Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管,用以解决现有技术中存在的问题,包括直线的歧管段、呈上下对向扣合围绕与所述歧管段外侧的安装壳和设于所述安装壳外侧的保温块,所述安装壳外表面径向延伸由安装柱,所述安装柱呈沿所述歧管段轴线方向线性间隔设置且套所述歧管段轴线周向均布的圆周阵列的多个,所述保温块插接于所述安装柱且处于周向同一平面的所述保温块围合环绕于所述安装壳外侧,所述保温块包括由靠近所述安装壳侧向外依次设置的保温部、储热部和散热部。通过该高效保温隔热的排气歧管,可以实现对于排气歧管内热量的隔离并逐渐散热排出,从而具有良好的隔热保温效果,并具有长时效的稳定温度的效果。

Description

一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆排气系统零部件技术领域,尤其涉及高效保温隔热的排气歧管。
背景技术
排气歧管用于将发动机内燃烧产生的废气向排气系统下游的三元催化器、消声段等排出。因为排气歧管直接连接于发动机的下游方向,燃烧产生的废气进入排气歧管时温度极高,为了避免排气歧管对周围部件造成破坏,需要对排气歧管周围设置保温材料,从而使得其温度辐射至发动机舱以及底盘的零部件上造成它们的损坏。但是一般的排气歧管保温装置只能起到隔热作用,使得热量大量积蓄在排气歧管上进而反而使得排气歧管本身受热过高产生力学性能下降、热变形、寿命减少等问题,同时尤其在车辆长时间高速行驶后,大量积热之后的热量还是会通过隔热层向外散出,导致保温效果失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管,用以解决现有技术中存在的问题,通过该高效保温隔热的排气歧管,可以实现对于排气歧管内热量的隔离并逐渐散热排出,从而具有良好的隔热保温效果,并具有长时效的稳定温度的效果。
为实现发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管,包括直线的歧管段、呈上下对向扣合围绕与所述歧管段外侧的安装壳和设于所述安装壳外侧的保温块,所述安装壳外表面径向延伸由安装柱,所述安装柱呈沿所述歧管段轴线方向线性间隔设置且套所述歧管段轴线周向均布的圆周阵列的多个,所述保温块插接于所述安装柱且处于周向同一平面的所述保温块围合环绕于所述安装壳外侧,所述保温块包括由靠近所述安装壳侧向外依次设置的保温部、储热部和散热部。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述保温部包括安装板和保温棉层,所述安装板上具有嵌套连接所述安装柱的第一通孔,所述保温棉层两端分别止抵所述安装壳和安装板。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述保温棉层边缘设有使得相邻保温棉层间呈交错咬合的连接部。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述储热部包括具有空腔的壳体和填充于所述空腔内的相变储能材料,所述壳体包括嵌套设于所述安装柱上的第二通孔。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述散热部包括位于所述壳体外侧的基板和由所述基板表面向外延伸的多个散热脊。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述散热脊侧面设有与相邻散热脊对向围合形成散热腔的凹槽。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述基板边缘设有使得相邻所述基板扣合连接的连接扣。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述散热部还包括设于所述基板上并与所述安装柱可拆固接的安装套筒。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述安装套筒内壁设有弹性套接于所述安装柱外侧的隔热层。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方案,所述散热部还包括与螺纹连接于所述安装柱顶部的定位块。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过保温部实现排气歧管内热量向外散失的直接隔离效果,防止外部零部件被直接加热损坏;通过储热部和散热部将排气歧管中的热量逐步向外散出,使得散热速度稳定在较缓但持续进行的水平,一方面是的排气歧管不会过热损坏,另一方面逐步排出的热量不易直接辐射导致外部零部件损坏。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行详细描述:
实施例一
