According to the method for sending the early warning information, the target early warning receiving end which accords with the early warning pushing rule can be determined according to the time when the early warning target is found and/or the geographical position of the early warning target, and then the early warning information is pushed to the target early warning receiving end, so that the filtering of the early warning information received by the early warning receiving end is realized, the disturbance of unnecessary early warning information to a civil police can be reduced, and the working efficiency of public security management work is improved.
The execution main body of the warning information sending method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is a warning push end, for example, the warning information sending method may be executed by a terminal device or a server or other processing devices, where the terminal device may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a User terminal, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, and the like. In some possible implementations, the warning message sending method may be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory.
For convenience of description, the following description will use the early warning push end as a server as an example to describe an implementation of the method. It is understood that the implementation of the method by the server is merely an exemplary illustration and should not be construed as a limitation of the method.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an early warning information transmission method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 1, the early warning information transmission method includes:
and step S11, generating early warning information under the condition that the early warning target is found.
The early warning target may be a target to be searched, for example, a suspect, an evasion, a vehicle, etc. in a certain security case, and the specific early warning target may be determined by the early warning task initiating end according to the actual case, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The early warning task is a task set by an early warning task initiating terminal, and when a task initiator needs to detect an early warning target, the early warning task can be initiated by the early warning task initiating terminal. The early warning task is provided with a condition which needs to be met by an early warning target to be detected, the condition can be characteristic information of the early warning target, the process of executing the early warning task can be the process of identifying the characteristic information in a video frame acquired by image acquisition equipment, and the early warning target is determined to be found under the condition that the characteristic information of the early warning target is identified.
For example, when capturing evasion, the early warning target is the evasion to be captured, the feature information of the early warning target may be the facial features of the evasion, and then the process of executing the early warning task may be to identify the facial features in the video frame acquired by the image acquisition device, and determine that the early warning target is found when the facial features of the evasion are identified.
In the case of finding an early warning target, early warning information may be generated. The early warning information may include a geographical position of the early warning target, characteristic information of the early warning target, case information of the early warning target, and the like. After the early warning receiving end receives the early warning information, the civil police using the early warning receiving end can determine whether to execute further action according to the early warning information.
And step S12, determining a target early warning receiving end which accords with the early warning pushing rule according to the current time and/or the geographical position of the early warning target.
The geographical position of the early warning target can be the position of the image acquisition equipment which shoots the early warning target, the position of the image acquisition equipment is usually known, and the position of the image acquisition equipment is determined when the image acquisition equipment is installed. For example, the camera numbered 001 is located at the intersection a, and when the early warning target is found by the camera, the position of the early warning target can be determined to be the intersection a.
The current time may be the time when the early warning target is found.
The early warning pushing rule is a rule used for screening early warning receiving ends for receiving target early warning messages, and the rule comprises a rule related to the current time and/or the geographical position of the early warning target, so that the target early warning receiving ends with proper time and geographical position can be screened out, thereby facilitating policemen to warn as soon as possible, reducing disturbance to the early warning receiving ends which do not conform to the early warning pushing rule, and improving the working efficiency of public security management work.
And step S13, pushing the early warning information to the target early warning receiving terminal.
And after the target early warning receiving terminal which accords with the early warning pushing rule is determined, the early warning information can be pushed to the target early warning receiving terminal. Therefore, the police can be warned as soon as possible within a convenient time and at a proper geographical position, the disturbance to the early warning receiving end which is not in line with the early warning pushing rule is reduced, and the working efficiency of the public security management work is improved.
The method for sending the early warning information provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may also be implemented in various ways, and in one possible implementation way, the early warning push rule includes at least one of the following: the early warning pushing rule is sent by an early warning receiving end; and the early warning pushing rule is set by an early warning task initiating end.
The early warning receiving terminal can confirm what kind of early warning information is received through setting up early warning propelling movement rule, specifically can set up through the early warning receiving terminal by the policeman, and the rule that the policeman input can be received to the early warning receiving terminal, and then the early warning receiving terminal can send the rule that the policeman input to early warning propelling movement terminal.
The early warning task initiating terminal may also set an early warning pushing rule, for example, the early warning pushing rule may be set when the early warning task is initiated, so as to determine a rule that the receiving terminal of the early warning information needs to meet.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the rule met by the received early warning information can be set by the early warning receiving terminal, the rule met by the early warning receiving terminal for receiving the early warning information can also be set by the early warning task initiating terminal, and when the early warning information is found to be generated by an early warning target, the early warning information can be pushed to the target early warning receiving terminal meeting the early warning pushing rule under the condition that the early warning information meets the early warning pushing rule. Therefore, when the early warning information is pushed, the rules for pushing the early warning information can be set by the early warning receiving end and the early warning task initiating end in a two-way mode, the disturbance of unnecessary early warning information of the early warning receiving end to a civil police is reduced, and the working efficiency of public security management work is improved.
In one possible implementation, the early warning pushing rule includes at least one of: an early warning receiving end in the district where the geographical position of the early warning target belongs to; the early warning receiving end is arranged at a position, away from the early warning target, of which the distance to the early warning target is smaller than a first preset distance; the time interval for receiving the message comprises the early warning receiving end at the current moment, and the time interval comprises the working time of the early warning receiving end corresponding to the policeman.
