As shown in fig. 1, a liquid filling machine with stable filling pressure includes a cabinet 1100, a liquid bin 1200, a conveyor 1300, and a bottle blocking and placing mechanism 1400.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the front side of the cabinet 1100 has a glass cabinet door 1110.
As shown in fig. 2, the liquid bin 1200 is disposed at the upper side inside the cabinet 1100, and is connected to a plurality of filling heads 1600 through a plurality of liquid outlet regulating valves 1500, so as to discharge the filling heads 1600, see fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the liquid storage bin 1200 includes a storage bin body 1210, a first liquid inlet pipe 1220, a liquid return pipe 1230 and a liquid return pump 1240, an inner cavity of the storage bin body 1210 is divided into a first cavity a for discharging the filling head 1600 and a second cavity B for accommodating overflow from the first cavity a by a vertical partition 1211, the height of the partition 1211 is lower than that of the storage bin body 1210, so that the first cavity a and the second cavity B are communicated at the upper side, and after the first cavity a is full, liquid overflows to the second cavity B along the upper side surface of the partition 1211.
The first inlet pipe 1220 is used for feeding liquid into the first chamber a, and the flow rate of the fed liquid is greater than the outflow flow rate of the filling heads 1600 (the total outflow flow rate of the filling heads 1600), so that the first chamber a can be always kept full of liquid, and the pressure in the first chamber a is kept constant.
The liquid return pipe 1230 is connected to the second chamber B and connected to the first liquid inlet pipe 1220 via the liquid return pump 1240, so that the liquid in the second chamber B is pumped to the first liquid inlet pipe 1220 through the liquid return pipe 1230.
When the liquid storage bin 1200 works, liquid is continuously fed into the first cavity a through the first liquid feeding pipe 1220, the first cavity a is full of liquid, overflowing liquid flows to the second cavity B, and the liquid in the second cavity B is pumped back to the first liquid feeding pipe 1220 through the liquid returning pipe 1230, so that the first cavity a is always kept in a full state of liquid, the pressure in the first cavity a is kept constant, and errors caused by filling quantity are avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conveyor 1300 is used to horizontally transport a plurality of bottles to be filled into and out of the cabinet 1100.
As shown in fig. 1, the bottle blocking and placing mechanism 1400 is configured to block a plurality of bottles fed into the cabinet 1100 back and forth, so that the plurality of bottles are located just below the plurality of filling heads 1600, and after filling is completed, the bottles are placed so that the plurality of bottles are sent out of the cabinet 1100 along with the conveyor 1300.
The conveyor 1300 and the bottle blocking and placing mechanism 1400 are common mechanisms, and are not described in detail here.
The invention can keep the pressure constant during filling and effectively avoid the error of filling quantity.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the liquid storage bin 1200 further has a second liquid inlet pipe 1250 for feeding liquid into the second chamber B, a liquid level detection device for detecting the liquid level of the second chamber B, and a liquid inlet control valve 1260 for controlling the feeding of the liquid from the second liquid inlet pipe 1250 according to a detection signal of the liquid level detection device, wherein the liquid inlet control valve 1260 is disposed on the second liquid inlet pipe 1250.
The first chamber a and the second chamber B are arranged in front and back, the first liquid inlet pipe 1220 horizontally penetrates from the upper part of the rear side of the silo body 1210 and horizontally extends forwards to the upper part of the first chamber a, the liquid return pipe 1230 is connected with the bottom of the second chamber B, and the second liquid inlet pipe 1250 penetrates downwards from the upper side of the silo body 1210 to the upper part of the second chamber B.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the first chamber a has a plurality of first connection holes 1213 for connecting with the liquid outlet regulating valve 1500, and the bottom of the second chamber B has a second connection hole 1214 for connecting with the liquid return pipe 1230.
A return pump 1240 is secured within cabinet 1100.
In this embodiment, when the liquid storage bin 1200 works, first, liquid is continuously fed into the second cavity B through the second liquid inlet pipe 1250, and liquid in the second cavity B enters the first liquid inlet pipe 1220 through the liquid return pipe 1230 and the liquid return pump 1240, so that the first liquid inlet pipe 1220 can continuously feed liquid into the first cavity a, and after the first cavity a is full and overflows a certain amount of liquid into the second cavity B, liquid feeding into the second liquid inlet pipe 1250 can be stopped, and liquid in the second cavity B is pumped back into the first liquid inlet pipe 1220 through the liquid return pipe 1230, so that the first liquid inlet pipe 1220 can continuously feed liquid into the first cavity a, and the pressure in the first cavity a is maintained to be constant.
When the liquid level in the second chamber B is a lower critical liquid level, the liquid is replenished through the second liquid inlet pipe 1250, the lower critical liquid level is slightly higher than the inner bottom surface of the second chamber B, and when the liquid level in the second chamber B is an upper critical liquid level, the liquid replenishment is stopped, and the upper critical liquid level is slightly lower than the upper side surface of the partition 1211, so that the liquid communication between the first chamber a and the second chamber B caused by excessive liquid replenishment can be prevented, and the constant pressure state in the first chamber a is broken.
The liquid inlet control valve 1260 controls the second liquid inlet pipe 1250 to feed liquid according to the detection signal of the liquid level detection device, so that the liquid level in the second chamber B is maintained between the lower critical liquid level and the upper critical liquid level.
In this embodiment, the bin body 1210 is a rectangular box with a top lid 1212.
In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the partition 1211 is a horizontal plane.
However, those skilled in the art should realize that the above embodiments are illustrative only and not limiting to the present invention, and that changes and modifications to the above described embodiments are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims, provided they fall within the true spirit of the present invention.
