Abstract
The invention discloses a long and short table top combined static rail weighbridge weighing system, which is provided with a car number identification device and a static weighing program; the truck is provided with an electronic tag; when the truck vehicle drives on the rail weighbridge and stops, the vehicle number and the vehicle type information in the electronic tag are automatically read through the static weighing program and the vehicle number identification device; and the static track scale records the weight information of the corresponding truck vehicle. The invention also discloses a weighing automatic control method of the weighing system. By adopting the technical scheme, the single platform or the long and short platform can be automatically selected according to the length of the railway vehicle, so that the manual selection of weighing errors is avoided, the metering accuracy is ensured, and the metering time is saved.

The system can finish weighing by manual operation when the vehicle type is wrongly read or cannot be read. The automatic selection of the weighing of the table top according to the car number label information has very high accuracy. If the vehicle type is mistakenly read under a certain extreme condition, if the open wagon automatically selects double-deck weighing, the infrared grating cannot be weighed and corresponding warning is given because the infrared grating is shielded by the axle of the next section of vehicle; or the single platform face of the boxcar automatic selection is overloaded, the infrared grating in the middle is shielded by the axle of the boxcar, so that the weighing cannot be carried out and the warning is given, and the accurate weighing of the boxcar is ensured.
