本发明公开了一种发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,包括以下重量分数的组分:2~4份纳米钨粉末,3~7份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28~32份聚α烯烃,30~40份多元醇酯,5~8份清净剂,3~5份分散剂。本发明,通过高活性因子渗透、分散、溶解与积碳产生一系列化学反应完成,使积碳在一定温度下逐层渗透、分散、溶解,将积碳以最小的体积单位剥离,由较硬的积碳变为小体积较软的积碳结构,从而彻底清除,恢复活塞环气环弹性,提高密封性,恢复刮油性能。

本发明涉及发动机的清洁技术领域,具体涉及一种发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料。
背景技术
汽车是人们生活中常用的出行工具,汽车使用两到三年之后,发动机部分会出现积碳,而且积碳有吸纳汽油的特性,所以积碳会因为吸收汽油变厚,长此以往会导致进气门因积碳过多无法紧闭,影响发动机的正常运作。燃烧室的积碳则是肇因于汽油成分中的胶质与无法完全引爆的碳氢化合物在爆炸后,产生的微小碳粒未及随废气排出而堆积在燃烧室内,这些黑色颗粒应该随着废气排放于大气中,或积聚于消音管上。燃烧室如果积碳严重会使燃烧室温度升高,造成火花塞在点火的同时,燃烧室内的混合气也自行引爆,两股爆燃点使汽缸压力突然升高,伤害引擎内部周边零件,并造成类似敲击缸体的声音,这就是爆震。
市面上用于清洗发动机进的主要方式为汽油清洗剂,但是清洗结果不甚理想,残留较多。为了解决这个问题,中国发明专利CN 107236604 A公开了一种泡沫除积碳清洗剂,由氮-甲基四氢吡咯酮35-42%、乙二醇单丁醚2-5%、去离子水25-30%、TERGITOL15-S-199-13%、氨水0.3-0.7%、吗啉3-6%、苯丙三氮唑0.1-0.4%、苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3%和丙丁烷LPG2.713-17%制成。该技术方案将去离子水作为溶剂,在溶剂中依次加入具有清洗功能的氮-甲基四氢吡咯酮、乙二醇单丁醚、氨水和吗啉与发泡剂TERGITOL15-S-19、缓蚀剂苯丙三氮唑和防腐剂苯甲酸钠,有效分解累积于汽门、活塞、活塞环与进气岐管的积碳与化合物。
上述技术方案为液体形态,通过在常温常压下灌入到气雾罐中,配合气雾剂喷头使用,具有以下缺点:
(1)液体流动性较大,使用时需要浸泡操作,用量较大;
(2)需要将液体抽出数次,需要配合气雾剂、抽出装置等操作,操作较为复杂。
有鉴于此,急需对现有的发动机的除碳材料进行改进,以方便操作,提高储存的便捷性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的发动机的除碳材料存在操作不便、储存不便的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,包括以下重量分数的组分:2~4份纳米钨粉末,3~7份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28~32份聚α烯烃,30~40份多元醇酯,5~8份清净剂,3~5份分散剂。
在另一个优选的实施例中,包括以下重量分数的组分:3份纳米钨粉末,5份羟基硅酸镁粉末,30份聚α烯烃,35份多元醇酯,6份清净剂,4份分散剂。

在另一个优选的实施例中,包括以下重量分数的组分:2份纳米钨粉末,3份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28份聚α烯烃,40份多元醇酯,5份清净剂,5份分散剂。
在另一个优选的实施例中,所述清净剂为聚异丁烯胺类、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、卞胺或无灰磷酸酯。
在另一个优选的实施例中,所述分散剂采用脂肪酸类、脂肪族酰胺类、酯类或石蜡类。
与现有技术相比,本发明,高浓度-高活性清净因子即多元醇酯和清净剂的组合,将发送机二道环内的积碳进行溶解,而溶解之后的积碳呈小颗粒,包裹在多元醇酯、聚α烯烃内部,形成一个个油溶性胶束,通过高活性因子渗透、分散、溶解与积碳产生一系列化学反应完成,使积碳在一定温度下逐层渗透、分散、溶解,将积碳以最小的体积单位剥离,由较硬的积碳变为小体积较软的积碳结构,从而彻底清除,恢复活塞环气环弹性,提高密封性,恢复刮油性能。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明做出详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,包括以下重量分数的组分:2~4份纳米钨粉末,3~7份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28~32份聚α烯烃,30~40份多元醇酯,5~8份清净剂,3~5份分散剂。
纳米钨粉末,用于修复金属表面的轻微划痕,降低金属表面的摩擦,并具有将沉淀物和胶质进行分解分散功能。
聚α烯烃为一种合成基础油,具有高热氧化稳定性、粘度指数高、与矿物油相容性好的特点,用于燃气轮机油,高温航空润滑油,高温润滑脂,无色、无毒。聚a烯烃基础油从分类上应划分为合成基础油,其有别于物理蒸馏方法从石油中提炼出的矿物油基础油。合成型基础油是由来自原油中的瓦斯气或天然气所分散出来的乙烯、丙烯,经聚合、催化等繁复的化学反应炼制成的大分子组成的基础油。
