Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Before describing the embodiments of the present invention, the related terms and techniques related to the embodiments of the present invention are described.
Medium: stored with customer information, and can be used as a financial institution, such as a bank transaction, such as a debit card, credit card, passbook, or the like.
The intelligent teller machine: the terminal machine is operated by a client in a bank outlet, and a banking professional assists in identity verification and service approval and can handle banking services.
Reading the identity document information: the advanced international TypeB non-contact IC card reading technology is adopted, after security authentication is carried out on a special chip in a second generation resident identification card through an embedded special identification card security control module (SAM) in a wireless transmission mode, personal information data in the chip is read out, and the information is uploaded to a computer through a computer communication interface.
Face recognition: a biometric identification technique for performing identification based on facial feature information of a person. A series of related technologies, also commonly called face recognition and face recognition, are used to collect images or video streams containing faces by using a camera or a video camera, automatically detect and track the faces in the images, and then perform face recognition on the detected faces. The method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of face image acquisition and detection, face image preprocessing, face image feature extraction, matching and identification. The method is mainly used for identity recognition.
The inventor finds that: in general, when a customer comes to a financial institution such as a bank branch, a bank-issued certificate such as a debit card, a credit card, a bankbook, etc. is provided as a medium to handle a transaction. However, with the development of mobile phone payment and the increasing variety of card books, more and more people are used to go out without carrying various card books.
In view of the above technical problems, the inventor proposes a scheme for handling business on terminal devices such as intelligent bank teller machines and the like by using identity documents (such as second-generation identity cards, port and australian station inward passage cards, passports, military officer cards and the like) as media. The scheme is that according to the identity certificate used by a client in the intelligent teller machine, the validity of the certificate is checked, relevant client information is called, face recognition is completed, and whether relevant services can be handled or not is judged. The service handling scheme is described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a service handling method in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101: acquiring certificate information in a user identity certificate when a service transaction request of a user is received; the certificate information includes: a user facial image and a certificate identification;
step 102: receiving a photographed face image of a user; comparing the user face image acquired from the identity document with the shot user face image to obtain a comparison result;
step 103: when the comparison result is consistent, searching the unique user identification corresponding to the certificate identification in the financial institution system;
step 104: when the unique user identifier is found, determining whether the certificate identifier, the unique user identifier and the corresponding account information are subjected to associated authorization processing;
step 105: and processing the service transaction request after determining that the certificate identification, the unique user identification and the corresponding account information are subjected to associated authorization processing.
The business handling method provided by the embodiment of the invention is not limited by financial institution certificates, and can handle various businesses in different financial institutions only by carrying effective identity certificates, thereby reducing the risk of loss or overdue of the user certificates and improving the business handling efficiency.
The following describes in detail each step related to the business handling method in the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 2 to 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the service handling scheme provided by the embodiment of the present invention is mainly divided into four parts, which are: certificate insertion verification, identity certificate verification, client number (user unique identification) search and verification, and signing a 'media-free payment' protocol (a protocol for transacting business with identity certificates). These four sections are described in detail below.
In one embodiment, the identity document may include: the second generation ID card, one of the inward passage of the harbor and Macau station, passport and military officer card.
Firstly, certificate insertion and verification: i.e. the customer inserts a valid identity document as a medium for the identification of the automated intelligent teller machine (but also other types of banking terminals).
In specific implementation, the certificate information in the user identity certificate is read, and the certificate information can be acquired from the identity certificate (such as a preset chip) which is stored in advance by inserting into a card slot of the service handling terminal; the certificate information in the preset chip of the identity certificate can be read by placing the certificate on an identification card table of the business handling terminal; the identification information in the identification image information can also be identified by acquiring the image information of the identification document and then using methods such as OCR recognition as shown in fig. 3.
In one embodiment, the certificate information may further include: the certificate valid date; the service handling method can also comprise the following steps: detecting the validity of the user identity document according to the document valid date to obtain a detection result;
receiving a photographed face image of a user may include:
when the detection result is valid, sending a shooting instruction to the image shooting equipment;
and receiving the shot face image of the user fed back according to the shooting instruction.
During specific implementation, before the face recognition process, the validity of the certificate is detected, and the efficiency and the safety of business handling are further improved.
