Description

High-temperature ammonia-spraying denitration spray gun for coal-fired boiler
Technical Field
The invention relates to a spray gun of a coal-fired boiler, in particular to a high-temperature ammonia spraying and denitration spray gun of the coal-fired boiler.
Background
In recent years, the emission requirement of nitrogen oxides of coal-fired power plants is more and more strict, and the emission of nitrogen oxides of coal-fired units is required to be less than 50mg/m3And the requirement of a newly built unit can be met or approached. And some key areas require that the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions cannot exceed 30mg/m3
The existing control measures for NOx emission of thermal power plants are generally divided into two categories: one is to control the generation of NOx during the combustion process in the furnace, such as low nitrogen burner technology, air staging technology, reburning technology, etc.; the other is a boiler tail flue gas treatment method, including SNCR technology, SCR technology and the like. As NOx emission targets become more stringent, new denitration measures are needed to provide technical support.
The high-temperature ammonia spraying technology in the fuel-rich area is an advanced technology for removing NOx in a furnace. Wendt et al first proposed a concept of injecting ammonia into a fuel-rich zone in the 70 s of the 20 th century, and the denitration principle thereof was to create a high-temperature oxygen-deficient environment in a main combustion zone in a furnace, and to inject an amino reducing agent such as urea or ammonia water to react with NOx to generate N2Thereby realizing the reduction removal of NOx. Compared with the SCR technology, the high-temperature ammonia spraying technology of the fuel-rich area does not need to use a catalyst, so that the investment and maintenance cost is greatly reduced; compared with SNCR technology, NH does not exist because the amino reducing agent is sprayed in the fuel-rich and oxygen-deficient environment3The oxidized condition and the utilization rate of the reducing agent are high.
The high-temperature ammonia injection technology in the fuel-rich area obtains higher denitration efficiency in a laboratory, but is not popularized and applied in the actual production process. The reason is as follows: the technology has high requirement on the injection condition of the amino reducing agent, needs a high-temperature oxygen-free environment, and is difficult for the existing equipment to meet the use requirement, particularly the existing spray gun cannot accurately inject the amino reducing agent to the area meeting the high-temperature ammonia injection denitration reaction condition in the high-temperature environment.
