Background

The authority identification method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The server 102 may communicate with the client 104 through a network, and the server 102 may obtain information of a plurality of image capturing devices through the network. The server 102 may obtain images of persons acquired by a plurality of image acquisition devices, may determine a set position of the image acquisition device on the ship, determine, according to the set position of the image acquisition device, a legal person image that needs to be compared with the images of the persons, and may send a comparison result to the client 104, and the client 104 may archive and store the identification result. The server 102 may be implemented by a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and the client 104 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers and notebook computers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for identifying rights is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

The image acquisition device arranged at the target position on the ship can acquire the image of the person to be identified and send the acquired image of the person to be identified to the server 102 through the network, and the server 102 can receive the image of the person to be identified sent by the image acquisition device.

In this embodiment, the set area may be a specific area in the ship, the server 102 may perform authority identification on the person to be identified who enters the specific area of the ship, and when the authority identification result of the person to be identified is that the person is allowed to enter the set area, the server 102 may obtain an entry time when the person enters the set area and an exit time when the person exits the set area, specifically, the person may be obtained by an image acquisition device disposed in the set area, the server 102 may obtain a person image of the person appearing earliest in the person image acquired by the image acquisition device, and may use an acquisition time of the image as an entry time when the person enters the set area, or may use an entry time when the person is acquired by the image acquisition device disposed at an entrance of the set area; the server 102 may further obtain a person image of the person appearing last in the person image acquired by the image acquisition device, and use the acquisition time of the image as the departure time of the person from the set area, or use the time when the person is acquired by the image acquisition device arranged at the exit of the set area as the departure time; the server 102 may obtain the trajectory information of the person based on the entering time and the leaving time of the person in the set area and the set area where the person is located, and update the trajectory of the corresponding legal person information, thereby implementing recording and monitoring of the spatio-temporal information of the person.
Through the embodiment, the server 102 can obtain the space-time trajectory corresponding to the personnel by recording the entering time and the leaving time of the personnel entering the set area, so that the effect of improving the safety of the ship personnel authority management is realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for rights identification in another embodiment. The authority identification can be identification of boarding qualification, the to-be-identified personnel can comprise ship staff and passengers, when the to-be-identified personnel are staff, the server 102 can store pre-registered personal information of the staff, the personal information can comprise face images of the staff, the server 102 can collect the face images of the to-be-identified staff through the image collection equipment when the staff board or leave the ship, the face images of the pre-registered staff are compared with the face images of the pre-registered staff, when the comparison is successful, the staff can be allowed to board or leave the ship, when the comparison is failed, the face information of the staff can be registered, and therefore the personal information of the staff is updated. When the person to be identified is a passenger, since the server 102 may store personal information of a pre-registered passenger, which may include a face image of the passenger, the server 102 may compare the face image of the passenger to be identified with the face image of the pre-registered passenger when the passenger boards or leaves the ship, and when the comparison is successful, the passenger may be allowed to board or leave the ship, and when the comparison is failed, the server 102 may send an instruction to the client 102 that the boarding or leaving is not allowed, and when the passenger does not allow the leaving, the client 104 may notify a corresponding staff to investigate the passenger.
By the embodiment, the server 102 determines boarding and leaving qualifications of the person to be identified through the person image acquired by the image acquisition device arranged on the side of the ship and the face image stored in advance, so that the effect of improving the safety of authority identification can be realized.
In one embodiment, there is provided a rights identification system comprising: the system comprises a server 102, a client 104 and image acquisition equipment arranged at a ship target position;
the image acquisition equipment is used for acquiring a personnel image of a person to be identified at a target position and sending the personnel image to the server 102;
the server 102 is used for determining a prestored legal person image corresponding to the set position according to the set position, comparing the person image with the legal person image, determining a permission identification result of a person to be identified according to the comparison result, and sending the permission identification result to the client 104; the authority identification result comprises a boarding qualification identification result or an access authority identification result of the position;
and the client 104 is used for receiving the identification result and archiving and storing the identification result.
For the specific definition of the authority identification system, reference may be made to the above definition of the authority identification method, which is not described herein again.
It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 and 4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 and 4 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a rights identification apparatus including: an obtaining module 502, a determining module 504, and an identifying module 506, wherein:
an obtaining module 502, configured to obtain a personnel image of a person to be identified, where the personnel image is collected by an image collecting device disposed at a ship target position.
A determining module 504 for determining a setup position of the image acquisition device relative to the ship.
The identification module 506 is used for determining a prestored legal person image corresponding to the set position according to the set position, comparing the person image with the legal person image, and determining the authority identification result of the person to be identified according to the comparison result; the authority identification result comprises a boarding qualification identification result or an access authority identification result of the position.
In an embodiment, the determining module 504 is specifically configured to query, according to the identification information, a mapping relationship between preset image acquisition device identification information and a setting position; and determining the setting position of the image acquisition equipment relative to the ship according to the query result.
In an embodiment, the identification module 506 is specifically configured to obtain pre-stored first legal personnel information if the setting position of the image acquisition device is on the upper and lower sides of the ship; the first legal personnel information comprises a face image of the first legal personnel with the boarding qualification; comparing the person image with a face image of a first legal person; when the personnel image is matched with the face image of the first legal personnel, determining that the authority identification result of the personnel to be identified is qualified for boarding; and when the person image is not matched with the first legal person face image, determining that the authority identification result of the person to be identified does not have the boarding qualification.
