Abstract
本发明提供一种非水泥基的轻质仿石材料及其制作方法,包括由下至上依次叠加的轻质基材层、保护层和高强耐候仿石面层;其中:所述轻质基材层的材料为模塑聚苯板(EPS)或挤塑聚苯板(XPS)或硬质聚氨酯(PU);所述保护层材料为耐碱网格布和抗裂砂浆;所述高强耐候仿石面层材料为包括水泥、砂、水泥添加剂、乳液、纤维和颜料的混合物。本发明所披露的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料可作为水泥基仿石材料和天然石材的替代品。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及到一种具有仿石材表面的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料及其制作方法。
技术背景
天然石材在建筑装饰中被大量应用,由于天然石材资源的稀缺性、石材开采加工破环环境、石材价格不断攀升等原因,市场上出现了大量以水泥基为主要材料的仿石材料,以代替天然石材。但水泥基的仿石材料,存在自重重、施工不方便、使用安全性低等缺陷,同时价格偏高,其应用也受到诸多局限。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对上述问题,提供一种可作为水泥基仿石材料和天然石材的替代品。
本发明提供一种非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,其特征在于:
包括由下至上依次叠加的轻质基材层、保护层和高强耐候仿石面层;其中:
所述轻质基材层的材料为模塑聚苯板(EPS)或挤塑聚苯板(XPS)或硬质聚氨酯(PU);
所述保护层材料为耐碱网格布和抗裂砂浆;
所述高强耐候仿石面层材料为包括水泥、砂、水泥添加剂、乳液、纤维和颜料的混合物。
进一步的,所述轻质基材层,其材料包括模塑聚苯板(EPS)或挤塑聚苯板(XPS)或硬质聚氨酯(PU)。
进一步的,所述保护层包括包裹于轻质基材层表面的耐碱网格布,耐碱网格布外部有1-10mm厚的抗裂砂浆。
进一步的,所述的高强耐候仿石面层,包括水泥、砂、水泥添加剂、乳液、纤维和颜料。
进一步的,所述的高强耐候仿石面层,厚度为2-10mm。
进一步的,所述的高强耐候仿石面层各组成部分重量百分比为:
水泥:28%-65%;砂:30%-64%;水泥添加剂:0.28%-0.8%,乳液:0.15%-3%;纤维:0.1%-0.85%;颜料:0.4%-0.8%。
本发明还提供一种非水泥基的轻质仿石材料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
选用轻质材料为主要原料,通过切割等形式制作成需要的形状,形成轻质基材;
轻质基材表面先用耐碱网格布包裹,再批刮一层的抗裂砂浆;
将水泥、砂、乳液、纤维、水泥添加剂和颜料混合均匀加入水搅拌均匀;
将上述混合物喷涂在模具中;
将轻质基材放入模具中,待养护成型后脱模倒出。
进一步的,还包括如下步骤:
在模具喷涂脱模剂,再在模具内喷涂上述混合均匀的高强耐候仿石面层材料;
将包含保护层和轻质基材层的胚体放入模具。
进一步的,水泥和砂按1:1的比例混合。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的目的针对水泥基仿石材料容重高、安全性低、施工不便等缺陷而提供一种超轻质、施工方便、安全性能高、性价比高、容重只有水泥基仿石材料50%左右的仿石材料,产品的形状、颜色可按需要调整,可作为水泥基仿石材料和天然石材的替代品。

具体实施方式
一种非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,包括由下至上依次叠加的轻质基材层1、保护层和高强耐候仿石面层2;其中:
所述轻质基材层的材料选用模塑聚苯板(EPS)或挤塑聚苯板(XPS)或硬质聚氨酯(PU)等轻质材料为主要原料作为轻质基材层,将轻质基材通过切割等形式制作成需要的形状;
所述保护层材料包括耐碱网格布3和抗裂砂浆4;所述保护层耐碱网格布包裹于轻质基材层表面,耐碱网格布外部有1-10mm厚的抗裂砂浆。
制作时为,将轻质基材表面先用耐碱网格布包裹,再批刮一层1-10mm厚的抗裂砂浆(根据需要也可不设置);其中抗裂砂浆厚度可以根据需要在1-10mm之间调整。
