Abstract
本发明公开了一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,涉及太阳能路灯技术领域,包括灯柱,灯柱上部设有灯杆,灯杆上安装有灯具,灯具包括灯座,灯座内设有安装板,安装板的下表面中心安装有LED光源模块,上表面中心安装有散热器,安装板上开设有若干通孔;散热器包括底板,底板中心设有块状的海绵,且海绵由设置于其四角处的四个L形的限位卡件固定;底板上设有若干散热片,散热片与底板之间铰接相连,散热片绕铰接处可旋转,其旋转方向平行于底板的半径方向,各散热片面向海绵的一侧与底板之间均连接有回复弹簧;灯座内于散热器上方安装有风扇;灯座侧壁上开设有通风孔。本发明不仅使路灯保持最好的散热性能,还能防止路灯灯罩上沾附水雾而影响照明质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能路灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯。
背景技术
在照明领域中,路灯作为一种为道路照明用的灯具,为人们在较昏暗的路上或夜晚的出行提供照明,使人们的出行更为方便而安全,因此其应用相当广泛,在我们日常生活中随处可见。
但是路灯灯具的散热问题是一个长期制约其发展的因素,目前虽然已形成了多种解决方案,但都有的一定的局限性,目前最好的散热方式是使灯具内外空气顺畅流通,通过内外空气交换散热,使路灯工作运行保持安全稳定。这种方式虽然具有很好的散热性能,但存在的问题在于,由于灯具不是密封结构,外部水汽很容易渗入灯具内,形成雾状并粘附于透明灯罩上,如此会大大影响了路灯的照明质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,提供一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,不仅使路灯保持最好的散热性能,还能防止路灯灯罩上沾附水雾而影响照明质量。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,包括灯柱、设置于灯柱底部的底座以及设置于灯柱顶部的太阳能电池板,所述灯柱上部设有灯杆,灯杆上安装有灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具包括底面敞口的中空的灯座,所述灯座的敞口处安装有透明的灯罩,灯座内设有安装板,安装板的外缘固定于灯座内壁上,所述安装板的下表面中心安装有LED光源模块,上表面中心安装有散热器,安装板上开设有若干通孔,通孔绕散热器外周向均匀间布;所述散热器包括固定在安装板上表面的底板,底板中心设有块状的海绵,且海绵由设置于其四角处的四个L形的限位卡件固定,限位卡件与地板为一体成型结构;所述底板上设有若干散热片,散热片绕海绵外周向均匀间布,散热片与底板之间铰接相连,散热片绕铰接处可旋转,其旋转方向平行于底板的半径方向,各散热片面向海绵的一侧与底板之间均连接有回复弹簧;所述灯座内于散热器上方安装有向下送风的风扇,风扇的外缘固定于灯座的内壁上;所述灯座侧壁上开设有通风孔,通风孔内设有防尘网。
进一步地,所述通风孔设有若干个,且布置于风扇上方。
进一步地,所述灯罩上部的内壁上设有螺旋状的凸纹,使得热风在灯罩内呈螺旋状流动,从而使灯罩各处温度均匀,除雾效果更好。
进一步地,所述灯座敞口处的内侧壁上加工有内螺纹,灯罩顶部外侧壁上加工有与之适配的外螺纹,灯座与灯罩之间通过螺纹连接,方便拆装。
进一步地,所述灯杆的上方设有防雨罩,防止雨水直接渗入灯具内。
进一步地,所述太阳能电池板呈倾斜状布置,受光更好。
进一步地,所述灯杆为水平布置。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本路灯灯具将自身产生的热量转化为热风除雾,通过对散热器进行改良,风扇向下送风时,散热器上的散热片可随风摇摆,使得热量散发更快,同时散热器上的海绵可以将灯具内未能散出去的水汽吸附,防止内部元器件受潮影响使用寿命。
(2)本路灯经过结构优化,不仅使路灯保持最好的散热性能,还能防止路灯灯罩上沾附水雾而影响照明质量。

