Principle of operation
In the invention, when in work, a proper amount of clean water is filled into the bucket 13, an external power supply is connected by using an external lead, then the wing-shaped bolt 21 is loosened, the second inverted U-shaped fixed seat 76 is moved up and down to enable the lower end of the cleaning hair 75 to be contacted with the ground to facilitate the dust removal work, then the wing-shaped bolt 21 is screwed down to facilitate the height adjustment of the cleaning hair 75 in the work process, when in adjustment work, the rotating support rod 65 and the sliding wheel 66 are rotated to enable the sliding wheel 66 to be contacted with the ground to support the L-shaped fixed seat 61, the maintenance and cleaning work of dust removal equipment are facilitated before the work, the dust removal work is facilitated, after the adjustment is proper, the rotating support rod 65 and the sliding wheel 66 are rotated to the upper end of the L-shaped fixed seat 61, then the cleaning switch 17, the dust absorption switch 18 and the spraying switch 19 are sequentially opened to enable the power motor 62 to start to work, the cleaning roller 74 and the cleaning bristles 75 are driven to rotate, dust removal is carried out, the pushing rod 4 is grasped to push the movable seat 1 to move, dust cleaned by the cleaning roller 74 and the cleaning bristles 75 is sucked into the dust collector 12 through the dust suction pipe 81, the square head bolt 84 is loosened as required in the dust collection process, the dust suction pipe 81 is moved up and down, the lower end of the conical collecting pad 82 is made to contact with the ground, small particles on the ground are prevented from affecting the dust removal, after dust removal is carried out, water in the water bucket 13 is conveyed to the L-shaped pipe 91 through the spray pump 15 and then conveyed to the atomizing nozzle 95 through the shunt pipe 93, water is atomized by the atomizing nozzle 95 and then sprayed to the ground of a factory, and the pollution to the working environment in the dust removal process is prevented.

1. The multifunctional factory ground dust removing equipment is characterized by comprising a moving seat (1), universal wheels (2), a directional wheel (3), a push rod (4), an L-shaped control plate (5), a supportable power seat structure (6), an adjustable cleaning cover structure (7), a telescopic collecting tube structure (8), an adjustable humidifying tube structure (9), a V-shaped belt (10), a first inverted U-shaped fixed seat (11), a dust collector (12), a water bucket (13), a T-shaped filter tube (14), a spray pump (15), a supporting block (16), a cleaning switch (17), a dust collection switch (18), a spray switch (19), a slide hole (20) and a wing-shaped bolt (21), wherein the universal wheels (2) are respectively bolted on the right side of the lower end of the moving seat (1); the directional wheels (3) are respectively bolted at the middle position of the left side of the lower end of the movable seat (1); the lower end of the push rod (4) is connected with the right side of the upper end of the movable seat (1) through a bolt; the right side of the L-shaped control plate (5) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the push rod (4) through a bolt; the supportable power seat structure (6) is arranged at the upper end of the adjustable cleaning cover structure (7); the adjustable cleaning cover structure (7) is arranged on the left side of the movable seat (1); the telescopic collecting pipe structure (8) is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the dust collector (12); the adjustable humidifying pipe structure (9) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the spraying pump (15); the first inverted U-shaped fixed seat (11) is connected to the left side of the upper end of the movable seat (1) through a bolt; the dust collector (12) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the first inverted U-shaped fixed seat (11) through a bolt; the supporting blocks (16) are respectively connected to the four corners of the lower end of the water barrel (13) through bolts; the T-shaped filter pipe (14) is inserted in the middle of the upper inner part of the water bucket (13); the spraying pump (15) is connected to the right side of the upper end of the movable seat (1) through a bolt; the supporting blocks (16) are respectively bolted at the middle position of the upper end of the movable seat (1); the cleaning switch (17), the dust absorption switch (18) and the spraying switch (19) are sequentially connected to the right side of the L-shaped control plate (5) through screws from top to bottom; the sliding hole (20) is formed in the left side of the front surface of the movable seat (1); the wing bolt (21) penetrates through the sliding hole (20); the supportable power seat structure (6) comprises an L-shaped fixed seat (61), a power motor (62), a driving wheel (63), a fixed supporting seat (64), a rotating supporting rod (65) and a sliding wheel (66), wherein the power motor (62) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the L-shaped fixed seat (61) through a bolt; the driving wheel (63) is connected to an output shaft of the power motor (62) in a key way; the fixed supporting seat (64) is connected to the left side of the upper end of the L-shaped fixed seat (61) through a bolt; the upper end of the rotary supporting rod (65) is coupled to the middle position inside the left side of the fixed supporting seat (64) in a shaft manner; the sliding wheel (66) is coupled at the middle position inside the lower side of the rotating support rod (65).