多元醇酯作为一种新型润滑固体添加剂,羟基硅酸镁纳米粉体具有诸多优良特性,在摩擦磨损测试中展现出了优秀的承载能力。它能在金属接触表面生成减摩抗磨性能良好的保护层,是具有原位自修复功能的环境友好型添加剂。多元醇酯是指由二元醇、多缩二元醇、三元醇、四元醇与饱合脂肪酸或苯甲酸生成的酯类。根据其增塑性能,可大致分为四类:1、具有优良低温性能的增塑剂,主要为二元醇脂肪酸酯;2、具有优良耐热、耐老化及耐抽出性的增塑剂,主要为双季戊四醇酯;3、具有良好的耐污染性的增塑剂,主要为二元醇(多缩二元醇)苯甲酸酯;4、无毒增塑剂,主要为甘油三乙酸酯。
在另一个优选的实施例中,清净剂为聚异丁烯胺类、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、卞胺或无灰磷酸酯。清净剂用于与其他组分共同作用,提高清洁能力等级。
在另一个优选的实施例中,分散剂采用脂肪酸类、脂肪族酰胺类、酯类或石蜡类。分散剂可采用脂肪酸类、脂肪族酰胺类、酯类或石蜡类硬脂酰胺与高级醇并用,可改善润滑性和热稳定性,用量(质量分数,下同)0.3%-0.8%,还可作聚烯烃的滑爽剂;乙烯基双硬脂酰胺,也称乙撑基双硬脂酰胺(EBS),是一种高熔点润滑剂,用量为0.5%~2%;硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS),三硬脂酸甘油酯(HTG);油酸酰用量0.2%~0.5%;烃类石蜡固体,熔点为57~70℃,不溶于水,溶于有机溶剂,树脂中的分散性、相容性、热稳定性均差,用量一般在0.5%以下。
本发明具体可采用如下比例进行混合制备:
实施例一
3份纳米钨粉末,5份羟基硅酸镁粉末,30份聚α烯烃,35份多元醇酯,6份清净剂,4份分散剂。
实施例二
2份纳米钨粉末,7份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28份聚α烯烃,35份多元醇酯,8份清净剂,3份分散剂。
实施例三
4份纳米钨粉末,4份羟基硅酸镁粉末,32份聚α烯烃,30份多元醇酯,7份清净剂,5份分散剂。
实施例四
2份纳米钨粉末,3份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28份聚α烯烃,40份多元醇酯,5份清净剂,5份分散剂。
本专利申请的制备方法如下:
将米钨粉末,羟基硅酸镁粉末,聚α烯烃,多元醇酯,清净剂,分散剂混合,在50℃环境下,以200r/min的转速进行20min搅拌,再利用均质机进行离心均质,然后在无尘环境中进行产品罐装得到成品。
本发明的积碳清洁的原理为:高浓度-高活性清净因子即多元醇酯和清净剂的组合,将发送机二道环内的积碳进行溶解,而溶解之后的积碳呈小颗粒,包裹在多元醇酯、聚α烯烃内部,形成一个个油溶性胶束,同时和配合摩擦动作提高积碳溶解速度。可将本发明置于常温以上如40~60℃温度下进行清洁操作,进一步提高溶解效率。
本发明,通过高活性因子渗透、分散、溶解与积碳产生一系列化学反应完成,使积碳在一定温度下逐层渗透、分散、溶解,将积碳以最小的体积单位剥离,由较硬的积碳变为小体积较软的积碳结构,从而彻底清除,恢复活塞环气环弹性,提高密封性,恢复刮油性能。
本发明并不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下做出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:2~4份纳米钨粉末,3~7份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28~32份聚α烯烃,30~40份多元醇酯,5~8份清净剂,3~5份分散剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:3份纳米钨粉末,5份羟基硅酸镁粉末,30份聚α烯烃,35份多元醇酯,6份清净剂,4份分散剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:2份纳米钨粉末,7份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28份聚α烯烃,35份多元醇酯,8份清净剂,3份分散剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:4份纳米钨粉末,4份羟基硅酸镁粉末,32份聚α烯烃,30份多元醇酯,7份清净剂,5份分散剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:2份纳米钨粉末,3份羟基硅酸镁粉末,28份聚α烯烃,40份多元醇酯,5份清净剂,5份分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,其特征在于,所述清净剂为聚异丁烯胺类、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、卞胺或无灰磷酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的发动机二道环的清洗除碳材料,其特征在于,所述分散剂采用脂肪酸类、脂肪族酰胺类、酯类或石蜡类。