In particular embodiments, the validity check of the document may include checking whether the valid date of the document is later than the current date as shown in FIG. 3.
In specific implementation, the verification scheme of the part one may further include: and judging whether the certificate holder is over 16 years old, if not, refusing to handle the service request, and improving the efficiency and safety of service handling.
And secondly, identity document auditing, namely, providing related information of the document by a client, and determining the validity of the document and the unification of the document and a certificate holder by matching with face verification and manual auditing, so that the efficiency and the safety of business handling are improved.
In one embodiment, the certificate information may further include: a user name; the certificate identification can be a certificate number; the service handling method can also comprise the following steps:
identifying the certificate type according to the certificate information;
identifying the service type according to the service handling request;
performing networking identity query processing according to the user name, the certificate number, the certificate type and the service type to obtain a networking identity query result;
receiving a photographed face image of a user may include:
when the networking identity query result is passed, sending a shooting instruction to the image shooting equipment;
and receiving the shot face image of the user fed back according to the shooting instruction.
When the method is specifically implemented, the network identity query processing is carried out in combination with the service type, and when the network identity query result is passed, the subsequent face recognition processing and the service handling are carried out, so that the efficiency and the safety of the service handling are improved.
The following example illustrates a scheme of performing networking identity query processing in combination with a service type, for example, the service type is a large loan service, and the networking identity query processing is performed through a user name, a certificate number, a certificate type and a service type, and an obtained networking identity query result is: the credit degree of the user is extremely low, and the user refuses to handle the large-amount loan service under the adverse conditions of insufficient loan and the like. For another example, if the service type is deposit, then the user may be allowed to transact the deposit service even if the user has a low credit as a result of the network query.
Thirdly, searching and checking the client number, namely the steps 103 to 104: the corresponding client number (user unique identification) is searched through the effective identity document information, if yes, the matching of the client number and the identity document is verified (whether the certificate identification, the user unique identification and the corresponding account information are subjected to associated authorization processing or not is determined, namely whether a protocol capable of transacting services through the identity document is signed or not before or whether the agreement exists or not is determined), and if not, whether the card is opened or not is prompted.
Fourthly, after signing the 'no medium payment' protocol, the business can be normally transacted, namely, the step 105: and processing the service transaction request after determining that the certificate identification, the unique user identification and the corresponding account information are subjected to associated authorization processing, namely determining that a protocol capable of transacting services through the identity certificate is signed before, and performing service transaction if the protocol is agreed.
In an embodiment, the service handling method may further include:
sending out association authorization prompt information after determining that account information corresponding to the certificate identification and the unique user identification is not subjected to association authorization processing;
and processing the service handling request after receiving the association authorization confirmation information of the user and performing corresponding association authorization processing.
When the identity document is used by a client for the first time to transact business at the intelligent teller machine, a medium-free payment protocol needs to be signed (repeated signing is not needed for transacting again), and then the business can be transacted by the identity document, so that the business transaction efficiency and safety are improved.
For the convenience of understanding, the scheme related to the embodiment of the invention is described in the following with reference to fig. 3.
Firstly, according to the identity document used by the client, the validity of the document is checked, and the identity of the client, the type of the document and the like are identified.
And then, after the preliminary judgment is passed, entering an identity verification link. The face recognition is required to be completed, the online check is completed according to the factors such as the name, the certificate type, the certificate number and the like, the on-site identity verification can be completed through the assistance of a bank service specialist, the information data of the provided client is checked, and the safety of service handling is further improved.
Then, the client information (the unique user identification and the corresponding account information) which is consistent with the identity document is searched in the bank system, and whether the client can continuously handle the business is confirmed. If the client does not become the client of the bank, the client is prompted to conduct account opening business handling.
Finally, the customer uses the identity document to transact business in the intelligent teller machine for the first time and needs to sign a 'media-free payment' protocol (repeated signing is not needed for transacting again, the protocol represents that the certificate identification, the unique user identification and the corresponding account information are associated and authorized, namely, business transacting can be performed through the identity document subsequently), and then business transacting can be performed by the identity document.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to banking business handling and business handling of other financial institutions.