如图1、2所示的一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管,包括直线的歧管段1、呈上下对向扣合围绕与歧管段1外侧的安装壳2和设于安装壳2外侧的保温块。安装壳2外表面径向延伸有安装柱21,安装柱21呈沿歧管段1轴线方向线性间隔设置且套歧管段1轴线周向均布的圆周阵列的多个,即形成了绕歧管段1设置的呈圆柱形周向阵列的结构,实现以模块化安装保温块的方式进行便利、覆盖完全的安装效果,本实施例中为一周四个安装柱21和保温块。本实施例中的安装壳2以及安装柱21呈钢制,安装壳2底部设有凹入的空间,从而形成与歧管段1围合的容纳空气的空间,从而以空气相对更高的比热容实现使得歧管段1的热量传递至安装壳2的速度降低的效果,同时可以减少整体结构重量。保温块插接于安装柱21且处于周向同一平面的保温块围合环绕于安装壳2外侧以形成对于歧管段1的完整的包围效果。保温块包括由靠近安装壳2侧向外依次设置的保温部31、储热部32和散热部33。
本实施例中,保温部31用于包围于歧管段1外侧使得歧管段1中的热量被隔离,不会直接辐射影响外部零部件。其包括安装板311和保温棉层312,安装板311上机加工有嵌套连接安装柱21的第一通孔313,保温棉层312两端分别止抵安装壳2和安装板311,即形成被夹持在安装壳2和安装板311之间的状态,安装板311在本实施例中为氧化铝陶瓷制,从而在起到对于保温棉层312的安装定位功能的同时以其隔热功能进一步降速热量的传递。
本实施例中,保温棉层312边缘设有使得相邻保温棉层312间呈交错咬合的连接部314,本实施例中的连接部314呈沿歧管段1的径向方向间隔设置的多个三角齿形,相邻保温棉层312之间的连接部314交错咬合以实现它们之间的连接缝隙的消除,从而减少热量从缝隙中的逸散。
本实施例中,储热部32包括通过焊接形成的具有空腔322的铝制或铜制壳体321和在焊接完成密闭前进行填充放置于空腔322内的相变储能材料323,壳体321包括嵌套设于安装柱21上的第二通孔324。在长期形式后,从保温部31中散出的热量传递至储热部32,并从而通过相变储能材料323受热相变过程中的储能效果部分地储存在其中,以便于外部散热部33进一步将其有序散出,歧管段1中的热量一方面通过保温部31实现保温并缓慢散出,另一方面通过安装柱21直接向储热部32和散热部33处传导,使得其热量有部分可以相对其他部分更快的散出,从而减少同一时间下整体的热量散失量,使得热量有序散出,并且可以使得歧管段1中过高导致其损坏的热量具有便利排出的通道。
本实施例中,散热部33包括通过止抵连接在壳体321外侧的金属制基板331和由基板331表面向外一体延伸的多个散热脊332,从而在车辆行驶过程中通过行驶产生的气流通过散热脊332表面实现有效散热。通过散热脊332散出的热量主要由气流带走,不会对周围外部零部件造成过热的损坏。
本实施例中,散热脊332侧面设有与相邻散热脊332对向围合形成散热腔的凹槽333,凹槽333以及其组成的散热腔目的在于进一步提高与行驶中气流的接触面积,提高散热效率。
本实施例中,基板331边缘设有使得相邻基板331扣合连接的连接扣334。从而实现基板331的相互有效连接围合成圆柱筒形的包围,实现对于内部储热部32和保温部31的定位安装效果,同时也使得各个基板331间可以传递热量,使得散热效果更好。
本实施例中,散热部33还包括设于基板331上并与安装柱21可拆固接的安装套筒335。同时,安装套筒335内壁设有弹性套接于安装柱21外侧的隔热棉制成的隔热层336。使得散热部33实现与安装柱21的弹性稳定连接,提高安装稳定性,并且减少与安装柱21的直接接触热传导,使得从歧管段1散出的热量主要由储热部32方向传递,使得热量的散出速度有序可控。
本实施例中,散热部33还包括与螺纹连接于安装柱21顶部的定位块337,从而通过拧紧效果实现对于保温块各个块的紧固安装。
实施例二
实施例二中所记载的技术方案与实施例一近似,其不同之处在于:
实施例二中的连接部314为沿歧管段1径向方向延伸的锯齿形(即延伸方向与实施例一中的连接部314垂直),从而在进行围合在歧管段314外的安装时安装更为简便。

1.一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管,其特征在于,包括直线的歧管段(1)、呈上下对向扣合围绕与所述歧管段(1)外侧的安装壳(2)和设于所述安装壳(2)外侧的保温块,所述安装壳(2)外表面径向延伸有安装柱(21),所述安装柱(21)呈沿所述歧管段(1)轴线方向线性间隔设置且套所述歧管段(1)轴线周向均布的圆周阵列的多个,所述保温块插接于所述安装柱(21)且处于周向同一平面的所述保温块围合环绕于所述安装壳(2)外侧,所述保温块包括由靠近所述安装壳(2)侧向外依次设置的保温部(31)、储热部(32)和散热部(33)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管,其特征在于,所述保温部(31)包括安装板(311)和保温棉层(312),所述安装板(311)上具有嵌套连接所述安装柱(21)的第一通孔(313),所述保温棉层(312)两端分别止抵所述安装壳(2)和安装板(311)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效保温隔热的排气歧管,其特征在于,所述保温棉层(312)边缘设有使得相邻保温棉层(312)间呈交错咬合的连接部(314)。
