Abstract

本发明公开了一种受电弓用限高释放装置,包括阀体及其内部的阀芯,阀体的侧壁设有手动复位钮、进气口和出气口,阀体的顶壁设有通孔,阀体的底部固定有底板;阀芯内部为中空腔,并在中空腔的侧壁设有两个气孔,阀芯的下部设有环形凹槽,阀芯的底部与阀体的底板之间设有复位弹簧,阀芯的顶部设有凸起,该凸起从阀体顶壁的通孔穿出。安装在受电弓上,进气口与受电弓ADD系统连接,当受电弓升高到设计限定或使用现场限定的最大高度时,实现快速降弓,能够解决受电弓意外升起后造成的损失等问题。具有结构紧凑、拆装方便、安装空间小等特点。

一种受电弓用限高释放装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种受电弓,尤其涉及一种受电弓用限高释放装置。
背景技术
在机务段或动车所时,有发生受电弓在无网区升起后由于人为原因没有及时将受电弓降下就将该车组拖入有网区或者库内。
由于受电弓升起后高度已经超过接触网或车库限度,所以在进入有网区或入库的那一刻,受电弓就被损坏,造成车组无法按时执行既定的任务工作,同时也造成了用户的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种受电弓用限高释放装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的受电弓用限高释放装置,包括阀体及其内部的阀芯,所述阀体的侧壁设有手动复位钮、进气口和出气口,所述阀体的顶壁设有通孔,所述阀体的底部固定有底板;
所述阀芯内部为中空腔,并在中空腔的侧壁设有两个气孔,所述阀芯的下部设有环形凹槽,所述阀芯的底部与所述阀体的底板之间设有复位弹簧,所述阀芯的顶部设有凸起,该凸起从所述阀体顶壁的通孔穿出;
当所述凸起被压下时,所述阀芯侧壁的两个气孔分别与所述阀体侧壁的进气口和出气口的位置对应,所述阀体侧壁的手动复位钮卡入所述阀芯下部的环形凹槽中;
当所述手动复位钮从所述环形凹槽中拉出后,所述阀芯复位,其侧壁的两个气孔分别与所述进气口和出气口的位置错开。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例提供的受电弓用限高释放装置,在受电弓升高到设计限定或使用现场限定的最大高度时,通过触发其动作来启动受电弓ADD装置,实现快速降弓,具有结构紧凑、拆装方便、安装空间小等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例作进一步地详细描述。本发明实施例中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
本发明的受电弓用限高释放装置,其较佳的具体实施方式是:
包括阀体及其内部的阀芯,所述阀体的侧壁设有手动复位钮、进气口和出气口,所述阀体的顶壁设有通孔,所述阀体的底部固定有底板;
所述阀芯内部为中空腔,并在中空腔的侧壁设有两个气孔,所述阀芯的下部设有环形凹槽,所述阀芯的底部与所述阀体的底板之间设有复位弹簧,所述阀芯的顶部设有凸起,该凸起从所述阀体顶壁的通孔穿出;
当所述凸起被压下时,所述阀芯侧壁的两个气孔分别与所述阀体侧壁的进气口和出气口的位置对应,所述阀体侧壁的手动复位钮卡入所述阀芯下部的环形凹槽中;
当所述手动复位钮从所述环形凹槽中拉出后,所述阀芯复位,其侧壁的两个气孔分别与所述进气口和出气口的位置错开。
所述阀芯的外壁设置有三组密封圈。
所述阀芯的底部设有密封堵,所述复位弹簧设于所述密封堵与所述阀体的底板之间。
所述底板通过紧固螺钉与所述阀体固定。
所述阀体的进气口处设有进气接头,出气口处设有消音器,所述阀体通过安装孔与受电弓连接,所述进气接头与受电弓的ADD气路联通。
所述阀体与所述进气接头之间设有密封垫。
本发明的受电弓用限高释放装置,安装在受电弓上,入口与受电弓ADD系统连接,用于受电弓升高到设计限定或使用现场限定的最大高度时,实现快速降弓。具有结构紧凑、拆装方便、安装空间小等特点。当受电弓升高到设计限定或使用现场限定的最大高度时,触发其动作,释放受电弓ADD气路压缩空气进而启动ADD装置,实现快速降弓,能够解决受电弓意外升起后造成的损失等问题。
具体实施例:
如图1、图2所示,主要由阀芯1、阀体2、密封圈3、密封垫4、进气接头5、消音器6、密封堵7、复位弹簧8、底板9、紧固螺钉10、手动复位钮11等部分;
阀芯1在阀体内部可以在一定范围内动作,阀芯1内部为中空结构,用于联通外界气源,同时阀芯1下部设有环形凹槽,手动复位按钮11可作用此处限制阀芯1动作,此外阀芯1上设置有三组密封圈3,可实现阀芯1与阀体2之间的气密性,保证内部不会出现泄漏情况。复位弹簧8在手动复位按钮11失去作用后将阀芯1进行复位,密封堵7在实现阀芯1内部气路气密性的同时还可调整复位弹簧8的复位力。底板9通过紧固螺钉10将阀体2内部进行密封,保证阀体2内部气密性。
用于受电弓时,通过阀体2上的安装孔与受电弓连接,同时入口处进气接头5与受电弓ADD气路联通,通过密封垫4进行密封。
当受电弓升高至设计或规定的高度后,受电弓动作部件会推动阀芯1向阀体2内部动作直至手动复位按钮11在其内部弹簧的作用下进入阀芯1的环形凹槽内限制了阀芯1动作,此时阀芯1内部的气路接口分别于阀体的入口和出口对接联通,受电弓ADD系统内的压缩空气从限高释放装置入口进入,经由阀芯1内部气道从出口处消音器6排出,从而启动受电弓ADD装置实现快速降弓。
当上述限高释放装置启动后,相关人员就会登顶对其进行复位隔离,具体操作如下:将手动复位按钮11拉出脱离阀芯1的环形凹槽,此时阀芯1没有外力限制动作,在复位弹簧8的作用回复到初始位置,从而将限高释放装置进行隔离,受电弓ADD装置恢复正常。
综合以上所述,本发明的受电弓用限高释放装置,现有工艺能够满足制造需求,组装工艺简单,安装方便,运行中能实现在无网区受电弓意外升起将其快速降下的功能。

