Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related art, a terminal supports a task reminding function, a user can set a task to be handled, a reminding time, a reminding mode and the like in the terminal in advance, and when the reminding time of the task to be handled is up, the terminal reminds the user of completing the task to be handled through a preset reminding mode. In the task reminding scheme in the related technology, a terminal reminds a user of the terminal; however, when a plurality of users need to complete the same task to be handled or there is a correlation between tasks to be handled, each user needs to set a task reminder for the task on its respective terminal, which is prone to cause false reminding or missed reminding, and has low operation efficiency, inconvenient use by the user and poor user experience.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a task reminding method, where the method includes: acquiring an association task between a first terminal and a second terminal which have established a task association relationship, a reminding condition corresponding to the association task and a task reminding object; acquiring state information of a related user of a first terminal; when the current state of the associated user is determined to be matched with the reminding condition according to the state information of the associated user, executing reminding operation aiming at the task reminding object; the reminding operation is used for reminding the task reminding object to execute the associated task. According to the task reminding method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, by establishing the task associated tasks among different terminals, when the current state of the associated user of the first terminal meets the reminding condition, the task reminding object is automatically reminded to complete the associated task, so that the multiple terminals can realize linkage reminding for the same associated task, the error reminding or missed reminding existing in the related technology can be avoided, the assisting reminding efficiency when multiple people and multiple terminals execute the same task is improved, the use by the user is facilitated, and the user experience can be improved.
Based on the above analysis, the following specific examples are proposed.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a task reminding method according to an exemplary embodiment, where an execution subject of the method may be a first terminal, such as a smart phone, a computer, a smart speaker, a smart television, or a wearable device (e.g., a bracelet, smart glasses, etc.); as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps 101-103:
in step 101, an associated task between a first terminal and a second terminal with an established task association relationship, a reminding condition corresponding to the associated task, and a task reminding object are obtained.
Illustratively, a task association relationship between a first terminal and a second terminal is established in advance; for example, an add button is displayed on a screen of the first terminal; when the operation that the adding button is selected by a user is detected, displaying a character input area on a screen of the first terminal; the first terminal acquires the identifier of a second terminal input by a user of the first terminal in the character input area; and the first terminal sends an association request to the second terminal according to the identifier of the second terminal, wherein the association request is used for requesting to establish a task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal.
After receiving an association request sent by a first terminal, a second terminal displays a request window on a screen of the second terminal and requests a user of the second terminal to confirm whether to allow establishment of a task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal; and when the second terminal detects that the user for representing the second terminal agrees to establish the task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal or the user for representing the second terminal disagrees with the operation for establishing the task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal, sending an association response to the first terminal.
The first terminal receives the association response sent by the second terminal; the association response carries information whether the second terminal agrees to establish a task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal; and when the fact that the second terminal agrees to establish the task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal is obtained according to the association response, establishing the task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal, and displaying the identifier of the second terminal on a screen of the first terminal. And when the second terminal is known to be not approved to establish the task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal according to the association response, the process is ended. It should be noted that the first terminal may have a task association relationship with more than two terminals. The communication mode between the first terminal and the second terminal may be a mobile network, for example, a 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G network, WIFI, bluetooth, etc.
After the task association relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal is established, at least one association task between the first terminal and the second terminal is established, and a reminding condition and a task reminding object corresponding to each association task are set. The task reminding object comprises a user of the second terminal and/or a user of the first terminal. Referring to a terminal interface diagram of cross-terminal task association shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows an interface diagram of a mobile phone a, where the mobile phone a establishes task association relations with a mobile phone B and a mobile phone C, respectively; moreover, 3 related tasks are established between the mobile phone A and the mobile phone B: "get up alarm clock is reminded", "go out to remind", and "sleep is reminded", wherein:
1) the reminding condition of the associated task of getting-up alarm clock reminding is 'Mingcao 8: 30', the task reminding object can be a user of a B mobile phone, and certainly, the task reminding object can be set according to the actual requirement of the user and can also comprise the user of the A mobile phone;
2) the reminding condition of the associated task 'going-out reminding' is 'reminding after leaving 100 meters away from home', the task reminding object can be a user of a B mobile phone, and certainly, the task reminding object can be set according to the actual requirement of the user and can also comprise a user of an A mobile phone;
3) the reminding condition of the associated task sleep reminding is that the user of the B mobile phone is reminded when the sleep state of the user of the B mobile phone is judged, the task reminding object can be the user of the B mobile phone, and certainly, the task reminding object can be set according to the actual requirement of the user and can also comprise the user of the A mobile phone.
