In this embodiment, a spherical guide block 40 is fixedly mounted on the mounting shaft 18 corresponding to the positions of the first bevel gear 21 and the third bevel gear 25. When the circular saw blade 19 is rotated at a high speed, water is poured into the circular saw blade 19 in the mounting case 6 through the water tank 27, thereby reducing the temperature of the circular saw blade 19. Cleaning the mud attached to the surfaces of the two sides of the circular saw blade 19 through the brush roller 23, and throwing the cleaned mud downwards to the lower part of the installation box 6; the sponge roller 26 adsorbs residual moisture adhering to both side surfaces of the circular saw blade 19.
