The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a waterproof plug of a charging pile, which can upgrade the existing plug and achieve a higher waterproof effect.

a waterproof plug of a charging pile comprises a movable plug and a fixed plug, wherein the movable plug is connected with the charging pile, the fixed plug is connected with a vehicle, the charging pile supplies power to a storage battery of the vehicle after the movable plug is in butt joint with the fixed plug, the waterproof plug also comprises a first sealing piece and a second sealing piece, the first sealing piece is connected with the movable plug, the second sealing piece is connected with the fixed plug, and waterproof protection is formed after the first sealing piece and the second sealing piece are matched;
the first sealing element comprises a shell, wherein a small pipe part is arranged at the left end of the shell, an annular clamping groove is arranged on the inner wall of the small pipe part, a rubber sealing strip is assembled in the clamping groove, the sealing strip is annular, the thickness of the sealing strip is gradually reduced towards the direction of the circle center, an annular connecting ring is arranged at the position of the inner end face of the shell, a rubber movable sleeve is arranged in the shell, a clamping ring is formed at the outer wall of the movable sleeve in an injection molding mode, a first clamping ring is formed at the position of the right end of the shell in an injection molding mode, a limiting position is formed between the clamping ring and the first clamping ring, a spring is sleeved at the outer wall of the movable sleeve and acts between the clamping ring and the inner end face of the shell; the movable plug is inserted into the shell after passing through the small pipe part;
the second sealing element comprises a first shell connected with the vehicle body, the left side of the first shell is provided with an opening, a water retaining ring is arranged inside the first shell and is positioned on the right side of the opening, and the fixed plug is inserted through the right side of the first shell;
the first shell is matched in the movable sleeve and forms sealing after being contacted with the movable sleeve;
the movable plug is inserted into the first shell and then is butted with the fixed plug, when the movable plug is pulled out to the left side, the movable plug slides to the left side along the small pipe part, and meanwhile, the movable sleeve is ejected to the right side, so that the movable plug is always protected on the inner side of the movable sleeve.
Preferably, a guide screw is screwed into the outer wall of the connecting ring, and a guide sliding groove is processed on the outer wall of the movable plug; the effect of above-mentioned structure is the distance that can slide of restriction activity plug, avoids causing the separation between activity plug and the casing when plug activity plug.
Preferably, an annular buckle strip is arranged at the inner right end of the movable sleeve, and a buckle groove matched with the buckle strip is arranged at the outer wall of the first shell.
Preferably, a ball head is processed at the end of the guide screw inserted into the guide chute; the friction resistance between the guide screw and the guide sliding groove can be reduced by the arrangement of the ball head.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waterproof plug for the charging pile comprises a movable plug 1 connected with the charging pile, a fixed plug 2 connected with a vehicle, a first sealing element 3 connected with the movable plug 1, and a second sealing element 4 connected with the fixed plug 2, wherein the movable plug 1 is in butt joint with the fixed plug 2, and the charging pile supplies power to a storage battery of the vehicle;
the first sealing element 3 comprises a shell 301, a small pipe part 302 is arranged at the left end of the shell 301, an annular clamping groove 303 is arranged at the inner wall of the small pipe part 302, a rubber sealing strip 304 is assembled in the clamping groove 303, the sealing strip 304 is annular, the thickness of the sealing strip 304 is gradually reduced towards the circle center, an annular connecting ring 305 is arranged at the inner end face of the shell 301, a rubber movable sleeve 306 is arranged in the shell 301, a clamping ring 307 is formed at the outer wall of the movable sleeve 306 in an injection molding mode, a first clamping ring 308 is formed at the right end face of the shell 301 in an injection molding mode, a limiting position is formed between the clamping ring 307 and the first clamping ring 308, a spring 309 is sleeved at the outer wall of the movable sleeve 306, and the spring 309 acts between the clamping ring 307 and the inner end face of the shell 301; the movable plug 1 is inserted into the shell 301 through the small pipe part 302;
the second sealing member 4 comprises a first shell 401 connected with the vehicle body, the left side of the first shell 401 is provided with an opening 402, the inside of the first shell 401 is provided with a water retaining ring 403, the water retaining ring 403 is positioned at the right side of the opening 402, and the fixed plug 2 is inserted through the right side of the first shell 401;
the first shell 401 is fitted in the movable sleeve 306 and forms a seal after being contacted with the movable sleeve 306;
the movable plug 1 is inserted into the first housing 401 and then abuts against the fixed plug 2, when the movable plug 1 is pulled out to the left, the movable plug 1 slides to the left along the small pipe part 302, and simultaneously the movable sleeve 306 springs to the right, so that the movable plug 1 is always protected inside the movable sleeve 306.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a guiding screw 331 is screwed into an outer wall of the connecting ring 305, and a guiding chute 121 is formed in an outer wall of the movable plug 1; the effect of above-mentioned structure is the distance that can slide of restriction activity plug, avoids causing the separation between activity plug and the casing when plug activity plug.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a ring-shaped buckle bar 333 is disposed at the inner right end of the movable sleeve 306, and a buckle groove 444 that fits the buckle bar 333 is disposed at the outer wall of the first housing 401.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a ball 332 is formed at the end of the guiding screw 331 inserted into the guiding chute; the friction resistance between the guide screw and the guide sliding groove can be reduced by the arrangement of the ball head.