The following three rules are specifically described:
in general, the jurisdiction in which a certain policeman is responsible is often fixed, and for an early warning that occurs outside the jurisdiction in which the policeman is responsible, the early warning may not be in the jurisdiction of the policeman, so that the early warning push rule may be set as: and the early warning receiving end in the district where the geographical position of the early warning target belongs to. Therefore, disturbance to the policemen outside the district where the geographical position of the early warning target belongs can be reduced, and the working efficiency of public security management work is improved.
Because some early warning information have certain timeliness, even if the early warning information is sent to the policemen far away from the early warning target, the policemen cannot be processed in time, and the normal work of the policemen can be disturbed. Thus, the alert push rules may be set to: and the distance between the early warning receiving end and the early warning target is smaller than the first preset distance. Therefore, under the condition of finding the early warning target, the policeman receiving the early warning information can be conveniently processed on site in time, meanwhile, the disturbance to the policeman beyond the first preset distance is reduced, and the working efficiency of the public security management work is improved.
The first preset distance can be a preset distance and can be determined according to actual conditions, so that the police can timely arrive at the scene for processing, and the value of the first preset distance is not specifically limited by the method.
Because policemen often can not all be in the on-duty state 24 hours, for reducing to cause the disturbance to the policemen of non-operating time, can set up early warning propelling movement rule as: the time interval for receiving the message comprises the early warning receiving end at the current moment, and the time interval comprises the working time of the early warning receiving end corresponding to the policeman.
The working time can be acquired from the scheduling management system, the working time of a policeman is recorded in the scheduling management system and is directly acquired from the scheduling management system, manual input of the policeman can be omitted, and the acquisition efficiency of the working time is improved.
In one possible implementation, the method for pushing the early warning information to the target early warning receiving end conforming to the early warning pushing rule includes: pushing the early warning information to a target early warning receiving end in the area where the geographical position of the early warning target belongs to according to the position of the early warning target; and/or pushing the early warning information to a target early warning receiving end, wherein the distance between the target early warning receiving end and the early warning target is smaller than a first preset distance, according to the position of the early warning target; and/or pushing the early warning information to an early warning receiving end of which the time interval for receiving the message contains the current moment according to the position of the early warning target.
In a possible implementation manner, the method for sending the warning information further includes: pushing the early warning information to an early warning management terminal; and pushing the position information of the early warning receiving end which accords with the early warning pushing rule to the early warning management end.
The position information of the early warning receiving end may be located by a Global Positioning System (GPS), a Wireless-Fidelity (Wi-Fi) assisted location, and the like, and the specific location mode is not limited in this disclosure.
The early warning receiving end can send the positioned position information to the early warning pushing end, the early warning pushing end receives the position information sent by the early warning receiving end, and then the position information of the early warning receiving end which accords with the early warning pushing rule is pushed to the early warning management end according to the position information of the early warning receiving end.
The early warning management terminal can be a terminal which can receive and manage a plurality of early warning information, such as an administrator, a command center and the like. After the position information of the early warning receiving terminal which accords with the early warning pushing rule is pushed to the early warning management terminal, the early warning management terminal can conveniently schedule the police strength.
For example: when the escaped people appear, the command center can receive the early warning information, check the position of the escaped people, and determine the police strength around the escaped people (for example, check which policemen exist in the range of 1000 meters near the escaped people) according to the position determined by the early warning receiving end carried by the policemen in the modes of GPS, Wi-Fi auxiliary positioning and the like, so that the police strength scheduling can be flexibly carried out.
In a possible implementation manner, after the position information of the early warning receiving end meeting the early warning pushing rule is pushed to the early warning management end, the method further includes: receiving police dispatching information sent by an early warning management end; and sending an alarm output request to an early warning receiving end corresponding to the police dispatching information.
After obtaining the position information of the target early warning receiving end, an administrator or a command center can input the police strength to be scheduled through the early warning management end, the early warning management end sends police strength scheduling information to the server, the police strength scheduling information can contain identification information of the early warning receiving end of a civil police to be scheduled, after receiving the police strength scheduling information, the server can send out a police strength request to the early warning receiving end corresponding to the police strength scheduling information so as to request the civil police to arrive at the geographical position of the early warning target, the police strength scheduling can be flexibly carried out, the waste of police strength resources caused by unnecessary output is reduced, and the efficiency of the police strength scheduling is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, in the case that the early warning target is a target of an emergency case and/or a major case, the early warning pushing rule includes: and the early warning receiving end in any area and/or the early warning receiving end with the message receiving time interval in any time interval.
For the early warning targets of some emergency cases and major cases, the early warning pushing rule of the early warning task for detecting the early warning target can be configured as follows: and the early warning receiving end in any area and/or the early warning receiving end with the message receiving time interval in any time interval. Therefore, no matter which region or moment the early warning target appears, the early warning information can be pushed to the target early warning receiving end which accords with the early warning pushing rule. The police force of the emergency case and the heavy case can be ensured, and the processing efficiency of the emergency case and the heavy case is improved.
In addition, the early warning information receiving method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is mainly performed by an early warning receiving end, for example, the early warning information receiving method may be performed by a terminal device or a server or other processing devices, where the terminal device may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a User terminal, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, and the like. In some possible implementations, the warning information receiving method may be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory.
