The angle between equivalent profiling and the clamping piece is adjusted by utilizing the linear reciprocating motion of the angle adjuster, and meanwhile, the distance between the equivalent profiling and the clamping piece is adjusted by utilizing the movement of the clamping piece along the sliding rail, so that the air-conditioning pipe is effectively supported.
The equivalent profiling of this embodiment is provided with recessed structure, and the position of recessed structure is fixed through set bolt to the equivalent profiling for the welding kneck of two air conditioner pipes is located recessed structure department, provides sufficient operating space for the heating of brazing filler metal. The equivalent profiling of this embodiment is extending structure, and the equivalent profiling can carry out length adjustment to the operation of brazing of the copper pipe of adaptation different length.
The embodiment is based on the vehicle air-conditioning pipe profile assembly, and further provides a brazing device which comprises the vehicle air-conditioning pipe profile assembly.

The working principle of the brazing device of the embodiment is as follows:
determining the distance between the two clamping pieces according to the diameter of the air-conditioning pipe to be welded so as to clamp the air-conditioning pipe;
adjusting the angle between the equivalent explorator and the clamping piece according to the welding angle of the air-conditioning pipe to be welded so as to match and support the air-conditioning pipe at the current welding angle;
and butting the air-conditioning pipe which needs to be welded with another air-conditioning pipe at present and then carrying out brazing treatment.

The difference between this embodiment and the fifth embodiment is that, in this embodiment, one end of the angle adjuster is fixed on the base, and the other end is connected with the equivalent profiling. The equivalent profiling is hinged on a sliding block, and the sliding block can move along the base to synchronously adjust the distance between the equivalent profiling and the clamping piece.

The difference between this embodiment and the fifth embodiment is that the equivalent cam is hingedly mounted on a slider, which is movable along the base to synchronously adjust the distance between the equivalent cam and the clamp. The angle regulator is arranged at the joint of the equivalent profiling and the sliding block. For example, the angle adjuster may be a movable joint with a fixed position.

Claims (15)

1. A vehicle air conditioner pipe explorator assembly, comprising:
the two clamping pieces with adjustable intervals are used for clamping air-conditioning pipes with different diameters;
the air conditioner pipe welding fixture comprises two equivalent explorators, the distance between the two equivalent explorators and the distance between two clamping pieces are synchronously adjustable, and the angles between the two equivalent explorators and the clamping pieces are the same and are synchronously adjustable, so that the air conditioner pipes with different welding angles are supported.
2. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said equivalent fence is provided with a recessed structure.
3. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as defined in claim 1 or 2 wherein said equivalent fences are all of telescopic construction.
4. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said clips are mounted on the base and two equivalent fences are respectively hingedly connected at one end of each of the two clips.
5. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said clamp is mounted on a base and both equivalent fences are hingedly mounted on a slider that is movable along the base to synchronously adjust the distance between the equivalent fence and the clamp.
6. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as defined in claim 4 or 5 wherein an angle adjuster is provided at the junction of two equivalent fences with the respective clips;

The two equivalent explorators are connected with one end of an angle regulator, and the other end of the angle regulator is fixed on the base.
7. A vehicle air conditioner pipe explorator assembly, comprising:
the two clamping pieces with adjustable intervals are used for clamping air-conditioning pipes with different diameters;
the equivalent explorator is arranged on the symmetry axis of the two clamping pieces and is not connected with the clamping pieces; the angle between the equivalent profiling and the clamping piece is adjustable so as to support air conditioner pipes with different welding angles.
8. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as set forth in claim 7 wherein said equivalent fence is provided with a recessed structure.
9. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as set forth in claim 7 or 8 wherein said equivalent fences are all of telescopic construction.
10. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as set forth in claim 7 wherein said clip is mounted on a base and the equivalent fence is mounted on a slider, said slider being movable along the base to adjust the distance between the equivalent fence and the clip.
11. A vehicle air conditioner pipe fence assembly as set forth in claim 7 wherein an angle adjuster is provided at the junction of said equivalent fence and slider;

The equivalent profiling is connected with one end of the angle regulator, and the other end of the angle regulator is fixed with the base.
12. A brazing apparatus comprising the vehicle air-conditioning duct explorator assembly as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6.
13. A method of operating a brazing apparatus according to claim 12, comprising:
determining the distance between the two clamping pieces according to the diameter of the air conditioner pipe to be welded, and synchronously adjusting the distance between the two equivalent exploratory forms to match the distance between the two clamping pieces;
according to the welding angle of the air-conditioning pipe to be welded, synchronously adjusting the angle between the two equivalent explorators and the clamping piece so as to match and support the air-conditioning pipe at the current welding angle;
and butting the air-conditioning pipe which needs to be welded with another air-conditioning pipe at present and then carrying out brazing treatment.
14. A brazing apparatus comprising the vehicle air-conditioning duct explorator assembly as defined in any one of claims 7 to 11.
15. A method of operating a brazing apparatus according to claim 14, comprising:
determining the distance between the two clamping pieces according to the diameter of the air-conditioning pipe to be welded so as to clamp the air-conditioning pipe;
adjusting the angle between the equivalent explorator and the clamping piece according to the welding angle of the air-conditioning pipe to be welded so as to match and support the air-conditioning pipe at the current welding angle;
and butting the air-conditioning pipe which needs to be welded with another air-conditioning pipe at present and then carrying out brazing treatment.
