As shown in fig. 3-4 and 10, in one embodiment, the mounting portion 111 is provided with a positioning protrusion 1110, the fixing unit 200 is provided with a positioning hole 2110, and the positioning protrusion 1110 passes through the positioning hole 2110 and is in positioning fit with the positioning hole 2110. Thus, when the fixing unit 200 is installed, the fixing unit 200 can be sleeved on the positioning protrusion 1110 through the positioning hole 2110, so that the fixing unit 200 and the installation part 111 are positioned, and then the fixing unit 200 and the installation part 111 are welded and/or bonded, so that the installation accuracy can be improved.
Specifically, the positioning hole 2110 is disposed on the fixing portion 211, and the positioning protrusion 1110 is disposed on the inner wall of the back plate 110.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the liner assembly further includes a limiting plate 330, the limiting plate 330 is provided with a first via hole and a second via hole which are arranged at intervals, the liner 100 is provided with a third via hole 113 corresponding to the first via hole and a fourth via hole 114 corresponding to the second via hole, the heating element 300 includes a first connecting end 311 and a second connecting end 321, the first connecting end 311 is disposed through the first via hole and the third via hole 113, the second connecting end 321 is disposed through the second via hole and the fourth via hole 114, and the limiting plate 330 is fixedly connected to the liner 100. The fixing of the end of the heating element 300 can be realized by the limiting piece 330, and the fixing effect is further improved.
Specifically, the heating element 300 is a heating tube, two ends of the heating tube are a first connection end 311 and a second connection end 321, the first connection end 311 and the second connection end 321 are used for electrically connecting with a power supply, and the heating element 300 heats by supplying power to the power supply. The heating element 300 and the limiting piece 330 are disposed in the inner cavity 112, the first connecting end 311 sequentially passes through the first through hole and the third through hole 113, and the second connecting end 321 sequentially passes through the second through hole and the fourth through hole 114. Thus, the first connection terminal 311 and the second connection terminal 321 can pass from the inside of the inner container 100 to the outside of the inner container 100, so as to perform wiring for connecting an external power source.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 9, the inner container assembly further includes a first fastening member 340, the limiting piece 330 is further provided with a first assembling hole 331, the inner container 100 is provided with a fourth assembling hole 420 opposite to the second assembling hole 115, and the first fastening member 340 is inserted into the first assembling hole 331 and the second assembling hole 115 to fix the limiting member and the inner container 100.
Specifically, the first fastening member 340 is a stud, the first assembly hole 331 and the second assembly hole 115 are through holes, and the first fastening member 340 is fixed by a nut after penetrating through the first assembly hole 331 and the second assembly hole 115. In other embodiments, the first fastening member 340 is a screw, the first mounting hole 331 is a through hole, the second mounting hole 115 is a threaded hole, and the first fastening member 340 is sequentially inserted into the first mounting hole 331 and the second mounting hole 115, and is in threaded connection with the second mounting hole 115.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the inner container assembly further includes a wind shield 400, the fixing unit 200 and the heating element 300 are both located in the inner cavity 112 of the inner container 100, and the wind shield 400 is located in the inner cavity 112 and covers the fixing unit 200 and the heating element 300. The fan housing 400 can cover the heating element 300 and divide the inner cavity 112 into a mounting cavity in which the heating element 300 and the fixing unit 200 are located and a placing cavity for placing an object to be heated, and the heating element 300 can transfer heat to the placing cavity when heating so as to heat the object to be heated in the placing cavity.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, specifically, the fan housing 400 has a vent hole 410, the inner container 100 is fixed with a fan 500, a fan blade 510 of the fan 500 is located in the fan housing 400, and the fan 500 can discharge heat emitted from the heating element 300 to the inner cavity 112 through the vent hole 410 to heat an object to be heated.
Further, the fan housing 400 is matched with the inner wall of the inner container 100 to form a mounting cavity, the fan blades 510 are located in the mounting cavity, and the fixing frame is supported on the fan housing 400, so that the fan housing 400 and the fan blades 510 are spaced apart. Therefore, the fan blade 510 is prevented from directly contacting the fan housing 400, and the use of the fan blade 510 is prevented from being affected.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the heating element 300 is fixedly disposed on the fixing unit 200 and is matched with the fixing unit 200 to form a heating unit, the fan housing 400 is matched with the inner wall of the inner container 100 to form at least two mounting cavities, and the at least two heating units are disposed in the at least two mounting cavities in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Through installing two at least units that generate heat in two at least installation cavities one-to-one, can make to enter into and put the heat of thing intracavity more even for the speed of cooking.