In an embodiment, the identifying module 506 is specifically configured to obtain second pre-stored legal personnel information if the setting position of the image capturing device is a set area in the ship; the second legal personnel information comprises a second legal personnel face image with the access set region authority; comparing the person image with a second legal person face image; when the personnel image is matched with the face image of the second legal personnel, determining the permission identification result of the personnel to be identified as permission to enter a set area; and when the personnel image is not matched with the second legal personnel face image, determining that the authority identification result of the personnel to be identified is that the personnel to be identified is not allowed to enter the set area.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: the generating module is used for determining the identity of the person to be identified as a ship worker or a passenger according to the identity information in the first legal person information matched with the person image; when the identity of the personnel to be identified is ship staff, acquiring the current time as the boarding time or leaving time of the ship staff, and generating the duty information of the ship staff based on the boarding time or leaving time; and when the identity of the person to be identified is the passenger, acquiring the current time as the boarding time or the disembarking time of the passenger, and generating boarding and disembarking information of the passenger based on the boarding time and the disembarking time.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: the updating module is used for acquiring the current time as the entering time of the person to be identified entering the set area or the leaving time of the person to be identified leaving the set area; and updating the track information of the personnel to be identified on the ship based on the entering time or the leaving time by combining with the set area.
For the specific definition of the authority identification device, reference may be made to the above definition of the authority identification method, which is not described herein again. The respective modules in the authority identification apparatus can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing legal personnel information data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of rights identification.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the computer program to realize the authority identification method.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of rights identification as described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for rights identification, the method comprising:
acquiring a personnel image of a person to be identified, which is acquired by an image acquisition device arranged at a ship target position;
determining a set position of the image acquisition device relative to the ship;
determining a prestored legal personnel image corresponding to the setting position according to the setting position, comparing the personnel image with the legal personnel image, and determining an authority identification result of the personnel to be identified according to a comparison result; the authority identification result comprises a boarding qualification identification result or an access authority identification result of the position.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the person image carries identification information acquired by the image acquisition device;
the determining the set position of the image acquisition device relative to the ship comprises:
inquiring the mapping relation between the preset image acquisition equipment identification information and the set position according to the identification information;
and determining the setting position of the image acquisition equipment relative to the ship according to the query result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the target location comprises a port; the personnel image of the personnel to be identified comprises a personnel face image;
the method comprises the steps of determining a prestored legal personnel image corresponding to the set position according to the set position, comparing the personnel image with the legal personnel image, and determining the authority identification result of the personnel to be identified according to the comparison result, wherein the steps comprise:
if the set position is the positions of the ship board and the ship board, first prestored legal personnel information is obtained; the first legal personnel information comprises a first legal personnel face image with a boarding qualification;
comparing the person image with the face image of the first legal person;
when the person image is matched with the first legal person face image, determining that the authority identification result of the person to be identified is qualified for boarding;
and when the person image is not matched with the first legal person face image, determining that the authority identification result of the person to be identified does not have the boarding qualification.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the target location further comprises a set area within the ship;
the method comprises the steps of determining a prestored legal personnel image corresponding to a set position according to the set position, comparing the personnel image with the legal personnel image, and determining the authority identification result of the personnel to be identified according to the comparison result, wherein the steps comprise:
if the setting position is a set area in the ship, second prestored legal personnel information is obtained; the second legal personnel information comprises a second legal personnel face image with the authority of accessing the set area;
comparing the person image with the face image of the second legal person;
when the personnel image is matched with the second legal personnel face image, determining that the authority identification result of the personnel to be identified is allowed to enter the set area;
and when the personnel image is not matched with the second legal personnel face image, determining that the authority identification result of the personnel to be identified is that the personnel to be identified is not allowed to enter the set area.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein after determining that the result of the authority identification of the person to be identified is qualified for boarding, the method further comprises:
determining the identity of the person to be identified as a ship worker or a passenger according to identity information in first legal person information matched with the person image;
when the identity of the person to be identified is a ship worker, acquiring the current time as the boarding time or the leaving time of the ship worker, and generating duty information of the ship worker based on the boarding time or the leaving time;
and when the identity of the person to be identified is a passenger, acquiring the current time as the boarding time or the disembarking time of the passenger, and generating boarding and disembarking information of the passenger based on the boarding time or the disembarking time.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein after determining that the result of the authority identification of the person to be identified is that the person is allowed to enter the set area, the method further comprises:
acquiring current time as the entering time of the person to be identified entering the set area or the leaving time of the person to be identified leaving the set area;
and updating the track information of the personnel to be identified on the ship based on the entering time or the leaving time and in combination with the set area.
7. A rights identification system, comprising: the system comprises a server, a client and image acquisition equipment arranged at a ship target position;
the image acquisition equipment is used for acquiring a personnel image of the personnel to be identified at the target position and sending the personnel image to a server;
the server is used for determining a prestored legal personnel image corresponding to the set position according to the set position, comparing the personnel image with the legal personnel image, determining a permission identification result of the personnel to be identified according to a comparison result, and sending the permission identification result to the client; the authority identification result comprises a boarding qualification identification result or an access authority identification result of the position;
and the client is used for receiving the identification result and archiving and storing the identification result.
8. An authority recognition apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring personnel images of personnel to be identified, which are acquired by image acquisition equipment arranged at a ship target position;
a determination module for determining a setup position of the image acquisition device relative to the ship;
the identification module is used for determining a prestored legal person image corresponding to the setting position according to the setting position, comparing the person image with the legal person image, and determining the authority identification result of the person to be identified according to the comparison result; the authority identification result comprises a boarding qualification identification result or an access authority identification result of the position.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
