the rear palm rotating pressing part (21) is provided with a plurality of rear palm corrugated hoses which are respectively inserted into the corresponding straight grooves (24), rear palm constant pressure cavities which are communicated with each other are formed in the rear palm corrugated hoses and the rear palm rotating pressing part (21), and one end of each rear palm corrugated hose is connected with the moving block (241).
