Abstract
The invention relates to a clamping support for tensioning a steel wire rope of a coal mine belt conveyor, wherein a pulley block mounting mechanism of the belt conveyor comprises a base, a fixing frame, a cross frame, a pulley block and a steel wire rope, a mixed wheel group is arranged on the base through a rotating shaft, the fixing frame is arranged on the base, the cross beam is positioned at the top end of the fixing frame, one end of the steel wire rope is wound on the pulley block, the clamping support comprises a clamping part and a supporting part, the clamping part is U-shaped, the supporting part comprises a fixing plate and a clamping groove, the fixing plate is arranged on at least one side of the clamping part, the clamping direction of the clamping part is perpendicular to the extending direction of the fixing plate, at least one clamping groove is arranged on one surface. The clamping part of the clamping support is clamped on the cross beam, the steel wire rope penetrates through the support groove of the clamping support, and when the steel wire rope is tensioned, the clamping support always supports the steel wire rope like a hand of a person, so that the steel wire rope keeps consistent with the direction of the slide way before entering the pulley block and smoothly bypasses the pulley block, and the accident that the steel wire rope falls off the slide way is avoided.

Background

Therefore, when the steel wire rope is tensioned and tightened each time, 3-4 persons operate simultaneously, the steel wire rope is manually lifted, and the steel wire rope can be tensioned on the same straight line with the pulley track when being ensured to rotate around the pulley. Therefore, time and labor are wasted, and a plurality of potential safety hazards exist when people hold the steel wire rope by hands.

Referring to fig. 1, a structural schematic view of a clamping support for tensioning a steel wire rope of a coal mine belt conveyor is shown, and fig. 2 is a specific schematic view of the clamping support.
The application provides a clamping support for tensioning a steel wire rope of a coal mine belt conveyor, the coal mine belt conveyor comprises a pulley block installation mechanism, the pulley block installation mechanism 1 comprises a base 11, a fixed support 13, a cross frame, a pulley block 14 and the steel wire rope, a mixed wheel group is arranged on the base 11 through a rotating shaft, the fixed support 13 is arranged on the base 11, a cross beam 12 is located at the top end of the fixed support 13, one end of the steel wire rope is wound on the pulley block 14, the clamping support 2 comprises a clamping portion 21 and a supporting portion 22, the clamping portion 21 is U-shaped, the supporting portion 22 comprises a fixed plate 221 and a clamping groove 222, the fixed plate 221 is arranged on at least one side of the clamping portion 21, the clamping direction of the clamping portion 21 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the fixed plate 221, at least one clamping groove 222 is arranged on the surface of the fixed plate 221 far away from the supporting portion; the clamping portion 21 is clamped on the cross beam 12, and the steel wire rope is inserted into the clamping groove 222.
The inner side of the bracket is provided with a pad which is made of flexible material; specifically, in the present embodiment, from the economical viewpoint, waste leathers are used.
The outer surface of the liner is coated with lubricating grease. And lubricating grease is coated to prevent the wire breakage phenomenon caused by friction between the steel wire rope and the ironware when the steel wire rope passes through the bracket.
The card slot 222 has two, one of which is disposed at the bottom end of the fixing plate 221.
One side of each clamping portion 21 is provided with a fixing plate 221. Since the card holder 2 of the present embodiment is made smaller, the fixing plate 221 is provided only on one side of the clamping portion 21 to hold the wire rope on one side. Of course, the clamping portion 21 is made wider, and the fixing plates 221 are provided on both the left and right sides to hold the wire ropes on both sides of one pulley block 14.
The first screw hole 223 is formed at a position corresponding to the fixing plate 221 on the engaging groove 222, and the second screw holes 211 are formed at both arms of the holding portion 21.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: clamping the clamping part 21 of the clamping support 2 on the cross beam 12, and fixing the clamping part 21 on the cross beam 12 by using a second bolt to penetrate through the two second screw holes 211 so as to prevent the clamping part 21 from deviating; the steel wire rope penetrates into the bracket, and a first bolt penetrates through the two first screw holes 223 to be clamped by the first bolt, so that the steel wire rope is prevented from jumping out of the clamping groove 222; when the steel wire rope is tensioned, the clamping support 2 always supports the steel wire rope like a hand of a person, so that the steel wire rope keeps consistent with the direction of the slideway before entering the pulley block 14 and smoothly bypasses the pulley block 14, and the accident that the steel wire rope falls off the slideway is effectively avoided.
Meanwhile, when the invention is operated, the labor force is reduced from 3-4 to 1, and the task can be smoothly finished; and the design is simple, the installation is convenient, the cost is low, and the effect is obvious.
