Description

Anti-staining acrylic foam adhesive tape and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foam adhesive tapes, in particular to an anti-staining acrylic foam adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The basic structure of the acrylic foam adhesive tape is that foam is used as a base material, acrylic adhesive is coated on two sides or one side of the base material, and polyethylene isolation paper or release paper is coated on the base material. The acrylic foam adhesive tape has strong and durable adhesion, and can realize permanent structural fixation among different materials even if used among the materials with different surface characteristics. Therefore, the acrylic foam rubber belt can replace traditional mechanical connection modes such as riveting and welding to play a role in fixing the structure, is used for structural bonding of various materials such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramic and the like, and is particularly widely used for mounting automobile exterior trimming parts and bonding of vehicle body curves and corners.
However, in order to improve water resistance and contamination resistance, the surface energy of the automobile coating surface is very low, and the garnish cannot be closely adhered thereto. Therefore, it has been necessary to apply a pretreatment (PRIMER treatment) to the surface of the automobile to maintain the durability and water resistance of the adhesive before attaching the garnish to the automobile. The invention provides an acrylic foam adhesive tape composition and a method for preparing the acrylic foam adhesive tape, aiming at solving the technical problem and the application number of the Chinese patent with CN201610816218.3, and the acrylic foam adhesive tape composition comprises a foam base material layer and adhesive tape layers on the upper side and the lower side of the foam base material layer; the foam base material layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of an acrylic mixture; 0.1-5 parts of a reaction auxiliary agent; 0.01-5 parts of a bridging agent; 0.1-10 parts of porous filler; 1-10 parts of an additive; the adhesive tape layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of an acrylic mixture; 0.1-5 parts of a reaction auxiliary agent; 0.01-5 parts of a bridging agent; 0.1-10 parts of a tackifier; 1-10 parts of an additive. The acrylic foam adhesive tape is used for adhering the automobile exterior trimming part, so that the automobile exterior trimming part can be permanently and fixedly adhered to the automobile body of an automobile.
However, in practical use, after the automobile is used for a long time, a large amount of dust falls on the acrylic foam adhesive tape to form black mud dirt, which is extremely difficult to clean and affects the appearance of the automobile exterior trim.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an anti-staining acrylic foam adhesive tape which is used for sticking automobile exterior decorations, so that the automobile exterior decorations are permanently and fixedly stuck to an automobile body, have a self-cleaning function and are easy to clean.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an anti-staining acrylic foam adhesive tape comprises a foam base material layer and adhesive tape layers coated on the upper side and the lower side of the foam base material layer; the adhesive tape layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002419592950000021
preferably, the acrylic mixture comprises 20-50 parts of flexible acrylic monomers and 50-80 parts of rigid acrylic monomers. The flexible acrylic monomer is one or a mixture of two or more of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, butyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, hexyl acrylate, hexyl methacrylate, octyl acrylate, n-octyl methacrylate, isooctyl acrylate, isooctyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and isononyl methacrylate. The hard acrylic monomer is one or a mixture of two or more of maleic acid, fumaric acid, acrylamide, N-vinyl pyrrolidone, N-vinyl caprolactam and acrylonitrile.
The reaction auxiliary agent is used for assisting the polymerization of the acrylic monomer, and the reaction auxiliary agent is a mixture of a light reaction auxiliary agent and a thermal reaction auxiliary agent. The polymerization efficiency of the photoreaction assistant is insufficient, and the photoreaction assistant and the thermal reaction assistant are mixed for use, so that the molecular weight and viscosity of the polymer can be adjusted to reach the required range. The photoreaction auxiliary agent is selected from one of benzoin methyl ether, benzoin isopropyl ether, methyl ether anisoin, benzoin and benzyl ketone or any mixture thereof. The thermal reaction auxiliary agent is selected from a peroxide system containing benzoyl peroxide, isobutyl azonitrile or amine thermal reaction auxiliary agent.
The bridging agent strengthens the function of the initial adhesion of the foam adhesive tape by bridging between acrylic monomers in the polymerization process of the acrylic monomers or the adhesive tape layer in the process of exerting the adhesion. The bridging agent is one or a composition of more of hexanediol diacrylate, ethylene glycol diacrylate, diethylene glycol diacrylate, triethylene glycol diacrylate, propylene glycol diacrylate, dipropylene glycol diacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate and diacrylate.
