A steel strand sizing and cutting device is characterized by comprising a base (1), a first cambered plate (2), a first motor (3), a first rotating shaft (4), an internal thread bin (5) and an external thread column (6), wherein the left side and the right side of the base (1) are respectively provided with a lifting device, two groups of lifting devices are respectively provided with a pressing device, the right side lifting device is provided with a measuring device, the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the first cambered plate (2) are respectively arranged on the base (1), the first motor (3) is arranged on the first cambered plate (2), the first rotating shaft (4) is positioned at the upper side inside the first cambered plate (2), the top of the first rotating shaft (4) penetrates through the first cambered plate (2) and is arranged at the lower side output end of the first motor (3), the first rotating shaft (4) is rotatably connected with the first cambered plate (2), the internal thread bin (5) is positioned below the first rotating shaft (4), the bottom of a first rotating shaft (4) penetrates through the top of an internal thread bin (5) and extends into the internal thread bin (5), the first rotating shaft (4) and the internal thread bin (5) can rotate relatively, threads are arranged on the inner wall of the internal thread bin (5), an external thread column (6) is positioned inside the internal thread bin (5) and installed at the bottom of the first rotating shaft (4), the outer wall of the external thread column (6) is meshed with the threads on the inner wall of the internal thread bin (5), a moving plate (7) is arranged at the bottom of the internal thread bin (5), a plurality of groups of telescopic rods (8) are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the top of the moving plate (7), the tops of the groups of telescopic rods (8) are all installed at the top of the inner wall of a first cambered plate (2), a laser cutter (9) is arranged at the bottom of the moving plate (7), clamping devices are arranged on the left side and the right side of the first, the left side of the steel strand (36) passes through the two groups of lifting devices and the two groups of clamping devices and is wound on external winding equipment.

The steel strand fixed-length cutting equipment as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lifting device comprises a second bow-shaped frame (10), a second rotating shaft (11) and a first conveying wheel (12), the second bow-shaped frame (10) is installed on the right side of the base (1), the second rotating shaft (11) is rotatably installed on the lower side of the inner wall of the second bow-shaped frame (10), the front end of the second rotating shaft (11) penetrates through the second bow-shaped frame (10) and extends out to the front of the second bow-shaped frame (10), the measuring device is installed on the front side of the second bow-shaped frame (10) and is in transmission connection with the front end of the second rotating shaft (11), the first conveying wheel (12) is located inside the second bow-shaped frame (10), the first conveying wheel (12) is installed on the second rotating shaft (11), and a first anti-slip layer (13) is laid on the outer wall of the first conveying wheel (12).

The steel strand fixed-length cutting equipment as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the pressing device comprises a second conveying wheel (14), a third rotating shaft (16), a third arched frame (17), two sets of cylinders (18) and two sets of push rods (19), wherein the second conveying wheel (14) is positioned above the first conveying wheel (12), a second anti-slip layer (15) is laid on the outer wall of the second conveying wheel (14), the third rotating shaft (16) is installed on the second conveying wheel (14), the third arched frame (17) is positioned outside the second conveying wheel (14), the front end and the rear end of the third rotating shaft (16) can be rotatably installed on the inner wall of the third arched frame (17), the two sets of cylinders (18) are installed on the top of the second arched frame (10), the bottoms of the two sets of push rods (19) are installed on the top of the third arched frame (17), the tops of the two sets of push rods (19) pass through the second arched frame (10) and are respectively installed on the two sets of cylinders (18), the two groups of push rods (19) are respectively connected with the second bow-shaped frame (10) in a sliding way.

The steel strand fixed-length cutting equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the measuring device comprises a rotating disc (20), a fixed rod (21), a metal roller (22), a fixed disc (23), a positioning wire reel (24), two sets of fixed frames (25) and a central control box (26), the rotating disc (20) is installed at the front end of the second rotating shaft (11), the fixed rod (21) is installed at the top of the rotating disc (20), the metal roller (22) is rotatably installed at the upper side of the fixed rod (21), the fixed disc (23) is positioned in front of the metal roller (22), the positioning wire reel (24) is installed at the rear side of the fixed disc (23), the rear side of the positioning wire reel (24) is in contact with the front side of the metal roller (22) and is in signal connection through contact, the metal roller (22) can roll on the positioning wire reel (24), the fixed disc (23) is fixed on the second bow-shaped frame (10) through the two sets of fixed frames (25), the central control box (26) is positioned above the upper side fixing frame (25), and the central control box (26) is installed on the second bow-shaped frame (10) and is respectively in signal connection with the metal roller (22) and the positioning wire spool (24).

The steel strand fixed-length cutting equipment as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the clamping device comprises two groups of clamping plates (27), two groups of guide rails (29), two groups of sliding blocks (30), two groups of second motors (31) and two groups of screw sleeves (32), the two groups of clamping plates (27) are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side in the first cambered plate (2), the front side and the rear side of the two groups of clamping plates (27) are respectively provided with a fixing plate (28), the outer ends of the two groups of lower fixing plates (28) are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the first cambered plate (2), the two groups of guide rails (29) are respectively vertically arranged at the front side and the rear side of the inner wall of the first cambered plate (2), the two groups of sliding blocks (30) are respectively slidably arranged on the two groups of guide rails (29), the outer ends of the two groups of upper fixing plates (28) are respectively arranged at the inner ends of the two groups of sliding blocks (30), the two groups, two sets of swivel nuts (32) are installed respectively on two sets of fixed plates (28) of upside, and the upside output of two sets of second motors (31) all is provided with lead screw (37), and the top of two sets of lead screw (37) passes two sets of swivel nuts (32) respectively and stretches out to the top of two sets of swivel nuts (32), and two sets of lead screw (37) are respectively with two sets of fixed plates (28) rotatable coupling of downside, and two sets of lead screw (37) are connected with two sets of swivel nuts (32) spiral shell dress respectively.
6. The steel strand fixed-length cutting equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the clamping device further comprises two sets of limiting plates (33), and the two sets of limiting plates (33) are respectively fixed on the tops of the two sets of lead screws (37) through two sets of bolts.

The steel strand fixed-length cutting equipment as claimed in claim 6, characterized by further comprising an infrared distance meter (34), wherein the infrared distance meter (34) is installed at the left side of the moving plate (7), the position of the infrared distance meter (34) corresponds to the position of the steel strand (36), and the infrared distance meter (34) is in signal connection with the central control box (26).
