Abstract
The invention relates to the field of aerospace, in particular to a radar turntable which is good in sealing performance, reduces corrosion and prolongs the service life. The device comprises a base support frame, wherein a rotary table base is arranged on the base support frame, the interior of the rotary table base is hollow, and a direct-drive motor assembly and a three-axis rotary joint are arranged, the lower end of the direct-drive motor assembly extends into the rotary table base; the top end of the three-axis rotary joint is provided with a rotary table body extending out of the rotary table base and matched with a corresponding rotary table bearing, the three-axis rotary joint is in transmission fit with one end, extending out of the rotary table base, of the direct-drive motor assembly, the top end of the three-axis rotary joint is connected with the rotary table body, and the rotary table body is provided with an antenna switching frame. According to the radar turntable, the parts which are easy to corrode and damage of the whole radar turntable are integrated into the inner space of the turntable base through the matching of the base support frame, the turntable base, the direct drive motor assembly, the three-axis rotary joint, the rotary table body and the like, so that the sealing performance is greatly improved, the corrosion caused by water vapor is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of aerospace, in particular to a radar rotary table which is good in sealing performance, reduces corrosion and prolongs the service life.
Background
In the field of aerospace, a radar rotary table is indispensable equipment, and is used for continuously scanning airplane signals through rotation to assist in airplane positioning. The existing radar rotary table is generally provided with an opening in order to improve the heat dissipation effect, so that the radar rotary table is corroded easily in a humid environment or in rainy weather, and the service life is shortened. In addition, the radar rotary table is rotating incessantly, needs the lubrication between each meshing gear, and current lubrication mode generally adopts artifical regular lubrication oil that adds to lubricate, can not guarantee lubricated going on continuously, has sometimes more dry between the mechanical transmission still need the operation to wait to reach artifical lubrication, therefore its life can shorten.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the radar turntable which has good sealing performance, reduces corrosion and prolongs the service life.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the radar rotary table comprises a base support frame, wherein a rotary table base is arranged on the base support frame, the interior of the rotary table base is hollow, and a direct-drive motor assembly and a three-axis rotary joint are arranged, and the lower end of the direct-drive motor assembly extends into the rotary table base; the top end of the three-axis rotary joint is provided with a rotary table body extending out of the rotary table base and matched with a corresponding rotary table bearing, the three-axis rotary joint is in transmission fit with one end, extending out of the rotary table base, of the direct-drive motor assembly, the top end of the three-axis rotary joint is connected with the rotary table body, and the rotary table body is provided with an antenna switching frame.
In order to better realize the invention, the three-axis rotary joint is connected with the rotary table body through a joint connecting shaft and a joint shaft adapter plate.
In order to better realize the invention, a first joint connector panel component is arranged at the top of the rotary table body, a second joint connector panel component matched with a three-axis rotary joint is arranged at the side part of the rotary table base, and a plurality of sick sensors are arranged on the three-axis rotary joint and matched with the first joint connector panel component or the second joint connector panel component (16).

In order to better realize the invention, the direct drive motor assembly comprises a direct drive motor and an encoder connected with the direct drive motor, the encoder is connected with the second joint connector panel assembly, the direct drive motor is connected with a driving gear positioned on the upper surface of the turntable base through a reduction gear and a steering assembly, and the driving gear is meshed with a driven gear on the upper part of the three-axis rotary joint.
In order to better realize the invention, the reduction gear, the driving gear and the driven gear are all matched with a lubricating device.
In order to better realize the invention, the lubricating device comprises a contact gear meshed with a gear in a driving gear, a driven gear or a reduction gear, the contact gear is hollow and is injected with lubricating oil through an oil pipe, a lubricating oil output hole is formed in the position of one meshing tooth of the contact gear, and the oil pipe is connected with an oil injection pump.
In order to better realize the invention, a plurality of weight-reducing hollowed holes are also arranged on the rotating table body.
In order to better realize the invention, a horizontal bubble which is convenient for adjusting the horizontal position is arranged on the rotary table cover plate.
In order to better realize the invention, a detachable maintenance window is arranged on the side part of the rotating table body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the radar rotary table, the parts which are easy to corrode and damage of the whole radar rotary table are integrated into the inner space of the rotary table base through the matching of the base support frame, the rotary table base, the direct drive motor assembly, the three-axis rotary joint, the rotary table body and the like, so that the sealing performance is greatly improved, the corrosion caused by water vapor is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only used as examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the radar turntable of the present invention comprises a base support frame 18, wherein a turntable base 1 is arranged on the base support frame 18, the turntable base 1 is hollow, and is provided with a direct drive motor assembly 2 and a three-axis rotary joint 28, the lower end of the direct drive motor assembly extends into the turntable base 1; the top end of the three-axis rotary joint 28 is provided with a rotary table body 7 extending out of the rotary table base 1 and matched with a corresponding rotary table bearing 25, the three-axis rotary joint 28 is in transmission fit with one end of the direct drive motor assembly 2 extending out of the rotary table base 1, the top end of the three-axis rotary joint 28 is connected with the rotary table body 7, and the rotary table body 7 is provided with an antenna switching frame 8. According to the radar turntable, the base support frame 18, the turntable base 1, the direct drive motor assembly 2, the three-axis rotary joint 28, the rotary table body 7 and the like are matched, so that the parts which are easy to corrode and damage of the whole radar turntable are integrated into the inner space of the turntable base 1, the sealing performance is greatly improved, the corrosion of important parts such as the direct drive motor assembly 2 and the like caused by water vapor is reduced, and the service life is prolonged. In use the antenna adaptor bracket 8 is fitted with a radar antenna. For the convenience of hoisting, a hoisting ring 30 is generally installed at a suitable position on the top of the rotating table body 7.
Example 2:

The reduction gear 32 is in transmission fit with the driving gear 33. The reduction gear 32, the driving gear 33 and the driven gear are all matched with lubricating devices.
The lubricating device comprises a contact gear 34 engaged with a gear in a driving gear 33, a driven gear or a reduction gear 32, the contact gear 34 is hollow, lubricating oil is injected through an oil pipe 36, a lubricating oil output hole 38 is formed in the position of one engaging tooth 37 of the contact gear 34, and the oil pipe 36 is connected with an oil injection pump. The oiling pump can be connected with controlling means, and regularly the oiling is lubricated, and it is more convenient accurate than manual lubrication, can not have moreover and forget lubricated condition.
Example 6:
on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiments, in order to further implement the present invention, a plurality of weight-reducing holes 30 are further provided on the rotating table body 7. After the design, the weight of the whole rotary table body 7 is greatly reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the rotation is convenient.