Specifically, a protrusion is formed inward in the middle of the back plate 110, the protrusion divides the back plate 110 into an upper portion and a lower portion or a left portion and a right portion, the wind cover 400 covers the back plate 110, the middle of the wind cover 400 abuts against the protrusion, so that the wind cover 400 and the back plate 110 are matched to form two installation cavities, and the two installation cavities are internally provided with fan blades 510 and a heating unit.
As shown in fig. 1, the fan cover 400 is fixedly connected to the fixing unit 200, and the fixing unit 200 has a function of fixing the heating element 300 and the fan cover 400 at the same time.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the fixing frame 210 further includes a fan cover mounting portion 213, the fan cover mounting portion 213 is spaced apart from the inner wall of the inner container 100, the fan cover 400 is fixedly connected to the fan cover mounting portion 213, and the fan cover 400 is spaced apart from the heating element 300. After the fan housing 400 is installed, the heating element 300 is not in direct contact with the fan housing 400 under the action of the fixing unit 200, so that the heating uniformity is ensured.
As shown in fig. 7-10, more specifically, the fixing portion 211 is attached to the mounting portion 111, the limiting portion 212 is connected to the mounting portion 111 and extends in a direction away from the mounting portion 111, the wind shield mounting portion 213 is connected to an end of the limiting portion 212 away from the mounting portion 111, and the wind shield mounting portion 213 is arranged in parallel with the mounting portion 111 and spaced apart from the mounting portion 111. The fixing frame 210 plays a role of mounting not only the heating element 300 but also the wind shield 400.
Further, the inner container assembly further includes a second fastening member 430, the fan housing mounting portion 213 is provided with a third mounting hole 2130, the fan housing 400 is provided with a fourth mounting hole 420, and the second fastening member 430 is disposed through the third mounting hole 2130 and the fourth mounting hole 420, so as to fix the fixing frame 210 and the fan housing 400.
Optionally, the second fastening member 430 is a screw, the third assembly hole 2130 is a through hole, the fourth assembly hole 420 is a threaded hole, and the second fastening member 430 is sequentially inserted into the third assembly hole 2130 and the fourth assembly hole 420 and is in threaded connection with the fourth assembly hole 420.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the installation manner of the inner container assembly is as follows:
firstly, the fixing frame 210 is matched with the positioning bulge 1110 on the mounting part 111 in a positioning way, and then the fixing frame 210 is welded and/or bonded with the mounting part 111; then, the heating element 300 with the supporting member 220 mounted thereon is mounted on the fixing frame 210, and the limiting piece 330 and the inner container 100 are fixed together by the first fastening member 340; finally, the fan housing 400 covers the fixing frame 210 and the heating element 300, and the fan housing 400 and the fixing frame 210 are fixed by the second fastening member 430. In the above-mentioned liner assembly, the fixing frame 210 not only plays a role of installing the heating element 300, but also plays a role of installing the fan housing 400, and the above-mentioned liner assembly does not need to provide too many holes on the liner 100 to install the heating element 300, thus ensuring the sealing property.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment also relates to a cooking apparatus including the liner assembly as described above.
Wherein, the cooking device can be a steam box, an oven or a steaming and baking machine.
In the cooking device described above, the heating element 300 is fixed to the mounting portion 111 of the inner container 100 by the fixing unit 200, the mounting portion 111 is a portion completely separating the inner cavity 112 of the inner container 100 from the outside of the inner container 100, and the mounting portion 111 has no structure such as a hole or a passage for communicating the inner cavity 112 of the inner container 100 with the outside, so that the opening of the inner container 100 is reduced and the sealing property of the inner container 100 is ensured in the manner of fixing the heating element 300 by the fixing unit 200 as compared with the manner of directly fixing the heating element 300 to the inner container 100 by a bolt.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (22)

1. A liner assembly, comprising:
the inner container is of a hollow structure with an inner cavity, at least part of the inner container is used for forming an installation part, and the installation part completely separates the inner cavity from the outer part of the inner container;
the fixing unit is fixed on the mounting part and does not destroy the characteristic that the mounting part completely separates the inner cavity from the outer part of the inner container; and
and the heating body is fixed on the fixing unit.
2. The liner assembly according to claim 1, wherein the fixing unit includes a fixing frame, the heating element is fixed to the fixing frame, and the fixing frame is welded and/or bonded to the mounting portion.
3. The inner container assembly according to claim 2, wherein the fixing unit further comprises a supporting member engaging with the fixing frame in a limited manner, and the supporting member is supported by the heating element.
