Abstract
The invention discloses a controller mounting system of an aerial platform, which is used for mounting a controller on the aerial platform, wherein the controller is used for controlling the lifting and moving of the aerial platform and comprises a mounting bracket, the mounting bracket comprises a bracket body, a communication public end and a matching mechanism, the communication public end comprises a first socket, a first protruding structure and a second protruding structure are arranged on a mounting surface of the controller, a groove is formed in the first protruding structure, the matching mechanism comprises a movable rod, a through hole is formed in the mounting bracket and is matched with the first protruding structure, so that the first protruding structure enters the through hole when the controller is mounted on the mounting bracket, the groove is matched with the movable rod, one end of the movable rod moves into the groove, the controller is fastened on the mounting bracket, and the second protruding structure is inserted into the first socket; the mounting bracket is used for facilitating the mounting and dismounting of the controller on the aerial work platform.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aerial work platforms, in particular to a controller mounting system of an aerial work platform.
Background
The aerial work platform is a movable aerial work product for serving aerial work, equipment installation, maintenance and the like in various industries. The aerial work platform has wide work platform and high bearing capacity, is suitable for simultaneous operation of multiple persons, and has high aerial work efficiency, so that the aerial work platform is widely applied. The aerial work platform usually has the function of lifting and walking, and the operation control to aerial work platform is generally realized through remote control unit, in order to satisfy customer's habit and demand, generally control it through the handle of taking the button. In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

The weight of the mounting bracket 200 provided in this embodiment is heavier than that of the controller 100, and is used to detachably connect the controller 100 and the aerial work platform, and the mounting bracket 200 is directly mounted on the aerial work platform, and this mounting form may be detachable for facilitating the removal of the mounting bracket 200, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting bracket 200 includes a handle structure for hanging on the aerial work platform, but the mounting bracket 200 does not need to be frequently removed, and because of the heavier weight, even if the mounting bracket is hung on the aerial work platform, the mounting bracket 200 is not very convenient to remove. The controller 100 is removed much more frequently than the mounting bracket 200.
One panel of the mounting bracket 200 is used for mounting the controller 100, and a matching mechanism 210 and a communication common end 230 are arranged on the mounting surface, and a through hole 220 is formed in the mounting surface; the lower end of the controller 100 is used for being mounted on a mounting panel of the mounting bracket 200, the lower end of the controller 100 is provided with a first protrusion structure 110 and a second protrusion structure 120, the first protrusion structure 110 is provided with a groove 111, and the second protrusion structure 120 is directly connected with an internal circuit of the controller 100 and can be used for transmitting an electrical signal, such as a high-level electrical signal or a low-level electrical signal.
Specifically, when the controller is mounted, the first protrusion 110 at the lower end of the controller 100 enters the through hole 220, the portion with the groove 111 passes through the mounting panel and enters the other side corresponding to the body of the controller 100, and the second protrusion 120 is simultaneously inserted into the first socket 231 of the communication common 230, so that the electrical signal transmission between the controller 100 and the communication common 230 can be realized. The mounting panel of the mounting bracket 200 is provided with a matching mechanism 210, referring to fig. 1, the matching mechanism includes a translational rod 212, the translational rod 212 can only translate in the horizontal direction, and the translational rod 212 is first fixed with a spring, so that the other end of the translational rod 212 enters the groove 111 while compressing the spring, thereby realizing that the controller 100 is mechanically fixed on the mounting panel of the mounting bracket 200.
Of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the form of the engagement is not exclusive, and may be any engagement between the movable rod and the groove, such as the mounting system shown in fig. 2, in which the engagement mechanism 210 includes a rotating rod 211, a translational rod 212 and a rotational-to-translational converter 210a, the rotating rod 210 may rotate clockwise or counterclockwise on a plane parallel to the mounting panel, so that the translational rod 212 is translated by the rotational-to-translational converter 210a, for example, the rotating rod 211 rotates 90 degrees clockwise, and the translational rod 212 completely enters the groove 111 to achieve the engagement; rotating lever 211 is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise and translational lever 212 is completely disengaged from recess 111, thereby disengaging the engagement. The rotary-to-translational converter 210a may take many forms, such as the form of a link used in a quick clamp model GTY 36224.
As shown in fig. 2, the second protruding structure 120 is inserted into the first socket 231 of the communication common end 230, the communication common end 230 is connected to the plug terminal 410 of the communication connection line 400 through the second socket 232 in an inserting manner, one end of the communication connection line 400 is connected to the plug terminal 410, and the other end of the communication connection line 400 is connected to the power system of the aerial work platform, so that the electric signal transmission between the controller 100 and the aerial work platform is realized. For example, a power system of the aerial work platform controls the lifting of the aerial work platform, and the controller 100 is a rocker controller, when a rocker of the controller 100 moves upward, the controller 100 sends a high-level electric signal, and the high-level electric signal is transmitted to the power system of the aerial work platform through the communication common port 230, so that the aerial work platform rises upward; when the rocker of the controller 100 moves downward, the controller 100 sends a low level signal, which is transmitted to the power system of the aerial platform via the communication common 230, and the aerial platform descends downward. Of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the types of electrical signals are not limited to two, and the control of the aerial platform by the controller 100 is not limited to raising and lowering, and the aerial platform may be controlled to move by other types of electrical signals.

4. The aerial platform controller mounting system of claim 3 wherein the rotating rod and the translating rod are both parallel to the mounting surface.
5. The aerial platform controller mounting system of claim 4 wherein the first direction is clockwise and the second direction is counterclockwise.
6. The aerial platform controller mounting system of claim 5 wherein the mounting bracket further comprises a handle structure for suspending the mounting bracket from the aerial platform.
7. The aerial platform controller mounting system of claim 6 wherein the communications common further comprises a second jack, the communications link having one end connected to the aerial power unit and the other end connected to a patch terminal, the patch terminal mating with the second jack such that insertion of the patch terminal into the second jack results in signal transmission between the controller and the aerial platform.
8. The aerial platform controller mounting system of claim 7 wherein the controller is a rocker controller.
9. The aerial platform controller mounting system of claim 8 wherein the engagement mechanism is made of stainless steel material.
10. A height platform controller mounting system as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 9 wherein the engagement means is a quick release clamp.
