Abstract
The invention relates to an installation structure of an aluminum heat shield, which comprises the aluminum heat shield and a support piece, wherein the aluminum heat shield is provided with an installation part, the installation part is provided with a first connecting hole, and the support piece is provided with a second connecting hole; the expansion sleeve is provided with a central hole along the axial direction and comprises a compression section, a first step surface, a first connecting section, a second step surface and a second connecting section which are sequentially arranged from the top end to the bottom end, the radial size of the compression section is larger than that of the first connecting section, and the radial size of the first connecting section is larger than that of the second connecting section; the first connecting section is matched with the first connecting hole, the second connecting section is matched with the second connecting hole, the first step surface is supported on the mounting part, and the second step surface is supported on the supporting part; the expansion nail is in interference fit with the central hole. According to the invention, by reasonably arranging the mounting structure of the aluminum heat shield, the deformation caused by the mounting structure can be reduced or even eliminated, and the aluminum heat shield can be reliably and fixedly mounted.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile, in particular to an installation structure of an aluminum heat insulation cover.
Background
Heat shields are common components of automobiles and are used to block heat, and existing heat shields are generally fixedly mounted in the automobile by bolts. The conventional heat shield is generally made of a heat insulating material and/or steel material, and it is necessary to change the heat shield made of an aluminum material to the conventional heat shield in view of the requirement for light weight of the vehicle. However, the heat shield made of an aluminum material is easily deformed, and if the heat shield made of an aluminum material is fixedly attached by bolts, the heat shield made of an aluminum material is deformed or even broken when the bolts are tightened, and thus the heat shield cannot be reliably fixed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an installation structure of an aluminum heat insulation cover, which can reliably and fixedly install the aluminum heat insulation cover.
The mounting structure of the aluminum heat shield comprises the aluminum heat shield and a supporting piece for supporting the aluminum heat shield, wherein at least one mounting part supported on the supporting piece is arranged on the aluminum heat shield, a first connecting hole is formed in the mounting part, and a second connecting hole corresponding to the first connecting hole is formed in the supporting piece;
the expansion sleeve is provided with a central hole along the axial direction, the expansion sleeve comprises a compression section, a first step surface, a first connecting section, a second step surface and a second connecting section which are sequentially arranged from the top end to the bottom end, the radial size of the compression section is larger than that of the first connecting section, the radial size of the first connecting section is larger than that of the second connecting section, the compression section and the first connecting section are in transition through the first step surface, and the first connecting section and the second connecting section are in transition through the second step surface;
the first connecting section is matched with the first connecting hole, the second connecting section is matched with the second connecting hole, the first step surface is supported on the mounting part, and the second step surface is supported on the supporting part; the expansion nail is in interference fit with the central hole, so that the first connecting section expands outwards and abuts against the hole wall of the first connecting hole, and the second connecting section expands outwards and abuts against the hole wall of the second connecting hole.

As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, an installation structure of an aluminum heat shield includes an aluminum heat shield 2 and a supporting member 1 for supporting the aluminum heat shield 2, the aluminum heat shield 2 is provided with at least one installation portion supported on the supporting member 1, the installation portion is provided with a first connection hole 6, the supporting member 1 is provided with a second connection hole 5 corresponding to the first connection hole 6;
the aluminum heat insulation cover comprises an aluminum heat insulation cover 2 and a support member 1, and is characterized by further comprising a connecting assembly 4 used for connecting the aluminum heat insulation cover 2 and the support member 1, wherein the connecting assembly 4 comprises an expansion sleeve 8 and an expansion nail 7, a central hole 12 is axially formed in the expansion sleeve 8, the expansion sleeve 8 comprises a pressing section 9, a first step surface, a first connecting section 10, a second step surface and a second connecting section 11 which are sequentially arranged from the top end to the bottom end, the radial size of the pressing section 9 is larger than that of the first connecting section 10, the radial size of the first connecting section 10 is larger than that of the second connecting section 11, the pressing section 9 and the first connecting section 10 are in transition through the first step surface, and the first connecting section 10 and the second connecting section 11 are in transition through the second step surface;
the first connecting section 10 is matched with the first connecting hole 6, the second connecting section 11 is matched with the second connecting hole 5, the first step surface is supported on the mounting part, and the second step surface is supported on the supporting part 1; the expansion pin 7 is in interference fit with the central hole 12 so that the first connecting section 10 expands outward and abuts against the hole wall of the first connecting hole 6 and the second connecting section 11 expands outward and abuts against the hole wall of the second connecting hole 5.
In the present embodiment, the thickness of the first connecting section 10 in the axial direction of the expansion sleeve 8 coincides with the thickness of the mounting portion in the axial direction of the first connecting hole 6.
In the present embodiment, the first connection segment 10 is a prism, and the first connection hole 6 is a polygonal hole matched with the prism. The prism body and the multi-variable hole are matched to prevent relative rotation. Preferably, the polygonal hole is a square hole, and the first connecting section is a quadrangular prism.
In this embodiment, the second connecting section 11 is a cylinder.
In this embodiment, the expansion nail 7 comprises a nail rod in interference fit with the central hole 12 and a nail head arranged at the top of the nail rod, and the outer diameter of the nail head is larger than the aperture of the central hole 12.

In this embodiment, the first connecting section 10 is clearance-fitted to the first connecting hole 6 before the expansion sleeve 8 is expanded.

the first connecting section (10) is matched with the first connecting hole (6), the second connecting section (11) is matched with the second connecting hole (5), the first step surface is supported on the mounting part, and the second step surface is supported on the supporting part (1); the expansion nail (7) is in interference fit with the central hole (12), so that the first connecting section (10) expands outwards and abuts against the hole wall of the first connecting hole (6), and the second connecting section (11) expands outwards and abuts against the hole wall of the second connecting hole (5).
