Comparative example 4: a low-irritation cigarette filter manufactured by a certain company in Chongqing. (main ingredients: malto-oligosaccharide alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerin, xylitol, plant-derived trimethylglycine proline, etc.)
The low-irritation cigarette filters prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were applied to the same cigarette, and the cigarette samples were tested according to GB 5606-2005, and the results obtained are shown in table 1.

Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of a low-irritation cigarette filter is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) according to the mass ratio of 5: 1-2, crushing and sieving grape stalks and stones, and collecting sieved particles according to a mass ratio of 1: 6-10, adding an ethanol solution, mixing, standing at room temperature, soaking, filtering, and collecting filter residues for microwave treatment to obtain a microwave treatment material;
(2) according to the mass ratio of 1: 5-8, mixing the microwave treatment material and the impregnation liquid, performing ultrasonic impregnation, discharging, filtering, collecting a filter cake, and performing freeze drying to obtain a freeze-dried material;
(3) according to the weight parts, taking 25-40 parts of freeze-dried material, 1-3 parts of tetrabutyl titanate, 0.1-0.3 part of modifier, 60-80 parts of acetic acid solution and 5-8 parts of pretreated oak, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture, taking the mixture, adding auxiliary materials into the mixture at 40-60 ℃, mixing and stirring, heating to 75-90 ℃, preserving heat and stirring to obtain a treated material;
(4) according to the mass ratio of 10-18: 1: 0.1-0.3, mixing and stirring the treatment material, carbomer 940 and the additive, and performing reduced pressure evaporation to obtain a concentrate, wherein the concentrate is prepared from the following raw materials in a mass ratio of 6-10: 1: 1-3, adding the grain material and the ethanol solution, mixing and grinding to obtain a grinding material, pressing and forming the grinding material, and drying to obtain the low-irritation cigarette filter.
2. The method for preparing a low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the stone material in the step (1): according to the mass ratio of 4: 1: 1-2, mixing vermiculite, zeolite and hexacyclic stone to obtain stone.
3. The method for preparing a low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the impregnation liquid in the step (2): according to the mass ratio of 12-16: and (4) mixing the calcium bicarbonate solution and ammonium chloride to obtain the impregnation liquid.
4. The preparation method of the low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic impregnation in the step (2) is performed at 35-45 ℃ and 45-55 kHz for 40-60 min.
5. The method for preparing a low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the modifying agent in the step (3): according to the mass ratio of 1: and 2-5, mixing a silane coupling agent KH-550 and acetic anhydride to obtain the modifier.

The method for preparing a low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the pre-treated oak in the step (3): crushing oak in a crusher, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, collecting sieved particles according to a mass ratio of 1: and 5-9, adding polyvinyl alcohol, mixing and grinding for 1-2 hours to obtain the pretreated oak.
7. The method for preparing a low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials in the step (3): according to the mass ratio of 5: and 1-2, mixing urea and sodium bicarbonate to obtain the auxiliary material.
8. The method for preparing the low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the auxiliary materials in the step (3) is 4-8% of the mass of the mixture.
9. The method for preparing a low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the additive in the step (4): according to the mass ratio of 5: and 1-3, mixing microcrystalline paraffin and zinc acetate to obtain the additive.
10. The method for preparing a low-irritation cigarette filter according to claim 1, wherein the grain material in the step (4): according to the mass ratio of 3-6: 1 mixing the corn and the millet to obtain the grain material.
