Furthermore, the embodiment of the invention also provides a television. The television set can comprise the television control device, so that the television set can operate according to the steps related to the television control method applied to the television control device in the following embodiments, and a remote user can remotely control the television set.
The embodiment of the invention provides a television control method which is applied to the television control device.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of a television control method according to the present invention is provided. In this embodiment, the television control method includes:
step S10, when the television is in a remote control mode, acquiring the current running state data of the television, wherein the running state data comprises on-off state information and display picture data;
the remote control mode refers to an operation mode in which the television performs a corresponding operation according to a control instruction transmitted based on a remote connection. The television can control the television to be remotely connected with a set terminal and enter a remote control mode when receiving an instruction sent by a user in a space where the television is located; in addition, the television can also control the television control device to establish remote connection with the terminal which sends the request and control the television to enter a remote control mode when receiving the remote connection request sent by the remote terminal. Wherein, in order to ensure that a remote user performs effective control on the television based on his assistance requirement and avoid control confusion of the television, the television is controlled to stop responding to the short-range control instruction when the television is in a remote control mode. The short-range control instruction is specifically an instruction (which may be a remote control instruction sent by a remote control device, or a voice instruction, etc.) sent by a user in a space where the television is located. The remote connection refers to remote connection realized by accessing a terminal for remotely controlling the television and a television control device to the internet and based on internet.
When the television is in a power-on state, the power-on and power-off state information is power-on; when the television is in the power-off state, the power-on and power-off state information is power-off. The display picture data refers to driving data required by the television to display on the display interface.
Step S20, sending the operation status data to a terminal, so that the terminal outputs the operation status data; the terminal is remotely connected with the television control device;
and the running state data of the television is sent to a remotely connected terminal in real time, and the running state data can be output in real time in a text or image mode after the terminal receives the running state data.
Step S30, receiving a first control instruction returned by the terminal based on the operation state data;
after the terminal outputs the running state data, a user using the terminal can send a requirement related to the running control of the television by operating the terminal, and the terminal can form a first control instruction related to the running control of the television by detecting the operation information of the user. And after the terminal forms the first control instruction, the first control instruction is sent to the television control device in real time.
The first control instruction may be an instruction for controlling any operation state of the television. For example, the first control instruction may include an instruction for controlling on/off state switching of the television, an instruction for controlling volume adjustment of the television, an instruction for controlling channel switching of the television, an instruction for controlling lock-related (e.g., lock duration, unlock, etc.) of the television, and the like. The user can send out one or more than one first control instruction through the operation terminal.
For example, when a user using the terminal needs to assist the old people in the space where the television is located to perform operations such as turning on and off the television, selecting channels, adjusting volume, setting multimedia, and the like, the user can know the operation through the output running state data and send out a corresponding first control instruction. Or, the user using the terminal can know the on-off state of the television and whether the children entertainment programs such as cartoons are played or not through the output running state data, does not need to operate when feeling no need, and can remotely control the television by sending a corresponding first control instruction when needing to intervene.
And step S40, controlling the television to operate according to the first control instruction.
And after receiving the first control instruction, the television control device controls the television to execute corresponding operation according to the first control instruction.
After the step S40, the process returns to step S30, so that the television can be controlled to operate in the remote control mode continuously according to the first control command issued by the remote user based on the terminal. Specifically, when the television control apparatus receives more than one first control instruction in sequence, the television may be controlled to execute corresponding operations according to each received first control instruction in sequence. For example, when the first control instruction comprises a power-on instruction, the television is controlled to execute the power-on operation; when the first control instruction comprises a shutdown instruction, controlling the television to execute shutdown operation; when the first control instruction comprises a volume increasing instruction, the television is controlled to increase the playing volume, and the like.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring running state data of the television, including on-off state information and display picture data, when the television is in a remote control mode, sending the running state data to a terminal remotely connected with a television control device so that the terminal outputs the running state data, receiving a first control instruction returned by the terminal based on the running state data, and controlling the television to run according to the first control instruction. Through the mode, the user using the terminal can know actual operation conditions such as the on-off state and the current display content of the television from the operation state data output by the terminal, and the first control instruction is output to remotely control the operation of the television according to the actual operation conditions such as the on-off state and the current display content of the television, so that the remote user can accurately remotely control the television based on the actual conditions of the television, the television can be timely and accurately controlled according to the requirements of the remote user to realize that the user remotely provides quick and effective assistance for the user in the space where the television is located, and the assistance effect is improved when the user executes the remote assistance for the television.
