本发明公开了一种高洁净、环保型铜板带材轧制油,由7#加氢白油、32#加氢白油、癸二酸二辛脂、C12~C14醇、2、6‑二叔丁基对甲酚、苯三唑衍生物混合而成。本发明产品馏程窄,洁净性能优;产品渗透性好,可大幅提升轧制速度,提高设备的轧制加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铜板带材轧制油。
背景技术
铜板带材轧制油主要应用于铜板带材的轧制加工工艺,起润滑、冷却、清洗、防腐等作用,以使铜板带材获得更高的精密度和更好的光洁度。
我国现有铜板带材生产企业300多家,年产量超过300万吨(其中高精度带材年产量超过100万吨)。近年来随着企业规模的不断扩大,装备水平的不断提高(重点带材加工企业均采用德国、日本等国际先进水平的进口设备),因此,对铜板带材轧制用油的性能质量要求也越来越高。
在轧制工艺中,铜板带材是属于较难加工的一类,它的关键难点是要确保铜板带材热处理后其表面没有油污残留,因此它对配套使用的轧制用油的洁净性能要求极高,即需要铜板带轧制用油的馏程较窄,确保热处理后板带表面无残留。因此对配套使用的轧制油的洁净性要求极高,即轧制油的馏程要窄(250-350℃),具有很高的洁净性,才能确保热处理后的带材表面无油污残留。但目前市售的铜板带材轧制油,普遍馏程宽(初馏点≤240℃,终馏点≥400℃),洁净性差,热处理后板带表面油污残留较多,从而严重制约了铜板带材表面光洁度的提升(这也是国内铜板带材加工企业长期存在的老大难问题)。除此之外,目前市售的铜板带材轧制油以下两个问题也亟待解决:一是渗透性较差,导致轧制速度较慢(普遍低于120m/min),从而严重影响了设备的加工效率;二是配方中普遍含有芳香族化合物等有毒有害物质,影响环境安全和人体健康。所以目前国内高端市场选用的铜板带材轧制油基本上都从国外进口。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种产品性能优异的高洁净、环保型铜板带材轧制油。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高洁净、环保型铜板带材轧制油,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的组分混合而成:
7#加氢白油 70~80%
32#加氢白油 8~15%
癸二酸二辛脂 5~10%
C12~C14醇 2~5%
2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚 0.2~0.8%
苯三唑衍生物 0.2~0.5%。
所述的高洁净、环保型铜板带材轧制油,由下列重量百分比的组分混合而成:
7#加氢白油 75.7%
32#加氢白油 12%
癸二酸二辛脂 8%
C12~C14醇 3.5%
2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚 0.5%
苯三唑衍生物 0.3%。
本发明配方选用7#、32#加氢白油等配伍,产品馏程窄(初馏点≥250℃,终馏点≤350℃),馏程比普通市售产品缩短50℃以上;洁净性能优(带材热处理后表面无油污残留)。
配方选用癸二酸二辛酯、C12~C14醇等配伍,产品渗透性好,渗透性≤10s(普通市售产品为30s左右),可大幅提升轧制速度(≥180m/min),提高设备的轧制加工效率。
配方避开使用芳香族化合物等有毒有害物质,产品安全卫生质量高(急性经口毒性 LD50>5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性LC50>5000mg/m3,呼吸道粘膜刺激强度达0级)。

7#加氢白油 75.7%
32#加氢白油 12%
癸二酸二辛脂 8%
C12~C14醇 3.5%
2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚 0.5%
苯三唑衍生物 0.3%。

一种高洁净、环保型铜板带材轧制油,由下列重量百分比的组分混合而成:
7#加氢白油 74%
32#加氢白油 14%
癸二酸二辛脂 9%
C12~C14醇 2%
2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚 0.8%
苯三唑衍生物 0.2%。

1.一种高洁净、环保型铜板带材轧制油,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的组分混合而成:
7#加氢白油 70~80%
32#加氢白油 8~15%
癸二酸二辛脂 5~10%
C12~C14醇 2~5%
2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚 0.2~0.8%
苯三唑衍生物 0.2~0.5%。
