline powder is 3000 meshes; the adhesive is polyvinyl acetate emulsion.
The present embodiment is described by way of example only for a rectangular general mask. In the case of a mask having another shape such as N95, the opening for taking and placing the pure natural high concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer may be provided on any one of the upper side, the lower side, the left side or the right side thereof, preferably on the upper side thereof.

1. A pure natural high-concentration anion health care mask comprises an inner surface layer and an outer surface layer; the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer are rectangles with the same size, and three corresponding edges of the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer are connected together; two short edges of the inner surface layer or the outer surface layer are respectively connected with an ear belt; the method is characterized in that: a pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generation layer is arranged between the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer; the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generation layer is a breathable fabric piece woven by cotton yarns with tourmaline layers attached to the surfaces; an opening for placing and taking the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer is arranged between the other corresponding edges of the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer.
2. The pure natural high-concentration anion health care mask according to claim 1, characterized in that: the opening is located on a corresponding long edge of the inner and outer facing layers.

4. The method for preparing the pure natural high-concentration anion health care mask as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by sequentially comprising the following steps:
preparing an inner surface layer, an outer surface layer, ear bands, negative ion glue and cotton yarns;
then, cotton yarns penetrate through the negative ion glue, and a layer of negative ion glue is soaked on the cotton yarns;
then, drying the cotton yarn dipped with the negative ion glue by using drying equipment to obtain cotton yarn with negative ions;
then, weaving cotton yarn with negative ions into breathable fabric by using a loom or a knitting machine;
then cutting the breathable fabric into pieces to obtain the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generation layer;
then, sewing the three corresponding edges of the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer together, and forming an opening between the other corresponding edges of the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer;
then, connecting two ends of the ear belt with two ends of two short edges of the inner surface layer or the outer surface layer;
and finally, the pure natural high-concentration negative oxygen ion generating layer is arranged between the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer through the opening, so that the pure natural high-concentration negative ion health-care mask is prepared.
5. The method for preparing a pure natural high concentration anion health care mask according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the negative ion glue is prepared from tourmaline powder and adhesive according to the following ratio: adhesive = 1: 1.5 by weight ratio.
6. The method for preparing a pure natural high concentration anion health care mask according to claim 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the particle size of the tourmaline powder is 3000 meshes.
7. The method for preparing a pure natural high concentration anion health care mask according to claim 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the adhesive is polyvinyl acetate emulsion.
