本发明公开了一种遮阳窗,包括框体,在框体的内侧设置两个驱动装置,每个驱动装置均用于驱动转动窗,两个转动窗均转动连接在框体的内框处,每个转动窗均包括窗框,在每个窗框的内框均设有环形槽,在每个环形槽内均连接夹层玻璃,在每个夹层玻璃内设有空腔,在每个空腔的一侧均设有开口,在每个窗框的外侧均设有插接槽,在每个插接槽上均设有连通孔,连通孔连通相应的所述环形槽,连通孔与相应的开口同轴设置,在每个插接槽内均插接盒体,在盒体内填充遮阳颗粒,在每个盒体上均设有出口,出口与所述连通孔配合设置。本发明的优点:本装置通过电机带动转动窗进行转动,当转动窗转动180度时,具有遮阳功能,转动90度时,具有最大通风效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及窗户技术领域,尤其涉及一种遮阳窗。
背景技术
窗户是人类居住环境中的必要设施,起到采光通风、防止室外飞絮和昆虫等进入室内、装饰等作用,但是现有的窗户都不自带遮阳功能,都是通过在建筑外墙或者窗户内侧安装遮阳装置,安装遮阳装置不仅浪费时间,提高装修成本,而且遮阳装置还有可能影响整个房屋的建筑风格,影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种遮阳窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种遮阳窗,包括框体,在框体的内侧设置两个驱动装置,每个驱动装置均用于驱动连接转动窗,两个转动窗均转动连接在所述框体的内框处,每个转动窗均包括窗框,在每个窗框的内框均设有环形槽,在每个环形槽内均连接夹层玻璃,在每个夹层玻璃内设有空腔,在每个空腔的一侧均设有开口,在每个窗框的外侧均设有插接槽,在每个插接槽上均设有连通孔,连通孔连通相应的所述环形槽,连通孔与相应的所述开口同轴设置,在每个插接槽内均插接盒体,在盒体内填充遮阳颗粒,在每个盒体上均设有出口,出口与所述连通孔配合设置。
优选地,所述框体包括两个竖板,在两个竖板之间连接两个横板,在每个竖板内均设有安装腔,在每个安装腔内均设置相应的所述驱动装置,两个驱动装置斜对称设置,在每个横板上均设有安装槽,在安装槽的底部竖直连接一组弹簧,在一组弹簧的上方连接按压板。
优选地,在所述每个窗框的两侧均连接转动轴,两个转动轴相对设置,两个转动轴分别穿过相对应的所述竖板的侧壁,在其中一个转动轴上连接限位板,限位板设置在相应的所述安装腔内,另外一个转动轴连接相应的所述驱动装置。
优选地,所述驱动装置包括竖直设置的电机,在电机的底座上连接安装板,安装板连接在相应的所述安装腔的内壁上,在电机的输出轴上连接第一伞形齿轮,在第一伞形齿轮的一侧啮合第二伞形齿轮,第二伞形齿轮连接在相应的所述转动轴上。
优选地,在每个所述窗框的两侧均连接卡接板,两个卡接板相对设置,卡接板为L型板结构,每两个相应的所述卡接板均配合设置。
优选地,在每个所述空腔的一侧均为V形结构,在其底部设置
优选地,所述开口为锥形孔,孔径小的一端连接相应的所述空腔,孔径大的一端朝向相应的所述连通孔。

优选地,在每个所述插接槽内的一侧均连接磁块,磁块与相应的所述盒体的滑动方向相对设置。
本发明的优点在于:本发明所提供的一种遮阳窗通过电机带动转动窗进行转动,当转动窗180旋转后,夹层玻璃内填满遮阳颗粒能够形成遮阳反光层,能够防止阳光直接照射进屋内,当转动窗90度旋转后,与框体呈垂直状态,能够最大程度通风。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的一种遮阳窗,包括框体1,所述框体1包括两个竖板1.1,在两个竖板1.1之间焊接两个横板1.2,在每个竖板1.1内均设有安装腔1.3,在每个安装腔1.3内均设置相应的所述驱动装置,两个驱动装置斜对称设置,每个驱动装置均用于驱动转动窗2。
