A spina date seed and royal jelly tablet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 29 parts of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 31 parts of spina date seed extract, 16 parts of poria cocos extract, 4 parts of tea theanine, 9 parts of starch, 6 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.6 parts of superfine silica gel powder, 1.4 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.1 part of orange essence, 1.2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4000 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.4 part of titanium dioxide, 0.05 part of citrus yellow and 0.05 part of Yuehu red.
The invention relates to a spina date seed and royal jelly tablet, which is prepared by the following steps:
(1) sieving: sieving Lac Regis Apis lyophilized powder, semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi extract, Ganoderma extract, starch, silica gel micropowder, and microcrystalline cellulose with 80 mesh sieve respectively;
(2) mixing: weighing royal jelly lyophilized powder, semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi extract, Ganoderma extract, starch, silica gel micropowder, and microcrystalline cellulose according to formula ratio; mixing the weighed royal jelly lyophilized powder, semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi extract, and Ganoderma extract, and stirring for 20min to obtain mixture 1; mixing the weighed starch, the micro silica gel powder and the microcrystalline cellulose, and stirring for 20min to obtain a mixture 2; mixing the mixture 1 and the mixture 2, and stirring for 30min to obtain a mixture;
(3) dry pressing: pressing the mixture prepared in the step (2) to obtain a sheet;
(4) and (3) granulating: crushing the slices prepared in the step (3) through a granulator, and sieving the crushed slices through a 16-mesh sieve to obtain granules;
(5) mixing: sieving magnesium stearate with a 80-mesh sieve, weighing according to the formula amount, and mixing with the granules prepared in the step (4) to obtain a compound;
(6) tabletting: tabletting the compound prepared in the step (5) to obtain plain tablets, wherein the weight of the plain tablets is 0.49 g;
(7) coating: weighing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose according to the formula, soaking the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in 95% ethanol overnight, adding purified water, polyethylene glycol 4000, orange yellow, yuanju red, titanium dioxide and orange essence, uniformly mixing, grinding and mixing by a colloid mill to prepare coating liquid, and performing film coating on the plain tablets prepared in the step (6), wherein the weight of the coating tablets is 0.5g, so as to obtain the spina date seed and royal jelly tablets.
The product of the invention is a tablet, and all the steps are carried out in a 30 ten thousand grade clean production area.
Example 3
A spina date seed and royal jelly tablet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 29 parts of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 31 parts of spina date seed extract, 14 parts of poria cocos extract, 6 parts of tea theanine, 8 parts of starch, 7 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.9 parts of superfine silica gel powder, 1.1 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.1 part of orange essence, 1.2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4000 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.4 part of titanium dioxide, 0.2 part of orange yellow and 0.05 part of Yuehu red.

(7) coating: weighing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose according to the formula, soaking the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in 95% ethanol overnight, adding purified water, polyethylene glycol 4000, orange yellow, yuanju red, titanium dioxide and orange essence, uniformly mixing, grinding and mixing by a colloid mill to prepare coating liquid, and performing film coating on the plain tablets prepared in the step (6), wherein the weight of the coating tablets is 0.5g, so as to obtain the spina date seed and royal jelly tablets.
The product of the invention is a tablet, and all the steps are carried out in a 30 ten thousand grade clean production area.
Experimental example 1
SPF-grade ICR female mice with the weight of 19-24g are selected, the female mice are randomly divided into 4 groups after being adaptively fed for 3 days, the control group and three dosage groups, namely low, medium and high (0.33 g/kg.bw, 0.67g/kg.bw and 1.0 g/kg.bw) are prepared into aqueous solution of the dosage group for intragastric administration, the intragastric administration is carried out once a day according to the volume of 2 percent for 30 days continuously, and the intragastric administration is carried out by using equal volume of distilled water for the control group.
Pentobarbital sodium subthreshold dose hypnosis test: after 30 minutes of the last gastric lavage of the test sample or distilled water, injecting sodium pentobarbital normal saline solution into the abdominal cavity of each group of animals according to the dosage of 27mg/kg.
The specific experimental results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, compared with the control group, the sleep incidence rate of the mice in the low-dose group is remarkably improved (P is less than 0.05), and the sleep incidence rate of the mice in the medium-dose group is remarkably improved (P is less than 0.01), which indicates that the spina date seed royal jelly tablets have the effect of inducing the mice to sleep.
Test example 2
Barbiturate sodium sleep latency test: after 30 minutes of the last gastric lavage of the test sample or distilled water, the animals in each group are injected with the normal saline solution of barbital sodium in the abdominal cavity at the dosage of 240mg/kg. The average sleep latency (i.e., time to fall asleep-time to barbiturate sodium injection) was calculated for each group of animals, and the results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the results in Table 2, the sleep latency time of the mice in the low-dose group is very significantly reduced (P is less than 0.01) compared with the control group, which indicates that the spina date seed and royal jelly tablet has the function of improving sleep.
Test 3: stability test of spina date seed and royal jelly tablets
Taking 40 tablets of the film-coated spina date seed and royal jelly tablets and 10 tablets of the uncoated spina date seed and royal jelly tablets, dividing the 40 tablets into 4 groups, and performing the following tests:
1. disintegration time limit: the disintegration test is firstly carried out in a hydrochloric acid solution, and after 2 hours of inspection, the phenomena of crack, disintegration, softening and the like do not occur in each tablet; and then taking out, washing with a small amount of water, and then completely disintegrating in 1 hour by using a phosphate buffer solution, if 1 tablet cannot be completely disintegrated, retesting, and the experimental results are shown in table 3.
2. And (3) impact strength test: the sample piece was dropped from a height of 1m onto a glass plate, and the appearance of the meter was abnormally changed, and the experimental results are shown in Table 4.
3. Heat resistance test: the sample piece is placed under a 250W infrared lamp for 15cm to be heated for 4h, and the experimental results are shown in Table 5 after observation.
4. Moisture resistance test, the sample piece was placed in a constant temperature and humidity apparatus, and after 1 hour, the increase in mass of the piece was used as an index to indicate moisture resistance, and the test results are shown in table 6.

