Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of alarm, in particular to an alarm information processing method and device.
Background
The cloud platform mainly plays a monitoring role, whether mechanical equipment is in a fault or an alarm state needs to be remotely seen in real time, and meanwhile, the fault is known to be finished in real time. For the reporting of the occurrence and the end of the alarm, generally, the adopted method is that the mechanical equipment uploads what alarm when detecting what alarm, and the cloud platform judges which alarm starts and which alarm ends based on the comparison between the alarm information reported last time and the alarm information reported this time.

Specifically, the alarm information is acquired through a preset period, the alarm information includes a start time attribute and an alarm number, if one or more pieces of alarm information are detected in the current period, the alarm information is temporarily stored in a first set, a second set is used for storing historical alarm information, then the alarm information in the first set and the alarm information in the second set are classified to obtain the category of each piece of alarm information, and the category of the alarm information at least includes: newly generated alarm information, continuously generated alarm information and finished alarm information; if the alarm information is judged to be newly generated alarm information or finished alarm information, reporting to the cloud platform, and if the alarm information is judged to be continuously generated alarm information, not reporting to the cloud platform; and finally, storing the alarm information and the continuous alarm information which are judged to be newly generated into a second set, and emptying the first set so as to facilitate the detection of the alarm information in the next period.

The preset time period can be set according to actual conditions, such as 5 minutes.
And S4, determining whether to report the alarm information to the cloud platform according to the type of the alarm information, storing the newly generated alarm information and the continuous alarm information to a second set, and emptying the first set.
It can be understood that after a newly generated alarm information set is determined, the starting time attribute of the alarm information in the first type alarm information set is set as the current time, and the alarm information is reported to the cloud platform and the alarm information in the first type alarm information set of the cloud platform is reported as the newly generated alarm information; and respectively setting the starting time attribute of the alarm information in the first type of alarm information set as the current time, and storing the current time attribute to a second set.
When the alarm information set which continuously occurs is determined, the alarm information in the second type of alarm information set is not reported to the cloud platform; and respectively setting the starting time attribute of the alarm information in the second type alarm information set as the current time, and storing the current time attribute to the second set.
When the same alarm information continuously occurs, the mechanical equipment repeatedly reports in multiple periods, which is meaningless, because the same alarm information only needs to report once starting time, repeated reporting is not needed, and the amount of data stored in the cloud platform is large due to excessive reporting.
And after the finished alarm information set is determined, reporting the finished alarm information set to the cloud platform, and reporting that the alarm information set of the cloud platform is the finished alarm information set.

It should be noted that, the alarm information processing method based on the cloud platform is performed in the alarm information processing device based on the cloud platform, and in actual use, the cloud platform only needs to receive effective alarm information reported by the device, and does not need to perform a computing process, and the cloud platform does not receive alarm information reported repeatedly, so that the computing pressure and the storage pressure of the cloud platform are low.
