The height of the discharging roller 12 and the feeding roller 7 is lower than that of the frame 14, and the two ends of the cloth are always kept at downward tension under the pulling of the discharging roller 12 which rotates independently, so that the cloth embroidered on the frame 14 has tension and is kept in a flat state, and the hidden trouble that the needle heads of a plurality of needles reciprocate up and down to bring up the cloth during the embroidery processing is avoided.
The work of the servo motor system I4 and the work of the servo motor system II 9 are both commanded and executed by an external control system, the motor 13 comprises but is not limited to a speed-adjustable direct current motor, a stepping motor and a servo motor, the work and the operation of the motor 13 are commanded and executed by the external control system, and a preset program in the control system can be installed to work and operate during the work.
The material of the feeding roller 7 and the material of the discharging roller 12 comprise but not limited to rubber, nylon and flexible composite materials, so that the cloth is not damaged, and the cloth has larger friction force and is enough to drive the cloth to move.

the frame 14 is provided with a plurality of cloth clamping mechanisms 15, the cloth is in a clamping state during embroidery, so that the cloth is connected with the frame 14, and when the embroidery is finished, the cloth clamping mechanisms 15 are opened through air pressure to allow the discharging roller 12 to finish material receiving;
in the process of embroidering, the blank cloth 16 on the frame 14 moves according to a predetermined program along with the line track of the embroidery pattern to finish embroidering, the feed roller 7 and the discharge roller 12 need to synchronously move along with the working rhythm of the frame 14, so that the phenomenon that the frame 14 is pulled by the cloth to cause poor embroidering or a product is torn off is avoided, and the condition can be set in a program preset in a control system to finish embroidering.
The servo mechanism base I3 is provided with a guide rail I5, a feeding roller 7 connected with a blank cloth 16 which is not embroidered is arranged on a roller frame I6, the roller frame I6 is arranged on the guide rail I5, and the servo motor system I4 controls the roller frame I6 to move along with the frame 14.
A second guide rail 10 is arranged on a second follow-up mechanism base 8, the embroidered cloth product 17 is placed on a discharge roller 12 on a second roller frame 11, and a second servo motor system 9 controls the second roller frame 11 to move along with the frame 14.
The invention adopts an automatic control technology, the whole material clamping process is rapidly completed in a labor-saving state, the downtime of the embroidery machine is effectively reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the process is completed by a plurality of motors and starting elements, so that the labor intensity of workers is effectively reduced.