In the acrylic foam adhesive tape composition, the dosage range of the bridging agent is 0.01-5 parts by weight. When the amount of the crosslinking agent is less than 0.01 wt%, the coagulation ability or weather resistance of the acryl foam tape is adversely affected, and when the amount exceeds 5 wt%, the initial adhesion and adhesive properties of the acryl foam tape are deteriorated.
And the fluorine-containing polyurethane and the acrylic mixture are crosslinked with the acrylic mixture under the action of the reaction auxiliary agent and the bridging agent. The fluorine-containing polyurethane has the performances of both fluorine-containing polymer and polyurethane. Fluorine atoms and carbon atoms form C-F bonds, the bond energy of the fluorine atoms and the carbon atoms is large, and the electron cloud of the fluorine atoms plays a role in shielding the C-C bonds, so that the material is endowed with lower surface energy, excellent ultraviolet ray and nuclear radiation resistance, flexibility, excellent wear resistance, low surface energy, high tensile strength, high resistivity, high weather resistance and other properties. The polyurethane is a copolymer in which the molecular chain of the polyurethane is embedded by a soft segment and a hard segment. The soft segments consist of oligomeric polyols, usually polyether or polyester diols, and the hard segments consist of polyisocyanates or their mixtures with small chain extenders. The polyurethane material has excellent adhesion with active hydrogen-containing materials, such as porous materials like foam plastics and surface-cleaning materials like metal, glass, rubber, plastics and the like due to the isocyanate (-NCO) and the urethane (-NHCOO- >) with strong polarity and chemical polarity, so that the acrylic foam adhesive tape is introduced with the fluorine-containing polyurethane, and has the advantages of ultralow surface energy, chemical stability, oil resistance, water resistance, dielectric property, lubricity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, stain resistance, good biocompatibility and the like on the premise of not reducing the viscosity.
In the acrylic foam adhesive tape, the usage amount of the fluorine-containing polyurethane in the acrylic foam adhesive tape is 2-10 parts by weight. When the usage amount of the fluorine-containing polyurethane is less than 2 parts by weight, the self-cleaning and pollution-resistant effect of the acrylic foam adhesive tape is incomplete, and on the contrary, when the usage amount exceeds 10 parts by weight, the adhesive force of the acrylic foam adhesive tape is reduced.
Preferably, the acrylic foam adhesive tape further comprises a tackifier, and the amount of the tackifier in the acrylic foam adhesive tape is 0.1-10 parts by weight. When the using amount of the tackifier is less than 0.1 part by weight, the tackifying effect of the acrylic foam adhesive tape is not complete, and when the using amount of the tackifier exceeds 10 parts by weight, the cohesive force of the acrylic foam adhesive tape is reduced. The tackifier is one or a mixture of more of rosin tackifier, terpene tackifier and petroleum resin tackifier.
Preferably, the raw materials of the foam base material layer comprise the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 20-30 parts of AA fine acrylic acid, 3-5 parts of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 3-5 parts of dodecyl mercaptan and 2-5 parts of curing agent XR-5002.
The method for preparing the acrylic foam adhesive tape by using the acrylic foam adhesive tape composition comprises the following steps:
s1) preparing a foam base material layer;
s2) weighing an acrylic mixture, a reaction auxiliary agent, a bridging agent and fluorinated polyurethane according to the formula, and uniformly mixing to obtain an adhesive mixture;
s3) coating the obtained adhesive mixture on the upper surface and the lower surface of the foam base material;
s4) continuously irradiating ultraviolet rays and heating the product obtained in the step S3) to generate polymerization reaction, and forming adhesive tape layers on two sides of the foam base material.
Preferably, S1) preparing the foam substrate layer comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to a formula; mixing isooctyl acrylate, AA fine acrylic acid, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone and dodecyl sulfur, stirring for 3-5 hours at the stirring speed of 45 revolutions per minute; and then carrying out UV reaction: and (5) carrying out UV lamp irradiation reaction curing under the condition of flushing nitrogen to obtain the foam base material layer.
Preferably, in the step S1) and the step S4), the power of the ultraviolet irradiation machine used for the ultraviolet irradiation is 30W-150W, and the heating temperature is 60-120 ℃. During the polymerization, ultraviolet rays are firstly used for irradiation polymerization, and then ultraviolet rays are used for irradiation and heating for simultaneous polymerization. The polymerization process reduces unreacted oligomers and monomers, and the conversion rate of the polymer reaches more than 99 percent.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the stain-resistant acrylic foam adhesive tape is used for sticking automobile exterior decorations, can stick and permanently fix the exterior decorations on an automobile body of an automobile, and has the functions of self-cleaning and stain resistance under the washing of rainwater.