所述高强耐候仿石面层材料包括水泥、砂、水泥添加剂、乳液、纤维和颜料的混合物。高强耐候仿石面层材料各组成部分重量百分比为:
水泥:28%-65%;砂:30%-64%;水泥添加剂:0.28%-0.8%,乳液:0.15%-3%;纤维:0.1%-0.85%;颜料:0.4%-0.8%;
其中,高强耐候仿石面层,厚度为2-10mm,通过将水泥、砂、水泥添加剂、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、玻璃短纤维和颜料等材料和水混合搅拌均匀制成。
其中水泥添加剂包括减水剂、缓凝剂、引气剂等。颜料可以是黑铁、土黄、咖啡等颜色的氧化铁、炭黑或者其他颜色的颜料。
将高强耐候仿石面层喷涂在模具中,模具预先经过刷涂脱模剂处理,再在将轻质基材(含保护层)放入模具中,待养护成型后脱模倒出。
制作流程包括:
选用轻质材料为主要原料,通过切割等形式制作成需要的形状,形成轻质基材;
轻质基材表面先用耐碱网格布包裹,再批刮一层的抗裂砂浆;
将水泥、砂、乳液、纤维、水泥添加剂和颜料混合均匀加入水搅拌均匀;
在模具喷涂脱模剂,再在模具内喷涂上述混合均匀的高强耐候仿石面层材料;
将包含保护层的轻质基材层胚体放入模具,养护成型,脱模倒出、养护。
进一步的,水泥和砂按1:1的比例混合。
以上示意性的对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,实施例中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。所以,如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,其特征在于:
包括由下至上依次叠加的轻质基材层、保护层和高强耐候仿石面层,其中:
所述轻质基材层的材料为模塑聚苯板(EPS)或挤塑聚苯板(XPS)或硬质聚氨酯(PU);
所述保护层材料为耐碱网格布和抗裂砂浆;
所述高强耐候仿石面层材料为包括水泥、砂、水泥添加剂、乳液、纤维和颜料的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,其特征在于,所述轻质基材层,其材料包括模塑聚苯板(EPS)或挤塑聚苯板(XPS)或硬质聚氨酯(PU)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,其特征在于,所述保护层包括包裹于轻质基材层表面的耐碱网格布,耐碱网格布外部有1-10mm厚的抗裂砂浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,其特征在于,所述的高强耐候仿石面层,包括水泥、砂、水泥添加剂、乳液、纤维和颜料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,其特征在于,所述的高强耐候仿石面层,厚度为2-10mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料,其特征在于,所述的高强耐候仿石面层各组成部分重量百分比为:
水泥:28%-65%;砂:30%-64%;水泥添加剂:0.28%-0.8%,乳液:0.15%-3%;纤维:0.1%-0.85%;颜料:0.4%-0.8%。
7.一种非水泥基的轻质仿石材料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
选用轻质材料为主要原料,通过切割等形式制作成需要的形状,形成轻质基材;
轻质基材表面先用耐碱网格布包裹,再批刮一层的抗裂砂浆;
将水泥、砂、乳液、纤维、水泥添加剂和颜料混合均匀加入水搅拌均匀;
将上述混合物喷涂在模具中;
将轻质基材层放入模具中,待养护成型后脱模倒出。
8.根据权利要求7所述的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
在模具喷涂脱模剂,再在模具内喷涂上述混合均匀的高强耐候仿石面层材料;
将包含保护层和轻质基材层的胚体放入模具。
9.根据权利要求7所述的非水泥基的轻质仿石材料的制作方法,其特征在于,水泥和砂按1:1的比例混合。