3 related tasks are established between the mobile phone A and the mobile phone C: "departure warning", "meeting warning", and "night run warning", wherein:
a) the reminding condition of the associated task 'departure reminding' is '10: 30 tomorrow', the task reminding object can be a user of a C mobile phone, and certainly, according to the actual requirement of the user, the task reminding object can be set and can also comprise a user of an A mobile phone;
b) the reminding condition of the associated task meeting reminding is ' 9 o ' clock tomorrow evening ', the task reminding object can be a user of the C mobile phone, and certainly, according to the actual requirement of the user, the task reminding object can be set and can also comprise a user of the A mobile phone;
c) the reminding condition of the associated task 'night running reminding' is 'reminding after judging that the user of the B mobile phone puts on the intelligent sports shoes', the task reminding object can be the user of the C mobile phone, and certainly, the task reminding object can be set according to the actual requirements of the user and can also comprise the user of the A mobile phone.
It should be noted that, taking the terminal interface diagram of cross-terminal task association shown in fig. 2 as an example, a user may implement, through operation on the terminal interface, adding an associated terminal, deleting an associated terminal, adding an associated task between two associated terminals, and deleting an associated task between two associated terminals.
In step 102, status information of an associated user of the first terminal is obtained.
For example, the associated user of the first terminal may include: the user of the first terminal, or a user indirectly associated with the first terminal, such as a user of a terminal having established a task association with the first terminal.
For example, the status information of the associated user includes any one or a combination of the following:
information 1, execution state information for characterizing a first event by a user of the first terminal; for example, in the task "go out reminder" associated with the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B in fig. 2, information whether the user of the mobile phone a is 100 meters away from home; for another example, in the related task "meeting reminder" of the mobile phone a and the mobile phone C in fig. 2, the clock of the mobile phone a reaches the information of 9 pm tomorrow.
Information 2, execution state information of a user of a third terminal for characterizing the task incidence relation established with the first terminal aiming at a second event; for example, in the association task "sleep reminder" of the cell phone a and the cell phone B in fig. 2, information indicating whether the user of the cell phone B is in a sleep state; for another example, in the task "night running reminder" associated with the cell phones a and C in fig. 2, the user of the cell phone B is provided with information on whether to wear the smart sports shoe. In practice, after monitoring the execution state information of the user of the third terminal for the second event, the third terminal may send a monitoring message to the first terminal, where the monitoring message carries the execution state information of the user of the third terminal for the second event; and the first terminal receives the monitoring message sent by the third terminal, analyzes the monitoring message to obtain the execution state information of the user of the third terminal aiming at the second event and obtain the state information of the associated user of the first terminal.
It should be noted that the third terminal may be the second terminal, or may be another terminal besides the second terminal, which has already established a task association relationship with the first terminal.
Exemplarily, the state information of the associated user is determined by a device carried by the associated user; or, determining the state information of the associated user through the setting information input by the associated user in the terminal of the associated user. Optionally, associating the device carried by the user may include: a wearable device, or terminal; among others, wearable devices such as bracelets or smart shoes. Optionally, the setting information input in the terminal may include: time information corresponding to an alarm clock, or a schedule in a calendar.
In step 103, when it is determined that the current state of the associated user matches the reminding condition according to the state information of the associated user, a reminding operation for the task reminding object is executed; the reminding operation is used for reminding the task reminding object to execute the associated task.
For example, the reminding operation includes any one or a combination of the following reminding manners: voice prompt, text prompt, or vibration prompt; the text reminding refers to displaying text information used for reminding the task reminding object to execute the associated task on a terminal of the task reminding object.
