Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of safety belts, in particular to a pre-tightening type safety belt ignition strategy control method.
Background
Most of the front rows of the existing vehicles are equipped with a passenger safety belt unfastening reminding function, and the passenger in the vehicle is reminded of fastening the safety belt by monitoring the use conditions of the seat and the safety belt, for example, in the patent with the publication number of CN201984571U, the passenger in the vehicle is reminded of fastening the safety belt by detecting signals such as the seat, the safety belt and the vehicle speed and prompting by light and sound. The disadvantages are that: the situation that the pre-tightening safety belt at the vacancy is triggered by the ACU electric signal when the pre-tightening safety belt is not used in an accident is not considered, so that the maintenance cost is increased.
Based on the belt and seat usage signals, a new belt firing control strategy is proposed and saved in a threshold storage module. The method has the advantages that the function of reminding that the existing safety belt is not fastened is realized, and the signals monitored by the safety belt and the seat are simultaneously fed back to the air bag control unit ACU; when the air bag control unit ACU judges that the collision happens and the safety belt and the seat signal reach the set conditions in the threshold storage module, the air bag control unit ACU can ignite the pre-tightened safety belt. When a collision accident happens, the safety belt and the seat at the same position are both in use, the pre-tightening safety belt is triggered by the electric signal of the ACU, otherwise, the pre-tightening safety belt is not triggered. The aim of reducing the maintenance cost is achieved by preventing the pretension type safety belt at the vacancy from being triggered. The safety belt is suitable for most passenger car models provided with pre-tightened safety belts. With the increasingly severe regulations related to automobile safety, more and more automobiles are provided with pre-tightened safety belts for improving the passenger protection performance, and the injury risk is reduced by a method of limiting the forward displacement of passengers after collision; but the current vehicle restraint system firing logic on the market is: when a collision accident occurs and the ignition condition is met, the air bag control unit ACU judges and sends an ignition instruction to trigger all the pre-tightened safety belts, whether the safety belts are used by passengers or not is not considered, and the empty safety belt triggering phenomenon enables the maintenance cost of the whole vehicle to be increased. Therefore, from the viewpoint of maintenance economy, on the premise of not affecting safety performance, it is necessary to design a novel pre-tightening safety ignition strategy control scheme.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a pre-tightening type safety belt ignition strategy control method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a pre-tightening safety belt ignition strategy control method comprises a seat, wherein a safety belt lock sensor is arranged at a safety belt lock position on one side of the seat, a seat cushion pressure sensor is arranged between seat cushion foam and a seat basin of the seat, an air bag control unit ACU is arranged on a middle channel on one side of the seat, and a pre-tightening safety belt assembly is arranged on a B column on the other side of the seat.
Preferably, the specific control method comprises the following steps:
s1: setting the signal that the safety belt lock is used as A1 and the signal that the safety belt lock is not used as A0; setting the seat used signal as B1 and the unused signal as B0, and storing A1& B1 as a threshold value into an ACU threshold value storage module;
s2: after the collision happens, the microprocessor in the air bag control unit ACU receives the input signal and judges whether the acceleration signal accords with the collision characteristic or not, and if not, the information is stored in the storage module;
s3: if the signals meet the next step, judging whether the signals of the safety belt and the seat meet the set threshold value, and if the signals do not meet the set A1& B1 threshold value, finishing the command; if the signal meets the set A1& B1 threshold, the ACU triggers the electrical signal to ignite the pre-tensioned belt, and the information is stored in the storage module and locked.
Preferably, the seat belt buckle sensor is used for monitoring a seat belt use state, and the seat cushion pressure sensor is used for monitoring a seat use state.
Preferably, the air bag control unit ACU is adapted to receive crash, seat belt and seat signals, to determine the signals and to release the firing order.
Preferably, the pretensioned seatbelt assembly is used to provide restraint to the occupant.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the scheme has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, can be easily realized on a mass production vehicle provided with the safety belt unbuckled reminding and the pre-tightening safety belt without adding new hardware equipment, and is simple, safe and reliable; the maintenance cost after the accident can be reduced, and the product competitiveness is improved.
