The technical problem that the application mainly solves is to provide a neck massager and a call answering method based on the neck massager, so that a user can answer or reject a call of a mobile device by the neck massager when using the neck massager.

In order to solve the above technical problem, another technical solution adopted by the present application is: the method for answering the incoming call based on the neck massager is provided, the neck massager is integrated with a control circuit, a Bluetooth circuit and a microphone horn assembly which are electrically coupled, and the method for answering the incoming call comprises the following steps: the control circuit controls the Bluetooth circuit to be connected with the mobile equipment; when the mobile equipment has a call request, the control circuit controls the Bluetooth circuit to accept or reject the call request of the mobile equipment, and controls the microphone loudspeaker assembly to play or collect voice information at least after accepting the call request of the mobile equipment.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a neck massage appearance, the steerable bluetooth circuit of control circuit connects the mobile device, and then initiates the call request through bluetooth circuit control mobile device, perhaps receives or refuses the conversation request through bluetooth circuit when the mobile device has the conversation request, consequently when the user uses the neck massage appearance, need not to take off the neck massage appearance or go to get the mobile device, can directly answer or refuse the conversation request when using the neck massage appearance, convenience of customers uses.

In one application scenario, when the user is ready to use the neck massager 100, the power to the neck massager 100 is first turned on, the control circuit 22 is activated, then, after the user selects the matching connection with the own mobile phone through the Bluetooth circuit 20, the user starts to use the massage function of the neck massage apparatus 100, if there is a phone call request from the mobile phone end, or a voice call request sent by instant messaging software such as WeChat, etc., the user selects to answer the call through the control circuit 22, the control circuit 22 controls the bluetooth circuit 20 to accept the call request, and after the conversion of the digital-to-analog signal of the bluetooth circuit 20, the voice of the call requester is played to the user through the microphone horn assembly 21, the voice replied to the call requester by the user is collected by the microphone horn assembly 21 and transmitted to the Bluetooth circuit 20, and after the digital-to-analog signal conversion of the Bluetooth circuit 20, the information replied by the user is transmitted to the call requester.
In another application scenario, when the user is ready to use the neck massager 100, the power of the neck massager 100 is first turned on, the control circuit 22 is activated, then the user selects to match with the own mobile phone through the bluetooth circuit 20, and then starts to use the massage function of the neck massager 100, if there is a phone call request from the mobile phone end or a voice call request sent by instant messaging software such as a WeChat, and the user selects to reject the call through the control circuit 22, the control circuit 22 controls the bluetooth circuit 20 to reject the call request.
In another specific application scenario, when the user is ready to use the neck massager 100, the power of the neck massager 100 is turned on first, the control circuit 22 is activated, and then the user selects to match with the own mobile phone through the bluetooth circuit 20, and then starts to use the massage function of the neck massager 100, but the user remembers that the previous telephone communication has contents that are not yet clear, and then the user can select to dial the previous telephone through the control circuit 22 by the bluetooth circuit 20, and initiate a mobile phone end call request.
It can be understood that, in the neck massager 100 provided in the present application, the control circuit 22 may control the bluetooth circuit 20 to connect to the mobile device, and then control the mobile device to initiate a call request through the bluetooth circuit 20, or receive or reject a call request through the bluetooth circuit 20 when the mobile device has a call request, so that when the user uses the neck massager 100, the user does not need to take off the neck massager 100 or go to take the mobile device, and can directly answer or reject the call request while using the neck massager 100, which is convenient for the user to use.
Further, the neck massager 100 further comprises a massage assembly 23, the massage assembly 23 is electrically coupled to the control circuit 22, and the control circuit 22 can control the massage assembly 23 to massage the neck of the user.
Specifically, the massage assembly 23 includes an electric pulse generating device (not shown) electrically connected to the outer edge of the massage assembly 23, so that after the outer edge of the massage assembly 23 contacts the neck of the user, the massage assembly 23 starts to massage the neck of the user by the electric pulse generating device.

In a specific application scenario, the massage component 23 is electrically coupled to the control circuit 22, and the control circuit 22 can monitor whether the massage component 23 is in a working state, when the mobile device sends a call request and the user selects to answer, if the control circuit 22 monitors that the electric pulse generating device of the massage component 23 is working, the control circuit 22 reduces the pulse frequency of the electric pulse generating device, and further reduces the massage intensity of the massage component 23, so that the user is in a softer massage state during the call, and the call is not expressed smoothly due to excessive pain caused by excessive massage intensity, and after the user finishes the call, the control circuit 22 controls the massage component 23 to recover the massage intensity before answering the call.
In another specific application scenario, the massage component 23 is electrically coupled to the control circuit 22, and the control circuit 22 can monitor whether the massage component 23 is in a working state, when the mobile device sends a call request and the user selects to answer the call, if the control circuit 22 monitors that the electric pulse generating device of the massage component 23 is working, the control circuit 22 controls the electric pulse generating device to stop working, so that the user is not affected during the call, and when the user finishes the call, the control circuit 22 controls the electric pulse generating device to resume working, so that the massage component 23 resumes the massage intensity before answering the call.
It will be appreciated that when the user selects to listen after a call request is made from the mobile device, the control circuit 22 may not change the heating power of the heating means if the control circuit 22 detects that the electric pulse generating means of the massage assembly 23 is not operating, but the heating means is operating, or may reduce the heating power appropriately and resume the heating power after the call is over.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the massage apparatus body 11 of the neck massage apparatus 100 has an inner side 12 for contacting with the neck of the human body, an outer side 13 opposite to the inner side 12, an upper side 14 connecting the inner side 12 and the outer side 13, a lower side (not shown), and an end surface 15. The massage assembly 23 is disposed on the inner side 12, the massage assembly 23 may be disposed symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the massage body 11, and the microphone speaker assembly 21 is disposed on the outer side 13 or the end surface 15, so as to better collect and transmit the user's voice.

