Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid low-dose radioactivity online measuring device, which comprises a tank body, wherein a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the tank body, a water inlet valve is arranged at the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe, a water purification flushing valve is arranged above the water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is communicated with the tank body, a water outlet pipe is arranged at the lower right side of the tank body, and a drain valve is arranged at the water outlet end; the top of the jar body is equipped with the opening flange, the internal detector subassembly that is equipped with of jar, the wire goes out the spool is installed to the top of detector subassembly, flange on the wire goes out the spool, the detector subassembly passes through the flange hole and installs on the jar body, the detector subassembly outside is wrapping up with stainless steel shell. The invention improves the detection efficiency, reduces the size of the whole shielding layer of the device by reducing the volume of the detector and reduces the cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of measuring devices, in particular to a low-dose radioactivity online measuring device in liquid.
Background
The prior art mainly has two measurement methods:
1) laboratory measurement: sampling, concentrating, and measuring in a laboratory low background radioactivity detector.
2) And (3) real-time measurement: the measurement is carried out by combining a traditional photomultiplier tube scintillator with a detector and a lead shielding chamber.
The prior art has the following disadvantages:
1) the laboratory measurement method needs sampling and sample preparation, and the consumed manpower, material resources and time cost are very high.
2) The traditional photomultiplier scintillator combined detector is large in size, so that a shielding lead chamber is large in size. And the stability is not good due to the high voltage of the photomultiplier.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems in the prior art, thereby providing the on-line measuring device for the low-dose radioactivity in the liquid, reducing the size of the whole measuring device, and improving the stability: compared with the traditional photomultiplier, the SiPM photomultiplier has the advantages that the size is greatly reduced, the working high voltage is not needed, the size and the weight of a lead shielding case in the whole device are greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the stability is greatly improved.
The technical problem of the invention is mainly solved by the following technical scheme:
the liquid low-and-medium-dose radioactivity online measuring device comprises a tank body, wherein a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the tank body, a water inlet valve is arranged at the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe, a water purification flushing valve is arranged above the water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is communicated with the tank body, a water outlet pipe is arranged at the lower right side of the tank body, and a drain valve is arranged at the water outlet end; the top of the jar body is equipped with the opening flange, the internal detector subassembly that is equipped with of jar, the wire goes out the spool is installed to the top of detector subassembly, flange on the wire goes out the spool, the detector subassembly passes through the flange hole and installs on the jar body, the detector subassembly outside is wrapping up with stainless steel shell.

Preferably, the detector assembly is formed by combining an SiPM photomultiplier and a scintillator, the SiPM is welded on a PCB, a gap between the SiPM and a light removing surface of the scintillator is completely covered by a white light reflecting sheet with the same thickness as the SiPM, little light guide silicone oil is coated between combined surfaces, and finally the SiPM and the light removing surface are packaged together by a heat-shrinkable sleeve.
Preferably, a water level sensor is further arranged in the tank body, the water level sensor is mounted on the detector assembly, and a lead of the water level sensor is discharged through the outlet hole.
Preferably, the outlet wire of the outlet hole is electrically connected with an external display.
Preferably, the tank body is also provided with a shielding layer outside.

The on-line measuring device for the low-dose radioactivity in the liquid has the advantages that: compared with the traditional photomultiplier, the SiPM photomultiplier has the advantages that the size is greatly reduced, the working high voltage is not needed, and therefore the size of a detector in the whole device is greatly reduced, the size and the weight of a lead shielding case are reduced, the cost is reduced, and the stability of the device is improved.

A water level sensor 7-5 is further arranged in the tank body 1, the water level sensor 7-5 is mounted on the detector assembly, and a lead of the water level sensor 7-5 is mounted on the lead appearing pipe and then discharged through the wire outlet hole.
The lead of the detector component 7 and the lead of the water level sensor 7-5 are both discharged out of the tank body 1 through the wire outlet hole 10 and connected with an external display, and the water level and the measurement data in the tank body 1 can be clearly seen through the display.
The detector assembly 7 is formed by combining a 7-2SiPM photomultiplier 7-1 and a scintillator 7-4, the SiPM is welded on a PCB 7-1, a gap between light removing surfaces of the SiPM-2 and the scintillator 7-4 is completely covered by a white light reflecting sheet 7-3 with the same thickness as the SiPM, a small amount of light-guide silicone oil is coated between the combining surfaces, and finally the light-guide silicone oil and the light-guide silicone oil are packaged together by a heat-shrinkable sleeve.
When the measuring device works, firstly, a sample to be measured flows into the tank body 1 through the water inlet valve, when the tank body 1 is filled with the sample to be measured, the water inlet valve 3 is closed, the water level can be observed through data measured by the water level sensor 7-5, the detector assembly 7 is started to measure and sample, the size of the radiation activity of the sample to be measured is calculated after sampling is finished, the radiation activity is checked through the display, after the sample is detected, the water drainage valve is opened, the sample in the container is emptied, the purified water valve is opened to wash the inside of the container, and preparation is made for next measurement.
The on-line measuring device for the low-dose radioactivity in the liquid has the advantages that: compared with the traditional photomultiplier, the SiPM photomultiplier has the advantages that the size is greatly reduced, the working high voltage is not needed, and therefore the size of a detector in the whole device is greatly reduced, the size and the weight of a lead shielding case are reduced, the cost is reduced, and the stability of the device is improved.
The design concept of the present invention is described above with only one embodiment, and the present invention can be expanded to connect more function modules externally at the same time when the system allows, thereby expanding the functions of the present invention to the maximum.

2. The on-line measuring device for low-dose radioactivity in liquid of claim 1, wherein the material of said tank is stainless steel.

The on-line measuring device of low-dose radioactivity in liquid of claim 1, wherein the detector assembly is composed of an SiPM photomultiplier and a scintillator, the SiPM is welded on a PCB, a gap between the SiPM and a light removing surface of the scintillator is completely covered by a white light reflecting sheet with the same thickness as the SiPM, a small amount of light-guide silicone oil is coated between the combining surfaces, and finally the light-guide silicone oil and the light reflecting sheet are packaged together by a heat-shrinkable sleeve.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein a water level sensor is further disposed in the tank, the water level sensor is mounted on the detector assembly, and a lead of the water level sensor is discharged through the outlet hole.
5. The in-line low dose radioactivity measuring device of claim 1, wherein the outlet line of said outlet hole is electrically connected to an external display.
6. The on-line measuring device for low-dose radioactivity in liquid according to claim 1, wherein a shielding layer is further disposed outside the tank body.
7. The on-line low-dose radioactivity measuring device of claim 1, wherein the shielding layer is made of lead.
8. The on-line measuring device for low-dose radioactivity in liquid according to claim 4, wherein said shielding layer is further provided with an outlet hole.
