Description

特别地,本发明涉及用于对粉状产品或具有高粘度的产品诸如例如胶水、浆状物、油脂、油漆等进行计量和输送的具有渐进凹槽的泵,并且涉及包括至少一个这种泵的计量系统。
在计量系统中使用的具有渐近凹槽的泵是已知的,并具有几个优点:当内部转子没有相对于外部定子运动时,这种泵保证完美的密封;高可靠性,其中在内部转子和外部定子之间具有可忽略的磨损;允许连续且极其精确地输送产品,避免了在出口导管水平处可能的滴落。
这些已知的具有渐进凹槽的泵的定子是由橡胶制成的,优选地是硫化和压缩模制的。
然而,这些具有渐进凹槽的泵并不令人满意,并且存在下述问题:由于泵的化学性质,制成泵的定子的橡胶与所输送产品的兼容性的范围有限,并且当存在更具腐蚀性的溶剂时也是如此。

文献US-A1-2010/038142、WO-A2-2012/024215和WO-A1-2004/036043公开了根据现有技术的用于苛刻应用的强化定子。