Furthermore, the bluetooth circuit 20 and the control circuit 22 are disposed in the accommodation space defined by the inner side 12, the outer side 13, the upper side 14, the lower side and the end surface 15 of the massage apparatus body 11. Further, the circuit structure is protected inside the massage apparatus body 11, so that the user can avoid touching the massage apparatus body, and the reliability of the neck massage apparatus 100 after sudden situations such as splashing and dropping occur is improved.
Further, the neck massager 100 further comprises a control assembly 24, and the control assembly 24 may comprise a power key 240, a main menu key 242, a temperature selection key 244 and a massage strength selection key 246. The reminding assembly 25 may include at least one of a warning light (not shown), a vibration device (not shown) and a voice device (not shown).
Specifically, the warning light is disposed on the side of the outside of the elastic arm 16, and thus, when the user connects the neck massager 100 to the mobile device through the bluetooth circuit 20, but does not place the neck massager 100 on the neck for use, the user is notified of a call request. The vibration device is electrically connected with the massage component 23, so that after the user connects the neck massage instrument 100 with the mobile device through the Bluetooth circuit 20, and when the neck massage instrument 100 is placed on the neck for use, the user is prompted to have a call request through the vibration massage component 23. Referring to fig. 4, in another aspect, the present application further provides a method for answering an incoming call based on a neck massager, wherein the neck massager 100 may be any one of the neck massagers 100 in the above embodiments. The incoming call answering method based on the neck massager specifically comprises the following steps:
s101: the control circuit controls the Bluetooth circuit to be connected with the mobile equipment.
Specifically, in step S101, the control circuit 22 controls the bluetooth connection module in the bluetooth circuit 20 to be connected with the bluetooth connection module in the mobile device in a matching manner, so as to implement a one-to-one serial data communication.
S102: when the mobile device has a call request, the control circuit controls the Bluetooth circuit to accept or reject the call request of the mobile device, and controls the microphone speaker assembly to play or collect voice information at least after accepting the call request of the mobile device.
Specifically, in step S102, when there is a phone call request or a voice call request issued by instant messaging software such as a wechat, the control circuit 22 controls the bluetooth circuit 20 to selectively accept or reject the phone call request, if the phone call request is selectively accepted, after the digital-to-analog signal conversion of the bluetooth circuit 20, the voice of the call requester is played to the user through the microphone speaker assembly 21, the voice replied by the user to the call requester is collected by the microphone speaker assembly 21 and transmitted to the bluetooth circuit 20, and after the digital-to-analog signal conversion of the bluetooth circuit 20, the information replied by the user is transmitted to the call requester.
Further, the control circuit 22 may also continue to monitor the operating status of the massage assembly 23 after the user receives the call request.
In a specific application scenario, after the user receives the call request, if the control circuit 22 monitors that the electric pulse generating device of the massage component 23 is working, the control circuit 22 reduces the pulse frequency of the electric pulse generating device, and further reduces the massage intensity of the massage component 23, so that the user is in a softer massage state during the call, and the expression is not smooth during the call due to excessive pain caused by excessive massage intensity, and after the user finishes the call, the control circuit 22 controls the massage component 23 to recover the massage intensity before answering the call.
In another specific application scenario, after the user receives the call request, if the control circuit 22 monitors that the electric pulse generating device of the massage component 23 is working, the control circuit 22 controls the electric pulse generating device to stop working, so that the user is not affected during the call, and after the user finishes the call, the control circuit 22 controls the electric pulse generating device to resume working, so that the massage component 23 resumes the massage intensity before answering the call.
In summary, the neck massager 100 and the incoming call answering method thereof provided by the present application enable the neck massager 100 to not only have a massage function, but also assist the user in answering or rejecting a call request. The control circuit 22 can also control the massage component 23 to reduce the massage intensity or suspend the massage when receiving the call, so that the user can not feel uncomfortable when receiving the call due to excessive pain caused by excessive massage intensity. The alert component 25 can also issue alerts to the user when a call request is received from the mobile device to prevent the user from missing an important call request.
