(5) in an initial state, the discharging plate 60 is inclined at a certain angle through the adjusting line 43, when more than half of the drying box 5 enters the diversion trench 63, the drying box 5 automatically and completely slides into the diversion trench 63 due to gravity, then the adjusting motor 41 is started to slowly extend the adjusting line 43 to slowly rotate the discharging plate 60 to a larger inclination angle, when the bottom of the discharging plate 60 contacts with the unlocking plate 73, the unlocking rod 68 is compressed into the discharging plate 60 due to the gravity of the discharging plate 60, the movement of the unlocking rod 68 extrudes the connecting line 67 to drive the positioning baffle 65 to contract into the telescopic trench 66, at the moment, the drying box 5 is unlocked, the drying box 5 automatically slides onto the discharging conveyer belt 71 from the diversion trench 63 due to gravity, and simultaneously the discharging conveyer motor 74 is started to rotate the discharging conveyer belt 71 along with the sliding direction of the drying box 5, thereby the drying box 5 continuously moves to the discharging conveyer belt 71, and finally the automatic discharging of the drying box 5 is completed.
The full-automatic drying device can realize full-automatic drying of the raw materials during production and processing of the raw materials of the fabric, and improves the overall production efficiency.

1. A drying device for producing infant clothes antibacterial fabric comprises a drying box, wherein a feeding hole is formed in one side of the bottom of the drying box, a discharging hole is formed in the other side of the upper end of the drying box, a plurality of drying boxes which are uniformly distributed and used for storing raw materials are arranged in the drying box, a lifting mechanism for driving the drying boxes to uniformly lift is arranged in the drying box, a feeding mechanism for feeding the drying boxes is arranged at the feeding hole in one side of the drying box, a discharging mechanism for discharging the drying boxes is arranged at the discharging hole in the other side of the drying box, a plurality of first heating pipes are arranged at the bottom of the drying box, and a plurality of second heating pipes are arranged on the side wall of the drying box;
the discharging mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of guide conveying belts, discharging plates and discharging conveying belts, the guide conveying belts are rotatably and uniformly distributed in the drying box above the discharging port, the guide conveying belts are provided with a plurality of shifting plates which are mutually aligned and used for shifting the drying box to move towards the discharging port, the discharging plates are two, the discharging plates are rotatably distributed at two ends of the discharging port, one sides of the discharging plates corresponding to each other are provided with L-shaped guide grooves used for guiding the drying box, the guide grooves are provided with telescopic positioning baffle plates used for fixing the drying box, the discharging plates are provided with telescopic mechanisms used for controlling the telescopic positioning baffle plates to stretch, and the discharging conveying belts are arranged below the discharging plates;
the telescopic mechanism comprises a telescopic groove, an adjusting rod, a connecting wire, an unlocking rod and an unlocking plate, wherein the side wall of the end part of the diversion trench is provided with the telescopic groove which is in sliding connection with the positioning baffle plate, the telescopic groove is internally provided with a fixedly connected partition plate, one side wall of the partition plate, which is positioned at one side of the positioning baffle plate, is provided with a plurality of fixedly connected first reset springs, the extension end of each first reset spring is fixedly connected with the positioning baffle plate, the telescopic groove is internally provided with the connecting wire, one end of the connecting wire is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the telescopic groove, the other end of the connecting wire movably penetrates through the partition plate and is fixedly connected with the end part of the positioning baffle plate, the bottom part of the discharge plate, which is positioned at the bottom part of the telescopic groove, the unlocking rod movably penetrates through the bottom part of the telescopic groove, the upper inner wall of the telescopic groove, which is positioned at the other side of the partition plate, is provided with the fixedly connected second reset spring extension end which is fixedly connected with the end part of the unlocking rod, the unlocking rod positioned on one side of the second reset spring is provided with a connecting hole, the connecting wire penetrates through the connecting hole, and unlocking plates which are fixedly connected and used for unlocking the unlocking rod are arranged at two ends of the discharging conveying belt positioned at the bottom of the unlocking rod;
the lifting mechanism comprises two lifting conveying belts, a positioning shaft and guide rollers, the two lifting conveying belts are symmetrically distributed in the drying boxes on two sides of the feeding port, the two lifting conveying belts are arranged in the drying boxes in a synchronous and reverse rotating manner, the lifting conveying belts are provided with a plurality of groups of guide rollers which are uniformly distributed and movably connected with the surfaces of the lifting conveying belts, each group of guide rollers are mutually parallel and level, and the drying boxes are horizontally placed on the guide rollers which are symmetrically distributed;
frame and feed roller are carried to feed mechanism including the feeding, feed inlet department is equipped with the feed transport frame of symmetric distribution, the feed roller is a plurality of, and the feed roller both ends all are equipped with fixed connection's connecting axle, and the feed roller both ends pass through connecting axle and corresponding feed transport frame swing joint, and are adjacent be equipped with the chain that is connected between the connecting axle, be equipped with the feeding motor on the feed transport frame, the feeding motor output is connected with the connecting axle in the outside.
2. The drying device for producing the antibacterial fabric for infant clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that: one end of the feeding conveying frame is arranged between the ascending conveying belts inside the feeding port.