每个转动窗2均包括窗框3,在每个所述窗框3的两侧均焊接转动轴3.1,两个转动轴3.1相对设置,两个转动轴3.1分别穿过相对应的所述竖板1.1的侧壁,在其中一个转动轴3.1上焊接限位板3.2,限位板3.2设置在相应的所述安装腔1.3内,另外一个转动轴3.1的端部连接相应的所述驱动装置。
所述驱动装置包括竖直设置的电机11,在电机11的底座上焊接安装板12,安装板12焊接在相应的所述安装腔1.3的内壁上,在电机11的输出轴上焊接第一伞形齿轮13,在第一伞形齿轮13的一侧啮合第二伞形齿轮14,第二伞形齿轮14焊接在相应的所述转动轴上3.1,通过电机11带动第一伞形齿轮13进行转动,第一伞型齿轮13与第二伞型齿轮14啮合,从而带动窗框3进行转动。
如图1和图3所示,在每个窗框3的内框均设有环形槽4,在每个环形槽4内均胶粘夹层玻璃5,在每个窗框3的外侧均设有插接槽8,在每个插接槽8上均设有连通孔9,连通孔9连通相应的所述环形槽4,在每个插接槽8内均插接盒体10,为了使盒体10能够插接的更方便,在每个插接槽8内的一侧均焊接导向块8.1,在每个所述盒体10的一侧均设有导向槽,在导向槽内滑动连接相应的所述导向块8.1。
为了将盒体10固定在插接槽8内,在每个插接槽8内的一侧面均通过螺栓固定磁块8.2,磁块8.2与相应的所述盒体10的滑动方向相对设置,在本实施例中盒体10的材质为铁盒,通过磁块8.2将铁盒吸附住。
在盒体10内填充遮阳颗粒,在本实施例中遮阳颗粒为白色的细沙,在每个盒体10上均设有出口,出口与所述连通孔9配合设置,当盒体10完全插接进插接槽8时,盒体10的出口与连通孔9同轴设置。
如图4所示,在每个夹层玻璃5内设有空腔6,每个空腔6的一侧均为V形结构,在其底部均设置开口7,开口7与相应的所述连通孔9同轴设置,开口7为锥形孔,孔径小的一端连接相应的所述空腔6,孔径大的一端朝向相应的所述连通孔9,盒体10内的遮阳颗粒能够依次通过盒体10的出口、连通孔9和开口7进入空腔6内,盒体10内的遮阳颗粒能够将空腔6完全填充满,空腔6内的遮阳颗粒能够形成一层白色反光层,对阳光进行有效反射。
在每个横板1.2上均设有安装槽1.4,在安装槽1.4的底部竖直焊接一组弹簧1.5,在本实施例中一组弹簧1.5为三个,在三个弹簧1.5的上方焊接按压板1.6,转动窗2在转动时会按压到按压板1.6,按压板1.6向下运动不会阻碍到转动窗2的转动,而且在弹簧1.5的作用下按压板1.6会紧密抵在转动窗2的一侧,能够有效防止漏风渗水。
如图5所示,在每个窗框3的两侧均焊接卡接板3.3,两个卡接板3.3相对设置,卡接板3.3为L型板结构,每两个相应的所述卡接板3.3均配合设置,即处于上方的转动窗2下方的卡接板3.3和处于下方转动窗2上方的卡接板3.3之间相互卡接,防止两个转动窗2之间漏风。
工作原理:首先将装满遮阳颗粒的盒体10插接进插接槽8内,当阳光猛烈时,启动两个电机11带动两个转动窗2进行转动,使盒体10处于上方,使盒体10内的遮阳颗粒依次通过盒体10的出口、连通孔9和开口7进入空腔6内,将空腔6完全填充满,形成一层白色反光层,不仅能够遮挡阳光,还能够对阳光进行有效反射;当阳光消失,不需遮挡阳光时,在反向启动电机11带动两个转动窗2进行转动,使空腔6内的遮阳颗粒再次回到盒体10内,恢复通光;而且在想要通风时,使转动窗2转动到与框体1呈90度垂直,能够最大程度的实现通风。

1.一种遮阳窗,其特征在于:包括框体(1),在框体(1)的内侧设置两个驱动装置,每个驱动装置均用于驱动连接转动窗(2),两个转动窗(2)均转动连接在所述框体(1)的内框处,每个转动窗(2)均包括窗框(3),在每个窗框(3)的内框均设有环形槽(4),在每个环形槽(4)内均连接夹层玻璃(5),在每个夹层玻璃(5)内设有空腔(6),在每个空腔(6)的一侧均设有开口(7),在每个窗框(3)的外侧均设有插接槽(8),在每个插接槽(8)上均设有连通孔(9),连通孔(9)连通相应的所述环形槽(4),连通孔(9)与相应的所述开口(7)同轴设置,在每个插接槽(8)内均插接盒体(10),在盒体(10)内填充遮阳颗粒,在每个盒体(10)上均设有出口,出口与所述连通孔(9)配合设置。