Illustratively, when the task reminding object comprises a user of the second terminal, when the first terminal determines that the current state of the associated user is matched with the reminding condition according to the state information of the associated user, an indication message is sent to the second terminal; the indication message is used for indicating the second terminal to execute a prompt operation aiming at the user of the second terminal, and the prompt operation is used for reminding the user of the second terminal to execute the associated task. Optionally, the indication message includes: the content of the associated task, or the identification of the associated task.
For example, when the task reminding object includes a user of the second terminal and a user of the first terminal, and when the first terminal determines that the current state of the associated user matches the reminding condition according to the state information of the associated user, the first terminal executes a reminding operation for the user of the first terminal to remind the user of the first terminal to execute the associated task; meanwhile, the first terminal sends an indication message to the second terminal; the indication message is used for indicating the second terminal to execute prompt operation aiming at the user of the second terminal so as to remind the user of the second terminal to execute the associated task.
Illustratively, the execution state of the task reminding object for the associated task is detected; and when the execution state represents that the task reminding object does not execute the associated task, executing reminding operation aiming at the task reminding object. For example, when the associated task is sleeping, detecting whether the task reminding object falls asleep or not, and if the task reminding object falls asleep, not performing reminding operation; and if the task reminding object is not asleep, carrying out reminding operation to remind the task reminding object of sleeping.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, by establishing the task associated tasks among different terminals, when the current state of the associated user of the first terminal meets the reminding condition, the task reminding object is automatically reminded to complete the associated task, so that the linkage reminding of a plurality of terminals aiming at the same associated task is realized, the error reminding or missed reminding existing in the related technology can be avoided, the assisting reminding efficiency when a plurality of people and a plurality of terminals execute the same task is improved, the use by a user is facilitated, and thus, the user experience can be improved.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a task reminder method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, on the basis of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the task reminding method according to the present disclosure may include the following steps 301-305:
in step 301, acquiring an association task between a first terminal and a second terminal which have established a task association relationship, a reminding condition corresponding to the association task, and a task reminding object; the task reminding object comprises a user of the first terminal and a user of the second terminal.
In step 302, status information of an associated user of the first terminal is obtained.
In step 303, determining whether the current state of the associated user matches the reminding condition according to the state information of the associated user: when the current state of the associated user is determined to be matched with the reminding condition according to the state information of the associated user, the step 304 is carried out; and when the current state of the associated user is determined to be not matched with the reminding condition according to the state information of the associated user, ending the process.
In step 304, an indication message is sent to the second terminal; the indication message is used for indicating the second terminal to execute a prompt operation aiming at the user of the second terminal, and the prompt operation is used for reminding the user of the second terminal to execute the associated task.
In step 305, a reminder operation is performed for the user of the first terminal to remind the user of the first terminal to perform the associated task.
For example, the steps 304 and 305 may be performed simultaneously without any sequence.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the current state of the state information of the associated user meets the reminding condition, the user of the first terminal and the user of the second terminal which have established the task association relationship are simultaneously reminded, so that missed reminding is avoided, and the assisting reminding efficiency when multiple users and multiple terminals execute the same task is improved.

in step 401, an associated task between the first terminal and the second terminal with the established task association relationship, a reminding condition corresponding to the associated task, and a task reminding object are obtained.
In step 402, receiving a monitoring message sent by a third terminal; the monitoring message carries execution state information of the user of the third terminal aiming at the second event.
In step 403, the monitoring message is parsed to obtain the execution status information of the user of the third terminal for the second event.
In step 404, when it is determined that the current state of the user of the third terminal matches the reminding condition according to the execution state information of the user of the third terminal for the second event, a reminding operation for the task reminding object is executed; the reminding operation is used for reminding the task reminding object to execute the associated task.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the execution state information of the user of the third terminal aiming at the second event is obtained from the third terminal, and when the current state of the associated user is determined to be matched with the reminding condition, the task reminding object is automatically reminded to complete the associated task, so that the linkage reminding of a plurality of terminals aiming at the same associated task is realized, and the assisting reminding efficiency when a plurality of people and a plurality of terminals execute the same task is improved.
