Abstract
The invention provides an insect liquid immersion specimen box, comprising: the glass container comprises a cylindrical transparent glass container, wherein a top cover in threaded sealing connection is arranged at the opening at the top of the glass container, a plurality of freely detachable net-shaped partition plates are arranged in an inner cavity of the glass container at intervals, and a plurality of centrifugal pipe holes are distributed in the net-shaped partition plates. According to the insect liquid immersion specimen box provided by the invention, the designed isolation plate can be used for ensuring that a large number of immersed specimens can be stored, and the positions of the specimens can be well fixed, so that the specimen can be conveniently found.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of insect research, in particular to an insect liquid immersion specimen box.
Background
Insects are the most prevalent animals in the world, and over 100 tens of thousands have been found, adding more than all other animal species. Due to the large number and relatively small body size of insects, except individual groups (such as Lepidoptera), most insects can be soaked in alcohol for long-term storage. The preservation of insect specimens, especially the preservation of model specimens, is very important for the identification of morphological characteristics and the tracing of identification results in later period, and especially has important significance in the aspects of published papers, published books and the like.
However, in terms of the present, the needle-inserted specimen has a corresponding specimen box which can be stored for a long time, and for a liquid-soaked specimen (mainly soaked by alcohol), the needle-inserted specimen is generally placed in a small tube and then placed in a large wide-mouth bottle for long-term storage (alcohol is contained in the small tube, but the sealing performance of the general small tube is not good, and the alcohol can be slowly reduced along with the lapse of time, so that the wide-mouth bottle needs to be filled with alcohol while the small tube is filled with alcohol, and if the alcohol is reduced, only the alcohol in the wide-mouth bottle needs to be supplemented); because the wide-mouth bottle is not designed for storing insect specimens, the mouth size of the wide-mouth bottle and the flowability in the wide-mouth bottle are not suitable for conveniently storing specimens, the specimens are frequently consumed in time and labor when being searched in the later period, and the specimens of one insect usually need to be completely taken out from the whole wide-mouth bottle to be slowly searched. The above problems waste much time and energy of researchers, and cannot achieve good effects.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, an insect liquid immersion specimen cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the glass container comprises a cylindrical transparent glass container 1, wherein a top cover 12 in threaded sealing connection is arranged at an opening at the top of the glass container 1, a plurality of freely detachable net-shaped partition plates 13 are arranged in an inner cavity of the glass container 1 at intervals, and a plurality of centrifugal pipe holes 11 are distributed in each net-shaped partition plate 13.
In order to solve the defects in the existing liquid immersion specimen preservation, the embodiment of the invention provides the insect liquid immersion specimen box, the main body of the specimen box is designed by cylindrical transparent glass, a cavity capable of being filled with liquid is formed by enclosing a side wall and a bottom wall, the cavity is designed by a cylinder with the diameter of 11cm and the height of 16cm, and the side wall and the bottom wall are completely transparent; the top end is a top cover designed in a can type, can cover the side wall and is made of metal. The cavity is internally provided with 3 layers of reticular isolation plates (white or transparent), each reticular isolation plate can be freely disassembled and assembled, and the circular holes on the isolation plates, the diameter of which is 1.2cm, are used for placing centrifugal tubes for storing insect specimens and are all designed to be transparent; round holes with the diameter of about 0.15cm are densely distributed on the sealing part of the isolation plate and are used for liquid circulation.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an arrangement form of a partition board, that is: the glass container 1 consists of a bottom container 14, a middle cylinder 15 and a top container 16; the bottom container 14, the middle cylinder 15 and the top container 16 are in threaded sealing connection;
the mesh partition 13 is provided between the bottom container 14 and the middle cylinder 15, and between the middle cylinder 15 and the top container 16.

An insect specimen-dipping cartridge, comprising: the glass container comprises a cylindrical transparent glass container (1), wherein a top cover (12) in threaded sealing connection is arranged at the opening at the top of the glass container (1), a plurality of freely detachable mesh-shaped partition plates (13) are arranged in an inner cavity of the glass container (1) at intervals, and a plurality of centrifugal tube holes (11) are distributed in the mesh-shaped partition plates (13).
2. Insect flood cassette according to claim 1, characterized in that the glass container (1) consists of a bottom container (14), a middle cylinder (15), a top container (16); the bottom container (14), the middle cylinder (15) and the top container (16) are in threaded sealing connection;

4. Insect immersion cartridge as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the mesh diameter of the mesh-like partition plate (13) is 0.15 cm; the diameter of the centrifugal pipe hole (11) is 1.2 cm.
5. Insect immersion cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the glass container (1) has a diameter of 11cm and a height of 16 cm.
