Abstract
The invention discloses a novel assembled box culvert and a construction method thereof, wherein the box culvert mainly comprises an upper-layer box culvert (1) and a lower-layer box culvert (2), wherein a plurality of vertical reinforcing steel bars (3) are arranged in the upper-layer box culvert (1), and the vertical reinforcing steel bars (3) extend out of the upper-layer box culvert (1) along the vertical direction; and a plurality of steel sleeves (4) matched with the vertical steel bars in the upper box culvert are arranged in the lower box culvert (2). According to the invention, each section of box culvert is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, and the layers are connected by adopting a sleeve grouting mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention particularly relates to a novel assembly type box culvert and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of assembly type buildings.
Background
The box culvert refers to a culvert built by reinforced concrete box-shaped pipe joints on a tunnel body; the box culvert construction generally adopts cast-in-place, a bottom layer is arranged in an excavated groove, a concrete cushion layer is poured, processed reinforcing steel bars are bound on site, an inner mold and an outer mold are supported, the larger box culvert is generally poured with a bottom plate and the lower half part of a side wall firstly, reinforcing steel bars on the upper part of the side wall and a top plate are bound, the inner mold and the outer mold are supported, and the upper half part of the side wall and the top plate are poured; and (5) removing the formwork when the concrete reaches the strength required by the design, and backfilling the soil on the two sides of the box culvert. Cast-in-place box culvert is because inefficiency, the construction degree of difficulty are big for the assembled box culvert arouses the concern in the industry.
The existing assembly type box culvert mainly adopts an integral segmented form and is poured into a section of box culvert in advance; for a box culvert with a large size, in order to meet the hoisting requirement, the length of each section of box culvert needs to be reduced, so that the number of the box culverts is large, the number of connecting parts is large, and the probability of leakage is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention has the first object of providing a novel assembled box culvert; the second purpose of the invention is to provide a novel construction method of the assembled box culvert; according to the invention, each section of box culvert is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, and the layers are connected by adopting a sleeve grouting mode.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a novel assembled box culvert mainly comprises an upper-layer box culvert (1) and a lower-layer box culvert (2), wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars (3) are arranged in the upper-layer box culvert (1), and the vertical steel bars (3) extend out of the upper-layer box culvert (1) along the vertical direction; and a plurality of steel sleeves (4) matched with the vertical steel bars in the upper box culvert are arranged in the lower box culvert (2).
As the preferred technical scheme of this application, every section box culvert sets up vertical notch (7) along vertical direction one end, and the opposite other end is equipped with vertical tang (8), vertical notch (7) and vertical tang (8) are mutually supported.
As the preferable technical scheme of the application, when the box culvert is spliced, the longitudinal convex opening (8) is matched with the longitudinal concave opening (7) to form a cavity (9).
As the preferable technical scheme of the application, waterproof materials are poured into the cavity (9) or a waterproof rubber strip is arranged.
As the preferred technical scheme of this application, upper box culvert (1) bottom sets up horizontal arch (5) along the horizontal direction, lower floor box culvert (2) top horizontal direction set up with horizontal recess (6) of horizontal arch (5) adaptation, horizontal arch (5) can insert horizontal recess (6) and fix.
As the preferable technical scheme of the application, a waterproof rubber strip is arranged at the junction of the transverse protrusion (5) and the transverse groove (6).
As the preferable technical scheme of the application, the vertical steel bars (3) are in threaded connection with the steel sleeve (4).
A construction method of a novel assembled box culvert comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, pouring a foundation bed course of the box culvert, hoisting a first lower-layer box culvert after the strength is reached, sequentially hoisting the lower-layer box culvert, and arranging a waterproof rubber strip at a junction;
(2) after positioning and splicing all the box culverts on the lower layer, injecting grouting materials into the steel sleeve, hoisting the box culverts on the upper layer, and carrying out contraposition installation or dislocation installation; and sequentially hoisting and mounting the upper box culvert in place.
A construction method of a novel assembled box culvert comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, pouring a foundation bed course of the box culvert, hoisting a first lower-layer box culvert after the foundation bed course reaches the strength, sequentially hoisting the lower-layer box culvert, and simultaneously pouring a waterproof material or arranging a waterproof adhesive tape at the spliced lower-layer box culvert interface cavity;
(2) after positioning and splicing all the box culverts on the lower layer, injecting grouting material into the steel sleeve, partially filling the transverse groove, arranging waterproof rubber strips at the bulges on the two sides of the transverse groove, hoisting the box culverts on the upper layer, and carrying out alignment installation or dislocation installation; and sequentially hoisting and mounting the upper box culvert in place.
Intentional effect
Compared with the prior art, the novel assembled box culvert and the construction method thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention divides each section of box culvert into an upper layer and a lower layer, and the layers are connected by adopting a sleeve grouting mode.
(2) The connection quality is guaranteed, the construction efficiency of the assembled box culvert is improved, meanwhile, a special structure is arranged at the joint of each section, waterproof treatment can be facilitated, and the problem of leakage of the assembled box culvert is reduced.

