The real-time cooking video stream is shot by a camera of the cooking terminal for the cooking process of the cook, and the real-time cooking video stream is formed and sent to the client.

The cook can adjust the cooking operation according to the displayed cooking instruction, for example, the displayed cooking instruction is 'less sugar', and the cook can reduce the sugar input amount to meet the customer demand.
Compared with the traditional monitoring mode at present, the method for monitoring the cooking state, firstly, the cooking terminal is used for sending the real-time cooking video stream to the client, the client can watch the real-time video of cooking materials through the client, the operation of a cook and the sanitary environment of a kitchen are supervised, so that the safety of food is improved, meanwhile, the client watches the real-time video process, the cooking instruction can be sent to the cooking terminal through the client, the cooking terminal displays the cooking instruction, so that the cook can know the cooking instruction, the cooking state is operated according to the cooking instruction, and the made food can meet the requirements of the client.
Further, as a refinement and expansion of the specific implementation of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, after step 504, the method further includes:
step 601: and stopping sending the real-time cooking video stream in response to the stop instruction.
After cooking is finished, a cook performs a specified operation to trigger a stop instruction to stop sending the real-time cooking video stream by the cooking terminal, where the trigger operation may be a click operation, a slide operation, or the like, and the embodiments of the present invention do not limit this

and an arrangement module 85, configured to arrange all the main playing windows according to the layout information.

the amplifying submodule 91 is configured to perform an amplification process on the main playing window to obtain an increased size of the main playing window;
the layout information generating submodule 92 is configured to generate layout information of the playing windows according to the size of the playing area, the number of other playing windows, and the increased size of the main playing window.

a second receiving unit 1001, configured to receive meal ordering information sent by a client, where the meal ordering information includes a target meal selected by a user;

the second receiving unit 1003 is further configured to receive a cooking instruction of the user sent by the client in the process of sending the real-time cooking video stream;

In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 10, the cooking terminal further includes:
a second stopping unit 1004 for stopping sending the real-time cooking video stream in response to the stop instruction;
the second transmitting unit 1005 is further configured to transmit cooking completion information to the client.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 10, the cooking terminal further includes:
an uploading unit 1005, configured to upload the real-time video stream to the storage platform, so that the storage platform stores the data of the real-time video stream.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, where the software product may be stored in another nonvolatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in each real-time scenario of the present application
Based on the method shown in fig. 2 to 4 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 7, in order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides an entity device of a client, which may specifically be a personal computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and the like, where the entity device includes a storage medium, a processor, and a computer program that is run on the storage medium and is capable of running on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the method for monitoring the cooking state shown in fig. 2 to 4 is implemented.
Based on the method shown in fig. 5 to 6 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 8, to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides an entity device of a cooking terminal, which may be a personal computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and the like, where the entity device includes a storage medium, a processor, and a computer program that is run on the storage medium and is capable of running on the processor, and the processor implements the method for monitoring the cooking state shown in fig. 5 to 6 when executing the program.
Optionally, both the two entity devices may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a radio frequency circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WIFI module, and the like, where the user interface may include a display screen, an input unit such as a keyboard, and the like, and the selectable user interface may further include a USB interface, a card reader interface, and the like. The network interface may optionally include a standard limited interface, a wireless interface, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking state monitoring method is applied to a client side and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending ordering information to a cooking terminal, wherein the ordering information comprises a target food selected by a user;
receiving a real-time cooking video stream corresponding to the target food sent by the cooking terminal;
playing the real-time video stream;
receiving a cooking instruction of a user in the process of playing the real-time video stream;
and sending the cooking instruction to the cooking terminal so that the cooking terminal displays the cooking instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the cooking instruction to the cooking terminal to cause the cooking terminal to display the cooking instruction further comprises:
when the cooking terminal stops sending the real-time cooking video stream, stopping playing the real-time cooking video stream;
receiving cooking completion information sent by the cooking terminal;
and downloading the data of the real-time video stream stored by the storage platform under the condition of receiving a saving instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the playing the real-time video stream comprises:
when at least two real-time video streams are received, generating playing windows corresponding to the at least two real-time video streams in a playing area respectively;
playing corresponding real-time video streams in each playing window;
in response to the selection operation of the user, determining the playing window selected by the user as a primary playing window, and determining other playing windows as secondary playing windows;
generating layout information of the playing windows according to the number of the primary playing windows and the secondary playing windows and the size of the playing area;
and arranging the primary playing window and the secondary playing window according to the layout information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining the number of the primary playing windows and the secondary playing windows and the size of the playing area comprises:
increasing the main playing window to obtain the size of the increased main playing window;
and generating layout information of the playing windows according to the size of the playing area, the number of the secondary playing windows and the increased size of the main playing window.
5. A cooking state monitoring method is applied to a cooking terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving ordering information sent by a client, wherein the ordering information comprises a target food selected by a user;
sending a real-time cooking video stream corresponding to the target food to the client;
receiving a cooking instruction of a user sent by a client in the process of sending the real-time cooking video stream;
and displaying the cooking instruction.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after said presenting said cooking instructions:
stopping sending the real-time cooking video stream in response to a stop instruction;
and sending cooking completion information to the client.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein sending the real-time cooking video stream corresponding to the target meal to the client further comprises:
and uploading the real-time video stream to a storage platform so that the storage platform stores the data of the real-time video stream.
8. A client, comprising:
the cooking terminal comprises a first sending unit, a second sending unit and a control unit, wherein the first sending unit is used for sending ordering information to the cooking terminal, and the ordering information comprises a target food selected by a user;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the real-time cooking video stream corresponding to the target food sent by the cooking terminal;
a playing unit, configured to play the real-time video stream;
the first receiving unit is also used for receiving a cooking instruction of a user in the process of playing the real-time video stream;
the first sending unit is further used for sending the cooking instruction to the cooking terminal so that the cooking terminal can display the cooking instruction.
9. A cooking terminal, comprising:
the second receiving unit is used for receiving ordering information sent by the client, and the ordering information comprises a target food selected by a user;
the second sending unit is used for sending the real-time cooking video stream corresponding to the target food to the client according to the target food;
the second receiving unit is further used for receiving a cooking instruction of the user sent by the client in the process of sending the real-time cooking video stream;
and the display unit is used for displaying the cooking instruction.
10. A cooking state monitoring system comprising the client of claim 8 and the cooking terminal of claim 9.
