Description

Urban bridge overload early warning system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traffic early warning coordination, in particular to an urban bridge overload early warning system and method.
Background
With the continuous development of economy in China, the traffic network is increasingly busy. Some vehicles are compelling to gain economic benefit and have serious overload situations. In addition, the local bridge surface may have a sudden load increase in a short period due to traffic jam and the like. Once the damage and even collapse accident of the bridge occurs, the highway and the urban expressway which are composed of a large number of bridges can cause huge casualties and economic losses, and lead to extremely bad social influence.
Overload is defined in terms of a vehicle, i.e., the actual load of the vehicle is greater than the nominal design load of the vehicle. In the transportation process of an overloaded transportation tool, the control capability is reduced, and traffic accidents are easy to happen.
Overload is defined from the aspect of roads and bridges, namely the weight of vehicles passing through the roads and the bridges exceeds the designed live load of the roads and the bridges. Under the condition that the live load of the automobile exceeds the design load, the bridge is easy to have structural damage and even cause serious accidents of local or overall collapse of the bridge, and casualties and economic losses in accident areas and the periphery are caused. If two trucks on a 312 national road tin-free road section are overloaded 6 a 10 th day and a 10 th night in 2019, the overload amounts reach 394% and 455% respectively, bridge collapse is caused, and serious traffic accidents of 3 deaths and 2 injuries are caused.

The invention also provides a specific implementation mode of the urban bridge overload early warning system, which comprises the following steps: the system comprises a weighing module group, a data processing and control module, a snapshot module group, a traffic light group, a traffic information display screen, a voice prompter, an overload alarm module and overload parking areas arranged at two ends of a bridge. The high-definition snapshot module group, the weighing module group, the bridge traffic light and the traffic information display screen are arranged at the upper bridge positions at the two ends of the bridge in sequence. The high-definition snapshot module group comprises a first snapshot module 1, a second snapshot module 2, a third snapshot module 3 and a fourth snapshot module 4; the weighing module group comprises: a first weighing module 5 and a second weighing module 6; the bridge traffic light comprises a first bridge traffic light 7 and a second bridge traffic light 8; the traffic information display screen comprises a first traffic information display screen 11 and a second traffic information display screen 12; the third snapshot module 3 and the fourth snapshot module 4 are arranged at the lower bridge at two ends of the bridge. Road traffic lights and traffic information display screens are installed at the entrance of the road below the bridge, wherein the road traffic lights comprise first road traffic lights 9 and second road traffic lights 10, and the traffic information display screens comprise third traffic information display screens 13 and fourth traffic information display screens 14.
The two ends of the bridge are provided with overload parking areas which are divided into overload parking areas before the bridge, namely after the overload vehicles are weighed, if the overload vehicles are overloaded, drivers receive the overload parking information sent by the traffic information display screen and the voice prompter and actively park in the overload parking areas before the bridge. The overload parking area after getting off the bridge, namely after the overload vehicle is weighed, if overload, the driver receives the message of overload parking sent by the traffic information display screen and the voice prompter, but because of various uncontrollable factors after getting on the bridge and after safely getting off the bridge, the driver actively stops to the overload parking area after getting off the bridge.
The weighing module group is installed at the upper bridge position of vehicles at two ends of a bridge, the vehicles need to pass through the weighing module group before passing through the upper bridge, the weighing module group belongs to dynamic weighing, namely, the running vehicles can automatically acquire the weight of the vehicles through the wheel weights of the vehicles only through the weighing module group, the vehicles can be weighed without parking, and the smooth traffic is not influenced.
The high-definition snapshot module is a high-definition camera. The high-definition camera shoots vehicle information such as license plates, speed per hour and vehicle types and transmits the vehicle information to the data processing and control module. The first snapshot module 1 and the second snapshot module 2 record that the vehicle is on the bridge, and the third snapshot module 3 and the fourth snapshot module 4 record that the vehicle is off the bridge.
The contents displayed by the traffic information display screen and the traffic light set are divided into two parts, namely a bridge and a road below the bridge.
In the bridge part, when a bridge is overloaded, a first traffic information display screen 11 and a second traffic information display screen 12 at upper bridge positions at two ends of the bridge display that 'the current bridge is overloaded, please go to the bridge later', a bridge traffic light is on a red light, vehicles at two ends are forbidden to go on the bridge, when the overloaded vehicle passes through the bridge smoothly, the first traffic information display screen 11 and the second traffic information display screen 12 display that 'passing, a user is congratulated all the way', and the bridge traffic light is on a green light.
In the road part below the bridge, when the bridge is overloaded, the red light of the road traffic light below the bridge is on, the third traffic information display screen 13 and the fourth traffic information display screen 14 display that ' the bridge in front is overloaded at present and please pass later ', the vehicle to be overloaded smoothly passes through the bridge, the third traffic information display screen 13 and the fourth traffic information display screen 14 display that ' passing, and then the road traffic light is on green.