Claims (6)

1.一种受电弓用限高释放装置,其特征在于,包括阀体及其内部的阀芯,所述阀体的侧壁设有手动复位钮、进气口和出气口,所述阀体的顶壁设有通孔,所述阀体的底部固定有底板;
所述阀芯内部为中空腔,并在中空腔的侧壁设有两个气孔,所述阀芯的下部设有环形凹槽,所述阀芯的底部与所述阀体的底板之间设有复位弹簧,所述阀芯的顶部设有凸起,该凸起从所述阀体顶壁的通孔穿出;
当所述凸起被压下时,所述阀芯侧壁的两个气孔分别与所述阀体侧壁的进气口和出气口的位置对应,所述阀体侧壁的手动复位钮卡入所述阀芯下部的环形凹槽中;
当所述手动复位钮从所述环形凹槽中拉出后,所述阀芯复位,其侧壁的两个气孔分别与所述进气口和出气口的位置错开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的受电弓用限高释放装置,其特征在于,所述阀芯的外壁设置有三组密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的受电弓用限高释放装置,其特征在于,所述阀芯的底部设有密封堵,所述复位弹簧设于所述密封堵与所述阀体的底板之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的受电弓用限高释放装置,其特征在于,所述底板通过紧固螺钉与所述阀体固定。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的受电弓用限高释放装置,其特征在于,所述阀体的进气口处设有进气接头,出气口处设有消音器,所述阀体通过安装孔与受电弓连接,所述进气接头与受电弓的ADD气路联通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的受电弓用限高释放装置,其特征在于,所述阀体与所述进气接头之间设有密封垫。