4. The liner assembly according to claim 3, wherein the fixing frame includes a fixing portion and a limiting portion connected to the fixing portion, the fixing portion is fixedly connected to the mounting portion, the limiting portion has a limiting opening, and the supporting member is inserted into the limiting opening and is in limiting engagement with a sidewall of the limiting opening.
5. The liner assembly of claim 4, wherein the fixing portion is attached to the mounting portion, the limiting portion extends in a direction away from the mounting portion, the limiting opening is a notch formed in a side edge of the limiting portion, and the supporting member penetrates through the limiting opening and makes at least part of the heating body and the liner spaced apart.
6. The liner assembly according to claim 5, wherein the side wall of the limiting opening includes a first limiting wall, the first limiting wall is in limiting fit with the supporting member and used for limiting the supporting member to move along a first direction, and a surface of the mounting portion, which is attached to the fixing portion, is parallel to the first direction.
7. The liner assembly of claim 6, wherein the sidewall of the stop opening further comprises a second stop wall, the second stop wall engaging the support member in a stop manner, the second stop wall configured to limit movement of the support member in a second direction toward or away from the mounting portion.
8. The liner assembly according to claim 7, wherein the two limiting portions are disposed opposite to each other at an interval, a limiting space is formed between the two limiting portions, the supporting member has a bending portion, the bending portion is disposed in the limiting space, and the two limiting portions are configured to limit the bending portion to move along a third direction, wherein the third direction, the second direction and the first direction are perpendicular to each other two by two.
9. The liner assembly according to claim 3, wherein the heating element includes a first tube segment, a second tube segment and a third tube segment, the first tube segment and the second tube segment are arranged in parallel and at an interval, two ends of the third tube segment are respectively connected with the first tube segment and the second tube segment, and two ends of the supporting element are respectively connected with the first tube segment and the second tube segment.
10. The liner assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a limiting piece, wherein the limiting piece is provided with a first via hole and a second via hole which are arranged at intervals, the liner is provided with a third via hole corresponding to the first via hole and a fourth via hole corresponding to the second via hole, the heating element comprises a first connecting end and a second connecting end, the first connecting end penetrates through the first via hole and the third via hole, the second connecting end penetrates through the second via hole and the fourth via hole, and the limiting piece is fixedly connected with the liner.
11. The liner assembly according to claim 10, further comprising a first fastening member, wherein the limiting piece is provided with a first assembling hole, the liner is provided with a second assembling hole opposite to the first assembling hole, and the first fastening member is inserted into the first assembling hole and the second assembling hole.
12. The liner assembly of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion is provided with a positioning protrusion, and the fixing unit is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning protrusion passes through the positioning hole and is in positioning fit with the positioning hole.
13. The inner bag assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein at least a portion of a wall of the inner chamber is used to form the mounting portion, the fixing unit is fixed to the mounting portion and located in the inner chamber, and the heating element is fixed to the fixing unit and located in the inner chamber.
14. The inner container assembly according to claim 13, further comprising a hood located in the inner cavity and covering the fixing unit and the heat generating body.
15. The liner assembly according to claim 14, wherein the heating element is fixedly disposed on the fixing unit and is matched with the fixing unit to form a heating unit, the fan housing is matched with an inner wall of the liner to form at least two mounting cavities, the number of the heating units is at least two, and the at least two heating units are disposed in the at least two mounting cavities in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
16. The liner assembly of claim 14, wherein the hood is fixedly connected to the stationary unit.
17. The liner assembly of claim 16, wherein the fixing unit includes a fixing frame, the fixing frame includes a fixing portion and a fan housing installation portion connected to the fixing portion, the fixing portion is fixedly connected to the installation portion, and the fan housing is fixedly connected to the fan housing installation portion.
18. The liner assembly of claim 17, wherein the hood mounting portion is spaced apart from an inner wall of the liner, the hood is fixedly connected to the hood mounting portion, and the hood is spaced apart from the heat generating body.
19. The inner container assembly according to claim 18, further comprising a second fastening member, wherein the fan housing mounting portion is provided with a third assembling hole, the fan housing is provided with a fourth assembling hole opposite to the third assembling hole, and the second fastening member is inserted into the third assembling hole and the fourth assembling hole.
20. The liner assembly as claimed in claim 17, wherein the fan housing is engaged with an inner wall of the liner to form a mounting cavity, and a fan blade is further disposed in the mounting cavity, and the fixing frame is supported by the fan housing and is spaced from the fan blade.
21. A cooking device, comprising: the liner assembly of any one of claims 1-20 above.
22. A steaming and baking machine, characterized by comprising: the liner assembly of any one of claims 1-20 above.