The data processing and controlling module records and processes vehicle data collected by the weighing module group and the high-definition snapshot module group, and whether the current load of the bridge exceeds the design rated load of the bridge or not is calculated through data processing. And after calculating whether the bridge is overloaded or not, outputting control signals to traffic light sets and traffic information display screens of roads at the upper bridge positions and the lower bridge positions at the two ends of the bridge, so as to carry out corresponding traffic order coordination.
And the data processing and control module records and stores all load data passing through the bridge, and the load data is used for maintenance and overhaul and structural health assessment of the bridge.
The data processing and control module calculates a formula whether the current load of the bridge exceeds the design rated total load of the bridge or not: gGeneral assembly=Gs-Gx>?GForehead rest(ii) a Rated single point load Gd (G) for bridge designVehicle with wheels>?GForehead slip. Wherein G isVehicle with wheelsIt may be the weight of a single vehicle or the total weight of a plurality of vehicles per unit of road section, if GVehicle with wheelsWhen the total weight of a plurality of vehicles on a certain unit road section is GVehicle with wheelsRelated to the speed of travel of the vehicle, GVehicle with wheelsIs a function of the total length of the bridge, the driving speed, the length of a unit road section and the type of the vehicle.
Wherein G isGeneral assemblyIs the current total load of the bridge, GForehead slipDesigning a rated single point load for a bridge, i.e. the maximum load per unit length of the bridge, GForehead restAnd the load is rated total load, Gs is the total weight of the upper bridge vehicles at two ends of the bridge, Gx is the weight of the lower bridge vehicles, and Gd is the rated single-point load designed for the bridge.
The overload alarm module is used for starting alarm when the load of a single vehicle exceeds the rated single-point load of the bridge, contacting a traffic command center, feeding back vehicle information to track the overloaded vehicle, and avoiding continuous threat of dangerous vehicles to the front road and the bridge.
The overload rate is defined in two situations, including a single-point overload rate and a total overload rate. The single-point overload rate is divided into a single vehicle-mounted overload rate and a unit road section overload rate.
Single point overload rate: (actual load of single vehicle/live load capacity of rated unit section) 100%
Unit road section overload rate: (actual load capacity of single path section/live load capacity of design) 100%
The total overload rate is as follows: (actual total load/design live load capacity of bridge) 100%
The alarm module divides the early warning grade according to the overload rate and corresponds to different emergency measures. As shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 overload Rate-Warning grade comparison Table
Figure BDA0002506344340000101
Note: the accumulated overload times, the small inspection (small repair) times, the medium inspection (medium repair) times and the large inspection (large repair) times in the overload processing measures in the table can be adjusted according to the design of each bridge. Meanwhile, the frequency and scale of maintenance are adjusted according to data analysis such as traffic flow and historical load recorded by the bridge.
The control flow of the system in this embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, when a vehicle gets on the bridge, the first snapshot module 1 and the second snapshot module 2 at two ends of the bridge take pictures of the vehicle, and record the information of the vehicle getting on the bridge, such as license plate, speed, height and the like of the vehicle getting on the bridge in advance; the first weighing module 5 and the second weighing module 6 weigh the weight of the vehicle; the third snapshot module 3 and the fourth snapshot module 4 record the lower axle vehicle information of the axle vehicle; and then the information of the upper bridge vehicles, the information of the vehicle weight and the information of the lower bridge vehicles are transmitted to a data processing and control module for judgment.
Firstly, judging the overload of a single vehicle weight, and then judging the total load of the bridge. So the bridge can be divided into three states: no overload, single overload and total overload.
No overload: if the single vehicle on the bridge is not overloaded and the total load is not overloaded, the data processing and control module outputs signals as follows: the traffic light sets are all green. The traffic is smooth above and below the bridge.
Overload of the bicycle: if the weight of a single vehicle of the vehicle is larger than the rated single point load of the bridge design, the data processing and control module outputs signals as shown in FIG. 4:
a) alarming, reporting that potential safety hazards exist when the bridge of the traffic command center is overloaded, and making emergency preparation; transmitting the information of the overloaded vehicle to an overloaded parking area; and after the overload parking area before the upper bridge receives the information of the overload vehicle, judging whether the overload vehicle stops in the parking area or not. If yes, the alarm is relieved, and the bridge is normally passed under the bridge; if not, the next step is carried out.
b) The bridge traffic light lights the red light, and vehicles about to get on the bridge are prevented from continuing to get on the bridge. On one hand, the load of the bridge is prevented from being continuously increased, and the damage risk of the bridge is increased; another aspect is to minimize possible accidents, involving more personnel, resulting in greater economic losses.
c) The red light is lighted by the road traffic light, so that the travelling crane on the road below the bridge is prevented from passing through the bridge opening, and the condition that the travelling crane below the bridge is influenced by the damage or collapse of the bridge structure, and casualties and economic loss are caused is avoided.