Further, in this embodiment, before step S10, the method may further include:
step S01, controlling the television to pair with the terminal;
specifically, when a specific instruction is received, the television can be controlled to enter a pairing mode, in the pairing mode, the television is controlled to obtain and store first identification information (such as a terminal model, a mobile phone number and the like) of a terminal to be paired, and the television is controlled to send second identification information (such as an equipment number, an equipment type and the like) of the television to the terminal so that the terminal stores the second identification information. After the television and the terminal complete the exchange of the identification information of the other party, the pairing of the television and the terminal is completed, and the pairing mode can be exited.
After the television is paired with the terminal, when the remote control request is received and the source of the remote control request is determined to be the terminal, step S02 is executed.
And step S02, controlling the television to enter the remote control mode.
The remote control request is specifically related information for requesting remote control of the television, and is generated by the terminal based on identification information of the terminal. After receiving the remote control request, judging whether the terminal sending the remote control request is matched with the television or not, controlling the television to enter a remote control mode only after the terminal is matched with the television, and not responding to the remote control request if the terminal is not matched with the television, so that the terminal matched with the television can carry out remote control on the television, malicious remote control of other terminals on the television is avoided, and the use safety of the television is ensured. The judgment of whether the terminal sending the remote control request is matched with the television can be realized by analyzing the identification information of the terminal in the remote control request, comparing the analyzed identification information with the identification information stored in the television, and considering that the terminal sending the remote control request is matched with the television if the comparison is consistent; and if the comparison is inconsistent, the terminal which has the remote control request is considered as the terminal which is not paired with the television.
Further, in this embodiment, in addition to the above-mentioned control instruction, the first control instruction may further include at least one of a voice interaction instruction, a timing shutdown instruction, and a lock instruction. Based on this, step S40 may include:
step S41, when the first control instruction includes a voice interaction instruction, receiving first voice data sent by the terminal and controlling the television to play the first voice data;
and step S42, controlling the television to collect second voice data in the space where the television is located and sending the second voice data to the terminal so that the terminal plays the second voice data.
The voice interaction instruction can be sent by a remote terminal, and also can be sent by a user in a space where the television is located through remote control or voice. When the television stops responding to the short-range control instruction, the television can only respond to the voice interaction instruction and stops responding to other short-range control instructions except the voice interaction instruction. When receiving the voice interaction instruction, the television establishes a real-time voice data transmission channel with the terminal based on the network, and a user in the space where the television is located can communicate with the user using the terminal in real time. For example, an old person who wants to watch television can tell a remote user about the watching requirement through real-time voice, and the remote user can confirm whether the current television control is in a state required by the old person through the real-time voice; remote parents can persuade, criticize and the like children watching television through real-time voice.
Here, through the real-time voice interaction between the terminal and the television, the user who can conveniently provide remote assistance can communicate with the user in the space where the television is located in real time, so as to further improve the assistance effect when the user provides remote assistance for the use of the television.
In addition, step S40 may further include:
step S43, when the first control instruction includes a timing shutdown instruction, analyzing time information in the timing shutdown instruction;
the time information may specifically include time information related to shutdown control, such as a set time length and a set shutdown time.
And step S44, controlling the television to be turned off according to the time information.
When the time information comprises the set time length, the television can be controlled to operate for the set time length and then be closed; and when the time information comprises the set time, controlling the television to be turned off at the set time.
Here, the user of the terminal can send a timing shutdown instruction including time information to implement remote control of timing shutdown of the television, and prevent a user (especially a child) in a space where the television is located from watching the television for too long time, so as to implement supervision and management of watching the television by the user in the space.
Further, step S40 may further include:
step S45, when the first control instruction includes a locking instruction, analyzing a locking time period in the locking instruction;
the lock time period may be set by the user using the terminal and a corresponding lock instruction including the lock time period may be generated.
Step S46, controlling the television to stop responding to the short-range control instruction in the locking time period;
and step S47, controlling the television to start responding to the short-range control instruction in a time period outside the locking time period.
Through the mode, a user of the terminal can realize remote timing locking and timing unlocking of the television by sending the locking instruction, so that the user (especially children) in the space where the television is located can not control the television within a specific time period, overlong watching time of the users with poor self-control ability such as children is avoided, and further supervision and management of watching the television by the users in the space are realized.
Further, the embodiment of the invention also provides a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone, a smart watch and the like). The mobile terminal includes: a processor (e.g., CPU), memory, network interface, etc. The memory may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory, such as a disk memory. The memory may alternatively be a storage device separate from the aforementioned processor.
The memory and the network interface in the mobile terminal are in communication connection with the processor. The processor calls the data stored in the memory or saves the data required for control to the memory. In addition, the network interface is specifically used for accessing an interface of the internet. The processor can also call the network interface to access the internet so as to establish remote connection with the remote control terminal of the television based on the internet.
