A welfare-oriented laying hen house comprises a polygonal chicken house formed by combining a plurality of chicken cage mechanisms, wherein the chicken cage mechanisms are all installed on the ground, and the welfare-oriented laying hen house is characterized in that the ground of the chicken house enclosed by the chicken cage mechanisms is provided with a round exercise groove, a second motor is installed at the middle position of the exercise groove, an output shaft of the second motor is connected with a plurality of horizontally arranged cross rods, a plurality of rotating holes are formed in the cross rods, rotating rods are rotatably connected in the rotating holes, transmission gears are installed at the top ends of the rotating rods, transmission chains are connected among the transmission gears on the cross rods, scraping plates which are in sliding connection with the bottom wall of the exercise groove are installed at the bottom ends of the rotating rods, a first motor installed on the side wall of the rotating rod is arranged above the cross rods, a rotating rod is connected with an output shaft of the first motor, a charging bin is installed at, the chicken coop mechanism is characterized in that an annular rain baffle is installed at the bottom end of the charging bin, the edge of the rain baffle extends to the upper side of the chicken coop mechanism, an annular water outlet pipe is sleeved outside the charging bin and fixed on the chicken coop mechanism through a support, a liquid pump is connected to the water outlet pipe through a guide pipe, and the water inlet end of the liquid pump extends into a groundwater well through the guide pipe.

10. The welfare laying hen house according to claim 1, wherein a sun screen is installed on the bottom wall of the rain shield.
