Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
It should be noted that all the directional indications (such as upper, lower, left, right, front, back, top and bottom … …) in the embodiment of the present invention are only used to explain the relative position relationship between the components in a specific posture (as shown in the figure), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indication is changed accordingly.
It will also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an embodiment of an electric massage apparatus, which can provide cold therapy while providing massage. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the electric massage apparatus includes a massage apparatus body 11, a power unit 13 provided in the massage apparatus body 11, and a connecting shaft 14 connected between the power unit 13 and the massage apparatus head and driven by the power unit 13 for driving the wheels 12 to rotate. The wheels 12 are detachably connected to the connecting shaft 14. When the massage device is used, the wheels 12 are close to the skin of a human body, the power part 13 drives the wheels 12 to rotate around the connecting shaft 14, and the friction between the skin and the wheels 12 drives the wheels 12 to rotate on the skin to massage. The wheels 12 are configured with a frozen material to provide cryotherapy. Prior to use, the wheels 12 configured with the frozen material are removed from the massager head and placed in a refrigerator to freeze the frozen material. In use, the wheels 12 are removed from the refrigerator and mounted on the head of the massage apparatus
Referring to fig. 3, the wheels 12 are empty and each wheel 12 includes a receiving chamber 120 and sidewalls forming the receiving chamber 120, and the receiving chamber 120 is filled with a freezing material. The volume of the side wall of the wheel 12 is 25% of the volume of the receiving chamber 120, and the preset temperature range of the wheel 12 can be maintained for 10 minutes after the wheel 12 is taken out of the refrigerator. The temperature of the frozen material within the wheel 12 will be equal to the temperature of the refrigerator used to store the wheel 12. The temperature of the frozen material in the wheel 12 is-20.5 ℃ when the wheel 12 is removed from the refrigerator and drops to-6 ℃ after 10 minutes. Generally, the cold therapy should not exceed 5 minutes, so this is sufficient to provide cold therapy. As can be seen in fig. 4, the temperature of the wheel 12 is approximately minus 20.5 ℃ before the wheel 12 is placed on a person's thigh, and after ten minutes the temperature of the wheel 12 drops to minus 6 ℃. After cold treatment, the temperature of the thighs is reduced from the normal temperature (about 33 ℃) of the human body to the low temperature (about 28 ℃). It should be noted that the variation of the skin temperature of the human body is not limited to fig. 4, and it depends on the temperature of the wheels 12 at the time of starting the cold therapy and the cold therapy time.
The thickness of the side wall of the wheel 12 is preferably 20mm to 22mm, and the thickness of the side wall of the wheel 12 is further preferably 21.5mm, so that the electric massage apparatus has a good balance between the insulation protection and the cold therapy.
The electric massager further comprises a connecting portion including a mounting portion 16 mounted on the connecting shaft 14 and a plurality of connecting bars 15 extending outwardly from the mounting portion 16. In one embodiment, the mounting portion 16 is annular and the connecting portion includes three connecting bars 15, each wheel 12 being mounted to a corresponding connecting bar 15 with the connecting bar 15 passing through the center of the wheel 12. Each wheel 12 has a radial section, that is, a section along the radial direction of the wheel 12, the connecting shaft 14 has a central axis, the connecting bar 15 also has a central axis, the central axis of the connecting bar 15 and the central axis of the connecting shaft 14 can form any included angle as long as the radial section of the wheel 12 is parallel to the central axis of the connecting shaft 14, so that the circumferential surface of the wheel 12 is attached to the skin when the electric massager is perpendicular to the skin. The central axis of the connecting bar 15 is preferably perpendicular to the central axis of the connecting shaft 14, so that the structure of the electric massager is more compact.
The wheels 12 can be detached from the connecting strip 15 one by one when the electric massager is not in use. In addition, the mounting portion 16 can be removed from the connecting shaft 14 to remove all the wheels 12 from the main body of the massage machine at the same time.
Preferably, the wheel 12 has a surface relief provided with a plurality of projections which may be undulated to assist in deeper embedment of the muscle, typically for cold therapy to treat injured muscle. In other words, the surface irregularities of the wheels 12 are intended to provide a more effective massage and to promote the muscle healing process and to eliminate oedema (fluid retention) by the lymphatic system.
Preferably, the side walls of the wheel 12 are made of high density polyethylene, thus making the wheel 12 lighter, smoother, and easier to mold, and the side walls of the wheel 12 can be made of other materials, such as low density polyethylene.
Preferably, the freezing material is made of sodium polyacrylate gel liquid, so that the freezing material is not easy to deteriorate and can be stored for a long time, and the freezing material can be made of other gel liquid which can be frozen and can keep the temperature for a long time.
The number of wheels 12 may be arbitrarily set, for example 3, 4 or 5, preferably 3, so that a more effective massage may be provided and a simple kneading hand massage may be simulated. The three wheels 12 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the connecting shaft 14, so that the skin is uniformly massaged.
A speed reducer is connected between the connecting shaft 14 and the power unit 13, and the power unit 13 drives the connecting shaft 14 to rotate or vibrate or provide other massage effects through the speed reducer.
Each wheel 12 serves as a massage head of the electric massager, and the massage head may be formed in other shapes in addition to the wheels 12.
Referring to fig. 1, the massage apparatus body 11 includes a housing 17, the power unit 13 is housed in the housing 17, and the massage apparatus head portion is housed in the housing 17 and rotates relative to the housing 17.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