The multifunctional factory floor dedusting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the adjustable cleaning cover structure (7) comprises a cleaning cover (71), a plug-in rod (72), a driven wheel (73), a cleaning roller (74), a cleaning bristle (75) and a second inverted U-shaped fixed seat (76), wherein the plug-in rod (72) is plugged in the middle position of the inner bottom end of the cleaning cover (71); the driven wheel (73) is connected with the outer wall of the front surface of the insertion rod (72) in a key way; the cleaning roller (74) is sleeved in the middle of the outer wall of the insertion rod (72); the cleaning bristles (75) are glued to the outer wall of the cleaning roller (74); the right side of the cleaning cover (71) is connected to the lower part of the left side of the second inverted U-shaped fixed seat (76) through a bolt.

The multifunctional factory floor dust removing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the retractable collecting pipe structure (8) comprises a dust suction pipe (81), a tapered collecting pad (82), a fixing ring (83), a square head bolt (84) and a connecting bellows (85), the tapered collecting pad (82) is glued to the left side of the lower end of the dust suction pipe (81); the fixed ring (83) is sleeved on the upper part of the outer wall of the dust suction pipe (81); the square head bolt (84) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the front surface of the fixing ring (83); the lower end of the connecting corrugated pipe (85) is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the upper end of the dust suction pipe (81).

The multifunctional factory floor dedusting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable humidifying pipe structure (9) comprises an L-shaped pipe (91), a manual valve (92), a shunt pipe (93), a spray pipe (94) and an atomizing nozzle (95), wherein the manual valve (92) is screwed into the upper right side of the L-shaped pipe (91); the lower end of the L-shaped pipe (91) is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the upper side of the shunt pipe (93); the upper end of the spraying pipe (94) is sequentially welded at the lower end of the shunt pipe (93) from front to back; the upper end of the atomizing nozzle (95) is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the lower side of the spraying pipe (94).

The multifunctional factory floor dust removing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a pipe connection is provided between the water tub (13) and the spray pump (15); the inner part of the T-shaped filter pipe (14) is connected with a stainless steel net by a screw; the first inverted U-shaped fixed seat (11) is arranged on the left side of the supporting block (16); the movable seat (1) adopts a stainless steel seat which is sequentially provided with splicing holes from left to right; a suction pipe arranged at the lower end of the dust collector (12) penetrates through the middle position inside the first inverted U-shaped fixed seat (11); the fixed supporting seat (64) adopts a stainless steel seat with a threaded hole at the middle position inside the left side; the rotary supporting rod (65) is a stainless steel rod with a groove formed in the lower end.

The multi-functional factory floor dust removing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the upper end of said sweeping roller (74) is disposed at a lower inside middle position of the cleaning cover (71); the driven wheel (73) is arranged in the middle of the lower part of the front surface of the cleaning cover (71); the cleaning hair (75) is nylon hair.

The multifunctional factory floor dedusting apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the right side of the second inverted U-shaped fixed seat (76) is inserted into the middle position inside the left side of the movable seat (1); the wing bolt (21) is in threaded connection with the lower position of the right side of the front surface of the second inverted U-shaped fixed seat (76); the right side of the L-shaped fixed seat (61) is connected with the upper end of a second inverted U-shaped fixed seat (76) through a bolt; the inner wall of the left side of the lower end of the L-shaped fixed seat (61) is connected with the left side of the cleaning cover (71) through a bolt; the driving wheel (63) is in transmission connection with the driven wheel (73) through the V-shaped belt (10).
8. The multifunctional factory floor dust removing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the dust suction pipe (81) is a stainless steel pipe having a bottom-sealed lower end and being formed in a trapezoidal shape; the fixing ring (83) is a stainless steel ring.

The multifunctional factory floor dust removing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the upper end of the connection bellows (85) is screwed to an outer wall of a suction pipe provided at the lower end of the cleaner (12); the dust suction pipe (81) penetrates through a through hole formed in the middle of the inner portion of the left side of the movable seat (1).
10. The multifunctional factory floor dust removing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the L-shaped pipe (91) and the shunt pipe (93) are arranged in communication; the shunt pipe (93) is communicated with the spray pipe (94).
