b: the paper pulp after smashing gets into the inner chamber of second rotary drum 31 through first bleeder valve 24, the user injects suitable deinking agent into the inner chamber of second rotary drum 31 through second inlet pipe 14, rethread controller 32 starts second motor 12, the output of second motor 12 drives second rotary drum 31 through pivot 30 and rotates, make printing ink come-up so that the separation of acceleration printing ink and paper pulp through centrifugal force, then the user starts liquid pump 7 through controller 32, liquid pump 7 pumps printing ink and part upper strata paper pulp to first pipeline 4 through logical groove 28, then send the inner chamber to casing 8 through second pipeline 10, printing ink drops to the bottom of the inner chamber of casing 8 after filtering through screen cloth 9, paper pulp after the printing ink separation is discharged to the bottom of the inner chamber of box 1 through the second bleeder valve, then discharge through third bleeder valve 11.
In summary, the following steps: the environment-friendly waste recycling equipment and the using method thereof solve the problems that the existing environment-friendly waste recycling equipment usually has a single waste paper crushing mode in the recycling process, so that the crushing effect is poor, the crushing efficiency is low, and a small amount of paper pulp contained in the extracted ink can not be screened and separated usually, so that resources can be wasted to a certain degree.