In order that the present invention may be more clearly understood, the following detailed description is given in conjunction with the examples. The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a novel assembly type box culvert mainly comprises an upper layer box culvert 1 and a lower layer box culvert 2, wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars 3 are arranged in the upper layer box culvert 1, and the vertical steel bars 3 extend out of the upper layer box culvert 1 along the vertical direction; and a plurality of steel sleeves 4 matched with the vertical steel bars in the upper box culvert are arranged in the lower box culvert 2.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2-3, a novel assembled box culvert mainly comprises an upper-layer box culvert 1 and a lower-layer box culvert 2, wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars 3 are arranged in the upper-layer box culvert 1, and the vertical steel bars 3 extend out of the upper-layer box culvert 1 along the vertical direction; and a plurality of steel sleeves 4 matched with the vertical steel bars in the upper box culvert are arranged in the lower box culvert 2.
Each section of box culvert is provided with a longitudinal notch 7 along one end in the vertical direction, the other end opposite to the longitudinal notch 7 is provided with a longitudinal convex opening 8, and the longitudinal notch 7 is matched with the longitudinal convex opening 8; when the box culvert is spliced, the longitudinal convex opening 8 is matched with the longitudinal concave opening (7) to form a cavity 9; waterproof materials or waterproof rubber strips are filled into the cavity 9.
The bottom of the upper-layer box culvert 1 is provided with a transverse protrusion 5 along the horizontal direction, the top of the lower-layer box culvert 2 is provided with a transverse groove 6 matched with the transverse protrusion 5 along the horizontal direction, and the transverse protrusion 5 can be inserted into the transverse groove 6 and fixed; and a waterproof rubber strip is arranged at the junction of the transverse protrusion 5 and the transverse groove 6.

Referring to fig. 1, a novel assembly type box culvert mainly comprises an upper layer box culvert 1 and a lower layer box culvert 2, wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars 3 are arranged in the upper layer box culvert 1, and the vertical steel bars 3 extend out of the upper layer box culvert 1 along the vertical direction; a plurality of steel sleeves 4 matched with the vertical steel bars in the upper box culvert are arranged in the lower box culvert 2; and the vertical steel bars 3 are in threaded connection with the steel sleeve 4.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 1, 5-6, a construction method of a novel fabricated box culvert comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, pouring a foundation bed course of the box culvert, hoisting a first lower-layer box culvert after the strength is reached, sequentially hoisting the lower-layer box culvert, and arranging a waterproof rubber strip at a junction;
(2) after positioning and splicing all the box culverts on the lower layer, injecting grouting materials into the steel sleeve, hoisting the box culverts on the upper layer, and carrying out contraposition installation or dislocation installation; and sequentially hoisting and mounting the upper box culvert in place.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, a construction method of a novel fabricated box culvert includes the following steps:
(1) firstly, pouring a foundation bed course of the box culvert, hoisting a first lower-layer box culvert after the foundation bed course reaches the strength, sequentially hoisting the lower-layer box culvert, and simultaneously pouring a waterproof material or arranging a waterproof adhesive tape at the spliced lower-layer box culvert interface cavity;
(2) after positioning and splicing all the box culverts on the lower layer, injecting grouting material into the steel sleeve, partially filling the transverse groove, arranging waterproof rubber strips at the bulges on the two sides of the transverse groove, hoisting the box culverts on the upper layer, and carrying out alignment installation or dislocation installation; and sequentially hoisting and mounting the upper box culvert in place.

Claims (9)
1. A novel assembled box culvert is characterized by mainly comprising an upper-layer box culvert (1) and a lower-layer box culvert (2), wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars (3) are arranged in the upper-layer box culvert (1), and the vertical steel bars (3) extend out of the upper-layer box culvert (1) along the vertical direction; and a plurality of steel sleeves (4) matched with the vertical steel bars in the upper box culvert are arranged in the lower box culvert (2).
2. A novel assembled box culvert according to claim 1, characterized in that each section of box culvert is provided with a longitudinal notch (7) at one end along the vertical direction, and a longitudinal flange (8) at the other opposite end, and the longitudinal notch (7) and the longitudinal flange (8) are mutually matched.
3. A novel fabricated box culvert according to claim 2, characterized in that when the box culvert is spliced, the longitudinal convex opening (8) is matched with the longitudinal concave opening (7) and forms a cavity (9).
4. The novel fabricated box culvert according to claim 3, characterized in that waterproof materials are poured or waterproof rubber strips are arranged in the cavities (9).

The novel assembled box culvert according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom of the upper box culvert (1) is provided with a transverse protrusion (5) along the horizontal direction, the top of the lower box culvert (2) is provided with a transverse groove (6) matched with the transverse protrusion (5) along the horizontal direction, and the transverse protrusion (5) can be inserted into the transverse groove (6) and fixed.

(2) after positioning and splicing all the box culverts on the lower layer, injecting grouting materials into the steel sleeve, hoisting the box culverts on the upper layer, and carrying out contraposition installation or dislocation installation; and sequentially hoisting and mounting the upper box culvert in place.
9. The construction method of the novel fabricated box culvert, according to claim 6, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) firstly, pouring a foundation bed course of the box culvert, hoisting a first lower-layer box culvert after the foundation bed course reaches the strength, sequentially hoisting the lower-layer box culvert, and simultaneously pouring a waterproof material or arranging a waterproof adhesive tape at the spliced lower-layer box culvert interface cavity;
(2) after positioning and splicing all the box culverts on the lower layer, injecting grouting material into the steel sleeve, partially filling the transverse groove, arranging waterproof rubber strips at the bulges on the two sides of the transverse groove, hoisting the box culverts on the upper layer, and carrying out alignment installation or dislocation installation; and sequentially hoisting and mounting the upper box culvert in place.