一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,包括灯柱1、设置于灯柱1底部的底座2以及设置于灯柱1顶部的太阳能电池板3,太阳能电池板3呈倾斜状布置,受光更好,灯柱1上部设有灯杆4,灯杆4为水平布置,灯杆4上安装有灯具5,灯杆4的上方设有防雨罩18,防止雨水直接渗入灯具5内,灯具5包括底面敞口的中空的灯座6,灯座6的敞口处安装有透明的灯罩7,灯座6内设有安装板8,安装板8的外缘固定于灯座6内壁上,安装板8的下表面中心安装有LED光源模块9,上表面中心安装有散热器10,安装板8上开设有若干通孔11,通孔11绕散热器10外周向均匀间布;散热器10包括固定在安装板8上表面的底板101,底板101中心设有块状的海绵102,且海绵102由设置于其四角处的四个L形的限位卡件103固定,限位卡件103与地板为一体成型结构;底板101上设有若干散热片104,散热片104绕海绵102外周向均匀间布,散热片104与底板101之间铰接相连,散热片104绕铰接处可旋转,其旋转方向平行于底板101的半径方向,各散热片104面向海绵102的一侧与底板101之间均连接有回复弹簧105;灯座6内于散热器10上方安装有向下送风的风扇12,风扇12的外缘固定于灯座6的内壁上;灯座6侧壁上开设有通风孔13,通风孔13设有若干个,且布置于风扇12上方,通风孔13内设有防尘网14。
实施例2
作为实施例1的一种优选方案,灯罩7上部的内壁上设有螺旋状的凸纹15,使得热风在灯罩7内呈螺旋状流动,从而使灯罩7各处温度均匀,除雾效果更好。
实施例3
作为实施例1的一种优选方案,灯座6敞口处的内侧壁上加工有内螺纹16,灯罩7顶部外侧壁上加工有与之适配的外螺纹17,灯座6与灯罩7之间通过螺纹连接,方便拆装。
工作原理:为使路灯灯具达到最优的散热性能,故灯具设计为可内外空气流通散热的结构,但是这种结构易使得水汽侵入灯具内。
本灯具的散热器将LED光源模块发出的热量吸收,风扇向下送风,散热器上的散热片随风摆动,使得热量散发更快,热风向下经过通孔进入灯罩内,在灯罩内螺旋形的凸环的作用下形成旋转式的热风流,使得灯罩各处温度均匀,从而将水雾卷走,并通过通风孔向外排出。此外,多余的未能及时散出的水汽,为防止其对灯具内部元器件造成影响,通过散热器上的海绵可将多余水汽吸附。
通风孔上通过设计防尘网,可防止蚊虫、灰尘等侵入灯具内。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域。对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改。因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

1.一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,包括灯柱(1)、设置于灯柱(1)底部的底座(2)以及设置于灯柱(1)顶部的太阳能电池板(3),所述灯柱(1)上部设有灯杆(4),灯杆(4)上安装有灯具(5),其特征在于,所述灯具(5)包括底面敞口的中空的灯座(6),所述灯座(6)的敞口处安装有透明的灯罩(7),灯座(6)内设有安装板(8),安装板(8)的外缘固定于灯座(6)内壁上,所述安装板(8)的下表面中心安装有LED光源模块(9),上表面中心安装有散热器(10),安装板(8)上开设有若干通孔(11),通孔(11)绕散热器(10)外周向均匀间布;所述散热器(10)包括固定在安装板(8)上表面的底板(101),底板(101)中心设有块状的海绵(102),且海绵(102)由设置于其四角处的四个L形的限位卡件(103)固定,限位卡件(103)与地板为一体成型结构;所述底板(101)上设有若干散热片(104),散热片(104)绕海绵(102)外周向均匀间布,散热片(104)与底板(101)之间铰接相连,散热片(104)绕铰接处可旋转,其旋转方向平行于底板(101)的半径方向,各散热片(104)面向海绵(102)的一侧与底板(101)之间均连接有回复弹簧(105);所述灯座(6)内于散热器(10)上方安装有向下送风的风扇(12),风扇(12)的外缘固定于灯座(6)的内壁上;所述灯座(6)侧壁上开设有通风孔(13),通风孔(13)内设有防尘网(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述通风孔(13)设有若干个,且布置于风扇(12)上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩(7)上部的内壁上设有螺旋状的凸纹(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述灯座(6)敞口处的内侧壁上加工有内螺纹(16),灯罩(7)顶部外侧壁上加工有与之适配的外螺纹(17),灯座(6)与灯罩(7)之间通过螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述灯杆(4)的上方设有防雨罩(18)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾通风型太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述太阳能电池板(3)呈倾斜状布置。