As shown in the experimental results of tables 3-6, the film-coated wild jujube seed royal jelly tablets have better stability than those without coating.

Claims (3)

1. The wild jujube seed-royal jelly tablet is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 27-32 parts of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 27-32 parts of spina date seed extract, 12-17 parts of poria cocos extract, 4-6 parts of tea theanine, 7-11 parts of starch, 5-7 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 1-2 parts of superfine silica gel powder, 1-2 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.1-0.2 part of orange essence, 1.0-1.4 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4000 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.3-0.5 part of titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.3 part of citrus yellow and 0.04-0.06 part of yuehu red.
2. The spina date seed and royal jelly tablet according to claim 1, which consists of the following components in parts by weight: 28 parts of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 32 parts of spina date seed extract, 17 parts of poria cocos extract, 3 parts of tea theanine, 8 parts of starch, 7 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.7 parts of superfine silica gel powder, 1.3 parts of magnesium stearate, 0.1 part of orange essence, 1.2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4000 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.4 part of titanium dioxide, 0.05 part of citrus yellow and 0.05 part of Yuehu red.
3. The spina date seed and royal jelly tablet according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the process preparation comprises the following steps:
(1) sieving: sieving Lac Regis Apis lyophilized powder, semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi extract, Ganoderma extract, starch, silica gel micropowder, and microcrystalline cellulose with 80 mesh sieve respectively;
(2) mixing: weighing royal jelly lyophilized powder, semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi extract, Ganoderma extract, starch, silica gel micropowder, and microcrystalline cellulose according to formula ratio; mixing the weighed royal jelly lyophilized powder, semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi extract, and Ganoderma extract, and stirring for 20min to obtain mixture 1; mixing the weighed starch, the micro silica gel powder and the microcrystalline cellulose, and stirring for 20min to obtain a mixture 2; mixing the mixture 1 and the mixture 2, and stirring for 30min to obtain a mixture;
(3) dry pressing: pressing the mixture prepared in the step (2) to obtain a sheet;
(4) and (3) granulating: crushing the slices prepared in the step (3) through a granulator, and sieving the crushed slices through a 16-mesh sieve to obtain granules;
(5) mixing: sieving magnesium stearate with a 80-mesh sieve, weighing according to the formula amount, and mixing with the granules prepared in the step (4) to obtain a compound;
(6) tabletting: tabletting the compound prepared in the step (5) to obtain plain tablets, wherein the weight of the plain tablets is 0.49 g;
(7) coating: weighing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose according to the formula, soaking the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in 95% ethanol overnight, adding purified water, polyethylene glycol 4000, orange yellow, yuanju red, titanium dioxide and orange essence, uniformly mixing, grinding and mixing by a colloid mill to prepare coating liquid, and performing film coating on the plain tablets prepared in the step (6), wherein the weight of the coating tablets is 0.5g, so as to obtain the spina date seed and royal jelly tablets.