Wherein, the memory as a readable storage medium may include a television control program therein. The processor in the mobile terminal may be configured to call the television control program stored in the storage and perform the operations of the relevant steps of the television control method applied to the mobile terminal in the following embodiments.
Further, based on the television control method in the above embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a television control method applied to the mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the tv control method of the present invention is provided. In this embodiment, the television control method includes:
step S100, when the terminal is in a remote control state relative to the television, acquiring the current running state data of the television; the running state data comprises on-off state information and display picture data;
the terminal herein specifically refers to a mobile terminal paired with the television control apparatus in the above-described embodiment. The remote control state refers to a running state in which the terminal can control the television to execute corresponding operations and acquire data transmitted by the television based on the remote connection transmission control instruction. When the terminal is in a remote control state with respect to the television, the control state of the terminal with the television establishes a remote connection based on the internet. The terminal can establish remote connection with the television and enter a remote control state related to the television when receiving an instruction sent by a user.
Specifically, the terminal can receive the running state data of the television set sent by the television control device in real time in a remote control state. The operation state data here is the operation state data transmitted when the television control apparatus in the above embodiment executes the television control method in the above embodiment.
Step S200, controlling the terminal to output the running state data;
specifically, the terminal may be controlled to output the operation state data in the form of a character or an image.
Step S300, determining a first control instruction according to the operation information of the terminal;
the operation information can be formed by controlling the terminal by a user of the terminal through a mechanical key, a touch key and the like. Different operation information can correspond to different first control instructions. The specific implementation of the first control command can refer to the television control method in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
Step S400, the first control instruction is sent to a television control device, so that the television control device controls the television to operate according to the first control instruction.
In this embodiment, in a remote control state of the television, the terminal determines a first control instruction according to the operation information of the terminal during the process of outputting the running state data of the television by the terminal, and sends the first control instruction to the television control device, so that the control device controls the television according to the received first control instruction. Based on this, the user at the terminal can send out a corresponding control instruction to remotely control the television by the operation terminal under the condition that the user knows the actual running state of the television, so that the user at the terminal can provide timely, accurate and effective use assistance for the user in the space where the television is located, and the assistance effect is improved when the user executes the remote assistance for the use of the television.
Specifically, the specific step S200 includes:
step S201, generating a first interface according to the running state data;
the generated first interface can contain text information corresponding to the running state data, and in addition, the normal first interface can also contain real-time image information corresponding to the running state data.
Specifically, a currently displayed picture of the television is determined based on the running state data, for example, when the on-off state information is on, the currently played picture of the television is determined based on the display picture data and is suitable for a terminal to perform scaling processing and data format conversion to obtain a picture as a first interface; when the on-off state information is off, the display picture data is 0, and the first interface can be a black screen.
Step S202, acquiring control parameters corresponding to the television, and generating a second interface according to the control parameters;
the control parameters may specifically include the control content of the television running itself and/or the control content of the set-top box of the television on the television. The control parameters can be pre-stored in the terminal during pairing, or can be sent to the terminal by the television control device after the terminal establishes remote connection with the television.
The second interface is specifically a control interface, and a user of the terminal can know the content that the user can control the television through the second interface. The control parameters can be displayed in the second interface in a hierarchical menu mode, so that the user can conveniently control and the interface is simple.
The step S203 is to control the terminal to display the first interface in a first area of a current display interface, and control the terminal to display the second interface in a second area of the current display interface;
the step S300 includes:
step S301, determining the first control instruction according to the operation information of the terminal about the second interface.
Here, through the cooperation of step S201, step S202, step S203 and step S301, the display interface corresponding to the running state data of the television and the control interface of the television can be displayed on the terminal in different regions at the same time, and a user of the terminal does not need to switch the display interface and the control interface, and can know the actual running condition of the television on the same interface and quickly output the first control instruction through the control terminal to realize remote control on the television, so that the terminal user can timely send out a corresponding instruction to remotely control the television based on the actual running condition of the television, and the efficiency of remote control is improved while the terminal is operated.
Further, in this embodiment, after step S200, the method further includes: when the first control instruction comprises a voice interaction instruction, acquiring first voice data based on the terminal, and sending the first voice data to the television control device, so that the television control device controls the television to play the first voice data; and receiving second voice data of the space where the television is located, and controlling the terminal to play the second voice data. By the method, real-time voice interaction between the terminal and the television can be realized, and a remote assistance terminal user can conveniently communicate with a user in a space where the television is located in real time, so that the assistance effect of the terminal user in providing remote assistance for the use of the television is further improved.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a readable storage medium, where a television control program is stored on the readable storage medium, and the television control program, when executed by a processor, implements relevant steps of any embodiment of the television control method.
